Alicia went to school early the following day and headed straight to Ava’s suite, thankfully she didn’t change the passcode.
She exhaled heavily as she looked around.
“What am I doing now?” She thought.
She made a fist, and turned around to leave but she retreated, remembering how Ava always insult them, and Rae words the other day.
“Yes, she is too fo0l of herself, and she won’t be a queen anymore if her mother lose to my father,” she muttered in determination.
She went to the dressing room, and started checking all the brush hoping to get Ava’s sample, when she heard footsteps approaching her. She flinched in fear, and turned to see Ava.
“What are you doing?” Ava muttered, and she tried hard not to panic.
“Not..not… not- nothing. Can’t I come here again?” She shuddered, and Ava chuckled.
“Of course you can, I never said you can’t. But are you doing right now?” Ava asked, her voice intimidating as she walked closer to Alicia. Each step she took closer, Alicia back in fear.
Alicia mustered up courage, and so what she least expected —she slapped Ava.
“How dare you?” Ava yelled, and hit her back, with that they both combat in a fight, pulling each other hair.
Alicia succeed in pushing Ava away, and ran out of the suite. She ran to the elevator, and managed to breathe properly, looking at the hair sample she got.
“I hope this worth the fight. Whatever string you are trying to pull dad, I hope it worth it,” she muttered, and knelt it safe in her bag.

The MASS sat together in thier suite, listening to Stanley in bewilderment, as he shared his predicaments.
“Unbelievable! Your parent’s divorce will be finalized, and your father seized everything from you? Your cards, cars, phone, everything? And your mother won’t even receive alimony! How are you going to survive if you live with your mother?” Austin stated, in disbelief.
“I admit, I was envious of your family, I thought your parents were doing great and loved you wholeheartedly. But your father is just a piece of trash,” Micheal grumbled.
“He is not a piece of trash,” Stanley muttered.
“Don’t tell me you are taking his side! You and your mother will be left with nothing, how will you be able to survive? How will you live? Those rides that you cherish so much, the scooter you want us to buy, the jet we dream of getting in the future, how will we get all of that when you are broke? You will become a peasant in day light, and others will tease you for your families predicaments. And you dare to defend him? Will you choose him instead?” Austin yelled.
“He is a m0nster,” Stanley muttered with clenched fist, trying to control himself from breaking down.
“Who dares to tease you when you are one of the MASS?” Micheal blurted, and they all looked at him. “Your family might fall apart, your mother might leave with nothing, but nobody said you have to live miserable. How will you survive? New models of cars are out, your power bike is already out of date, Roy will get them soon, how will you survive without them? Without the live you are used to? You can’t persuade your parents to be together, you can’t live with your m0nster father, but you can’t be a MASS and be broke. We are friends, because we are elites’, but we gradually became more than friends, and now we are a family, we have to look after each other,” Michael said, and dropped his card.
“What…” Stanley shuddered.
“I can’t let my brother be broke, it will be a taint to our family. Use that, it’s a black card. You know I got a lot of that,”
“Mike…”
“Will you rather abandon us?” Micheal asked.
“Are you sure this is not a disabled card?” Stanley blurted, and they all laughed.
“Don’t take it if you don’t want to!” Micheal snapped, and wanted to take it back, but Stanley was quick to grab it.
“Give it back to him if he is gonna be that way, and use mine!” Austin said, and dropped his card.
“Hey! How many do you have? Your parents might block it when they get angry at you, but I, I am the director, so choose wisely,” Micheal said.
“Who said this is from my parents? My brother-in-law gave this to me. I might not get along with my eldest sister, but her husband and I… what do I call it?” Austin said, and they all laughed. “Just keep the two to be safer, Mike might get fired at anytime,” he added, and Michael’s face turned in furry.
“What did you say?” Micheal shouted, aiming at him and they started running around together.
“Mike, you are black, Austin, blue, me, red, and Stanley… purple,” Steven said, and they stopped running and returns to their seats.
“What are you blabbering?” Austin asked.
“Our phones are already out of style, new models are out so we should-…” he was saying.
“Why me? Do I have to take purple again?” Stanley whined.
“I’m not giving up the black,” Micheal teased.
“Why me? Why am I always the one taking others when you all have a color? I was the one who got green the last time, I took gold the last time, even yellow and white? Why me? Why am I always the one without a color?” He lashed.
“Because you want black, and Mike will never give it up,” Austin mocked.
“Should I olage the order now? How did you even survive a night without your phone?” Steven said, and Stanley laid flat on the couch.
“I was like a survivor, trying to cross border,”
“How did you get to school? Your father withheld all your rides,” Austin said, and Micheal’s eyes widened.
“Don’t tell me you take a bus? Never try that shlt! I have a heIlish experience,” Micheal said, and they all looked at him.
“You must’ve really suffered in that date with Lina. That’s what you get for not dating someone your class,” Austin said.
“You are wrong. We are in same class,” Micheal said.
“What class?”
“The same class at school, and even in the world outside. She was rumored to be an illegitimate, so am I,”
“Gosh… but you aren’t a peasant,”
“An illegitimate would always be an illegitimate even if he is a billionaire’s b@stard, the status won’t change,”
“Enough of the sob story, I’m not an illegitimate but I became a peasant over night, class is absolutely nothing to me now. And, if you that curious, I didn’t board the bus. My aunty’s driver gave me a ride, we spent the night at her place,”
“Oh… you had a close relative,” Austin muttered.
“She is like a distant friend to my mother. I don’t understand thier relationship, but… whatever, whatever. I didn’t board a bus, are we good how?”
“I will call my diver to send my bike over, I don’t even ride it,” Austin said.
“I’ll accept it if it has enough gas,”
“Otherwise, you won’t?” Austin snapped.
“You really endured a lot, man. I’m sure everything will é fine,” Micheal said patting his back, and he tried to hold back his tears.
“You can break down, man. A man is only allowed to cry once,” Austin said, and embraced him to cry on his shoulder.

