I blinked my eyes rapidly,why is mom acting this way?is there a secret she is hiding from me?
“You are back”she said with a bright smile.
I scoffed,fake smile.There were even traces of tears on her cheek.
“Yeah”I answered in a low voice going to sit on the bed.
“What’s wrong,sweetheart,why are you looking down?”she asked staring me keenly.
“Someone annoyed me,mom”I answered.
“Who would dare annoy my princess”she uttered with tightened fist as if she wants to fight with someone.
I chuckled at her expression,she is looking like an army general.
“It’s you,mom”i blurted out.
“How did i offend you”she asked with raised eyebrow.
“Who is my dad,mom.I wished to be loved also,it’s fine if he doesn’t accept me.I just want to know him”I said as tears started streaming down my eyes.
I wiped my tears sniffing hard while mom just looked on.I have cried enough today so I won’t start another round.
“Your dad is dead”mom said.
Immediately,I felt a bang on my head.I just wanted to feel fatherly love,is it too much too ask?why did life take him from me??
I broke down into sobs letting the tears fall freely.
“It’s okay”mom consoled hugging me tightly.
“Just promise me,it is not gonna affect you in any way”she added but got no reply from me.

Bella pov?
I entered the class and my gaze landed on Tyler,thank goodness they are in school today.I can’t wait to ask him.
“Hey Tyler”I called as soon as I got to their seat.
He took a glance at me before going back to what he was doing.is that snubbing??
“Hi Bella”Alex replied making me smile shortly,it would have been better if it were Tyler who replied.
“Are you aware of the night party on Friday”I started.
“We are”alex answered with a grin,is he his mouthpiece or what.
“Hmm,I don’t have a date so I’m thinking if you could be my date to the party”I said nervously.
What if he rejects me?,I could feel my heart thumping hard.
He looked up finally,make my heart partake in a marathon race.He is looking extra hot as he’d styled his fringe.
“Actually,Bella,I’m not…”he was saying when he groaned.
“What happened”I asked with concern.
“He is perfectly fine,right Tyler?”Alex answered with a knowing smile.
Why is he always butting in?parasite,always clinging on Tyler every now and then.
“Sure”Tyler said glaring at him.
“So,will you be my date?”I asked again making a puppy face.
“Fine”he said simply.
I let out a bright smile.That feeling you get when you are accepted by your crush,it’s PRICELESS.
I skipped to my seat happily.
“I could tell by your expression that it went well”nora said looking up from the book she was reading.
Well,she is actually a novel freak.Always up to date in things like this.It’s quite strange how we managed to get along but i can say she is the best among all the friends I’ve had.
“Sure,thanks a lot”I said still smiling.
“My pleasure”she uttered with a wink.
She averted my gaze to the door then turned back at me with widden eyes.
“Derrick is here”she muttered.
I gripped in shock,why am I feeling this way after breaking up with him.
“He is coming over”she added stylishly looking at the entrance.
“Don’t he get that I’m finally done with him?why is he coming here?”i mumbled under breathe.
He got to us…
“We are done Derrick,why are you here”i said but stop when he walk past me.
He didn’t even spare me a glance,he walked over where the socalled tracy was sitting and passed a paper to her.What’s his relationship with that commoner.
I turned to look around to check if anyone was watching only to see almost the whole class staring at me.
Mummures came up

“Who?”nora asked with raised eyebrows
“Derrick,he isn’t even acting like he had his heart broken”I answered with a scoff.

I glared at him
“You pinched me to say yes,remember”I said.

I took a glance at the entrance of the cafeteria and something caught my attention.Alex lookalike attend this school????
