Malcolm didn’t realize when he was moving slower to her lips. He bent his head a bit so that he would reach her lips.
Ariana eyes were opened widely. She slowly felt her eyes blinking fast, till it finally closed gently.
At just few inches apart, the door opened and they shivered, flying their eyes open hurriedly.
They faced the door to see Rhoda glaring at them.
She folded her arms on her chest and raised a brow.
“What are you both doing here? The surprise ended few minutes ago”
Ariana left Malcolm in the room and went out.
“The door wouldn’t open. Its not our fault” She said.
“Huh?? This door?? Who told you that?” Rhoda asked.
“Him…” Ariana pointed at Malcolm.
Rhoda sighed.
“You can go”
“Huh?” Ariana said.
“I said you can go. Leave,,, I wanna speak with Malcolm” Rhoda said.
“Oh…Okay” She nodded and scampered off.
Rhoda looked at Malcolm who scratched his head.

“I mean…since when…since when has the door started getting faulty. Cause from what I remember, this door works pretty well”
Malcolm rolled his eyes, and came out.
“Can you just forget about it?? Let’s not argue, please”
Rhoda took her eyes to him.
“Do you like her?? Ariana? Do you like her!” She shouted.
“F*ck! Rhoda!! You don’t have to yell!!”
“I’ll f*cking yell!! I never planned it like this, never! How could you like her?? How!! You aren’t suppose to like her!”
“Why not?”
“What? Why not?? Are you asking me that now?? Have you forgotten who she is?? She’s your killer!! She h@tës you!! She tried to kill you! Aren’t you the who promised to kill her soon?? Huh!!”
“Rhoda, enough!!”
“Think about what you are doing, Malcolm. Think about all of us here and the implications. I’ll pretend none of this happened” Rhoda slowly walked but stopped.
She turned back to him.
“And Malcolm,,, I’m still in love with you and I really hope you love me back. I…am just trying to protect you. thats all” Rhoda whispered and left.
Malcolm sighed deeply, and scratched his head.
“What’s wrong with me, seriously” He muttered.

“Cindy!” Ariana gushed and hugged her.
“I’m glad you’re back hale and healthy” She added, breaking the hug.
“Thank you, Ariana” Cindy smiled, looking at her.
“Cindy??” Rhoda called, coming into view.
Cindy looked at her.
“Take Ariana to the hospital and check how her brain is faring” Rhoda said, seriously.

Many people, both the staffs and patients commented as they watched Cindy walked through the hospital passage way.
Ariana linked her arm with Cindy, as they walked together.
“Cindy Keepers?” A familiar voice sounded and they both halted.
They turned around and met with Mr Wood, who was smiling at them, with his both hands in his big lab coat.
“To what do I owe this visit?” He asked, coming closer to them.
“I came to see the doctor. I want my friend here to get a brain scan. Or, I’m not allowed to be here??” She asked.
“Oh no. I never said that” He shook his head.
“Good. I guess we will take our leave. Ariana, Let’s go”
“Cindy, please…wait” He said.
Cindy sighed and looked at him.
“What do you want now, sir?”
“Can I talk to you, please??”
“Why? We can talk about it here, right?”
“The office, please… Its private”
“Its fine. Go and talk to him. He’s quite old and can’t stand for so long. I’m gonna wait” Ariana smiled.
Cindy nodded.
“Just sit here and wait”
“Okay” Ariana nodded.
“I’ll hurry. So, don’t move an inch”
Ariana chuckled and nodded.
She sat down on the waiting bench and watched Cindy and Mr Woods leave.
A familiar person came into view. The person has been stalking and watching Ariana all this while.
As soon as Cindy and Mr Woods were out of sight, the person adjusted his face cap and walked with a limping leg to Ariana.
“Sorry,,, excuse me?” The person whispered.
Ariana slowly turned around.
“Yes. How may I help you?” She asked, with a small smile.
Dew looked at her and smiled back.

“So,,, all this long explanation is for me to come back??” Cindy asked, with ceased brows.
“Yes, please. I would be grateful if you come back. I’m sorry for the way I, my daughter and her friend treated you. Please. just come back to R- breeds. We need you”
Cindy sighed.
“Alright then” She said, and stood up.
“Really??” He gushed, also standing up.
“Yeah” She nodded.
“Besides, everyone wants me back”
“Thank you for working with me again” He brought his hand forward for a shake which she accepted.

“Ariana?? Ariana?? I’m back” Cindy looked around but she wasn’t there anymore.
“Where’s she now? I asked her not to go anywhere” She frowned, running around to find her.
She went outside and paused when she saw something familiar on the floor.
She bent down and took the phone on the floor.
“Isn’t this Ariana’s phone??”
She quickly stood up, and looked around.
“Where the h*ll are you, Ariana??” She said to no one in particular, biting her lower lip hard.
“She should be around here since her phone was found here” She looked around, walking fast.
“Ariana! Ariana!!” She kept calling.
She sighed and quickly called Malcolm.
“Hello, Boss” She said.
“Yes?” He answered.
“Is Ariana- Cindy was cut short by a closure on her nostrils.
She inhaled something and fainted at a go. She was pulled into a closed area, between two cars, apparently.
“Cindy?? What’s it about Ariana??!” Malcolm asked, aloud.
Dew looked at the fallen phone and smiled, wickedly.