Grace was preparing for a press conference, and she was trying to reach Paul, because they are meant to attend the conference together.
“Mayor, we can’t still reach him. The medias are waiting,” her campaign manager said.
“How could he disappear on a day like this when the election is behind the corners? Dad is not here and he chose to ditch me as well?!” She yelled.
“Grace, we need to talk,” she heard Paul’s voice said from behind, and her eyes brightened in relief.
“Paul… I thought you decide to abandon me as well,” she whined, and went to embrace him.
“We need to talk,”
“Yeah, let’s talk after the press conference, the reporters are waiting,”
“No, we will talk now… before the press conference!”
“Paul…”
“Can you excuse us?” He said, to the campaign manager, and Grace gestured her to leave before she did.
“What’s so urgent?” She blurted.
“What you want to go say out there,”
“What do you know, Paul? My election is behind the corner, and I have to get my rating up before the election. Are you going to help me with that?”
“You should step down,”
“Meaning?”
“You should give up on being the mayor!“
“What?”
“How many people have to suffer because of you? Uncle is going down, trying to get the best lawyer to represent him, and you are going out there to abandon him! How many more people has to suffer because of your greed for power?”
“What nonsense are you spewing? I worked so hard to reach here, become the mayor is dad first assignment for me, and I’ll get there. Dad told me to abandon him to become the mayor, dad will take care of his own business, so what’s the meaning of this? Being the mayor is just my first step, after this, I’m going to gain more power and become the governor, if you are scared of anything, be aware that I’m just getting started!” She blurted, walked past him.
“Even if Ava will end you getting hurt in the process?” He asked, and she spun around to look at him.
“What…” she shuddered.
“If you are going to be this shaken over a question, then your father must have had high expectation from you,” he said, and intend to leave.
“What do you mean by Ava will get hurt?” She blurted.
“Do you think your opponent will seat and do nothing? Uncle is that way, and they have been trying to dig out trash on me… do you think Ava will still be safe by then?”
“What do you mean?” She yelled, grabbing his collar. “Is it because she is a bully? They can’t use that against me. That’s why I sent her back home! His daughter is no better, and she is Ava’s friend, he knows better!”
“Is that all?”
“Stop speaking nonsense, and tell me Paul!”
“Must you really hear it directly from me?”
“Paul, what do you know?”
“Someone informed me. Ava’s hair sample was taken to the hospital for a test,”
“What? What hospital? What test?” She shivered.
“What are you planning to do? Do you plan to fabricate the result?! Enough, Grace! Enough already. If you want to protect Ava, step down now, that’s the only way you can protect her, that’s the only way she can live in peace,”
“Paul… you knew? You knew all along… how long have you known?”
“From the start,”
“What?” She muttered, and almost lost her balance. “You knew for that long… so why didn’t you say anything? Why did you pretend… why?” She shouted, and broke down in tears.
“That’s not important right now. You should go out there, and step down before the whole world finds out,” with that, he left.
“He knew, he knew all along… daddy….” She cried.

Grace went out for her press conference, and the reporters started asking her questions as planned.
“Your father’s first trial is going to be before the election, what id he was charged guilty, would you use your influence to bail him out?” A reporter asked.
“My duty as a mayor is to make the city a better place to live on. Improving Justice and to guarantee a good future. If the bad guys are found guilty, I believe they should be locked up, isn’t that what we all believe? Isn’t that the law?” She replied, and the reporters started mumbling words.
“A news is going on now at the opponent’s press conference, directed at you!” Another reporter shouted.
“I have no l business with my opponent’s conference. I don’t believe in tarnishing another’s reputation in order to achieve my goal, I believe the people know the best person to vote for. The mayor is for the people, if I have to drag someone else down to become the mayor, then I am not fit to become one,” she said, followed by murmuring. “Who is that reporter?” She whispered to her manager.
“I don’t know him. But I think he is from ATG NEWS,”
“Get him out of here,”
“Yes, mayor,”
“But if you can’t uphold your dignity you aren’t fit to become a mayor! Your daughter is a b@stard, so how can you rule the people when you can’t even control your own live?” He blurted.
“What insolence!” Grace yelled. “Get that man out of here!”
“Your daughter’s blood type is A, and your’s B, while your husband’s blood is O. Do you mind to explain?” He shouted, as the guards escorted him out, and the other reporters started bombarding her with related questions.

MR. PACKARD’S MANSION^^^

Mr. Packard was scrolling through the news about his daughter when Mr. Ken rushed in.
“Sir, there is a problem. There are news going around that Miss Ava is a b@stard based on her blood type, and Ms. Grace opponent claimed to have parental test results to prove it! They are ready to be held responsible for the news,”
“We failed to get Mr. Narson to represent me, what about the other law firms that I mentioned. I need all the capable lawyers to reorient me in court,”
“I’m working on that, sir. But Ms. Grace election might go south because of this scandal, her rating has dropped massively,”
“Grace already abandoned me, she will take care of her own business,” he muttered, with clenched fist.

In Ava’s class, the teacher left the class and a student stood up to the front.
“Guys, with your knowledge in science, is it possible for blood group A and O to bore a child with B blood group?” The students blurted, and the class started mumbling.
“Fiona, what are you getting at? Did the exam questions leak?” A boy asked.
Fiona chuckled, and pointed at her phone. Everyone’s phone started to beep, and they all checked the contempt curiously.
“Ava, can you explain to the class how you are type B, when neither of your parents are? Or are you truly a b@stard?” She blurted, approaching Ava.
Ava’s hands trembled in fear, and she instantly remembered her nightmare, she prayed silently to wake up if it’s another nightmare, but no… the entire class already surrounded her, bombarding her with questions. Her ears almost bleed from thier rantings, and she started to shiver thinking of a way out.
“Can’t you answer the question?” A girl jeered, pushing her from her seat.
She fell down, and she felt too weak to stand up, until she eventually passed out.
