Malcolm arm suddenly went to the air and all looked up.
On his hand which was raised up high, was the scroll given to him by Leo Da Cruz via the framed painting.
When the opposite sides saw the scroll, they gasped and surprisedly, they all ran to Malcolm’s side except an angry Gilberto who wasn’t moved.
“You aren’t coming to my side? Why?” Malcolm raised a brow.

After Ariana read it, tears ran down her eyes.
“Malcolm? This was the letter Leo Da Cruz sent to us mysteriously. We didn’t understand it till now” One of Gilberto’s own soldier handed him a letter.
Malcolm took it and read it. The others joined him.
: Hello and Good day to whoever received this letter.
I sent this letter to a lot of mafias and mafia soldiers under my authority and outside.
Anyways, Lemme start the main content of this letter.
Sadly, I just found out that I’ve been an evil and unworthy mafia.
I’m not supposed to be regarded as one anymore.
Seeing my chosen one made me realize that. And I even lost the respect I had for myself due to that.
I give my chosen one the order to end my obnoxious and cruel life.
I, Leo Da Cruz will only begone by my chosen one whom I appointed.
You are not to hurt him if he kills me.

Malcolm smiled after reading and tears fell down his eyes.
“No!!!” Gilberto screamed and Malcolm and the rest looked up.
“This isn’t what I planned!! Why would my plan go down the drain?! Why are you the f*cking chosen one!!” He screamed and the whole men stood cover for Malcolm.
“Its fine” Malcolm whispered and walked to him.

The dagger dug deep into her body and blood splattered and poured from the huge open wound. She whinced and whimpered, painfully. Rhoda swallowed hard and turned.
She saw Ariana bleeding. She actually covered Rhoda and took the dagger in for her.
“Ariana!!!” Malcolm screamed.
Ariana smiled at Rhoda.
“I told you right…I told you I would protect you” She said, spitting out blood from her mouth.
{FLASHBACK TO FEW CHAPTERS BACK…
“You don’t have to do this. We both know everything. Let’s just stop this once and for all. Let make Gilberto stay alone. Let make amends. Let’s forget about it and make Malcolm not to get worried. Let keep the fact I’ve gotten my memory, a secret too” Ariana said.
“Easy for you to say. If I leave Gilberto, Gilberto and the whole of Italy mafias,, will come for Malcolm. You know what I’m talking about. You also know why I’m doing all this for Malcolm! I’m only protecting him!!” Rhoda shouted.
“And,,, I’ll protect you…Its a promise. Let’s make everything right,,, please. For Malcolm’s sake” Ariana calmly said.}
Malcolm glared at Gilberto, and shot his left eye at once. He cried out painfully and ran off.
“Leave him. He won’t make it. I don’t accept killings anymore” Malcolm muttered and ran to Ariana who was shivering in Rhoda’s arms.
Rhoda was already crying.

“Ariana…Hold on. Lemme take you outta here to the hospital. Okay. Just hold on” He backed her and started running to the far away car.
“Malcolm?” She whispered, weakly.
“Don’t talk. We’ll be there soon”
“I… just realized that I loved you then. I love you more now…and I’m gonna love you most forever” She whispered and just then, unexpectedly, her hands which tied around his waist dropped down instantly.
Malcolm paused and swallowed hard. He stopped too.
“Ariana?” He whispered.
“Ariana?? Talk…to me”
He sat down on the floor and brought her to his thighs.
The wound was deep and blood flowed like waterfall. Her face was numb and pale already.
“Stop joking with me and wake up! Open your eyes!! Talk to me…please” He cried.
Cindy slowly walked up to them and laid her head on her chest. Her eyes twitched and she gulped twice at a go.
“Cindy. Cindy. Tell me. What’s…What’s wrong? Why isn’t Ariana moving? Huh? She isn’t answering me either? Why?!!!” He screamed, hugging her numb body close.
A hot tear ran down Cindy’s left eye.
“I’m sorry…” She whispered.
“Ariana is…gone” The bomb dropped.
“No! No!! Its a lie! No!!? Please,,, tell me its a lie!! Ariana!!! No!!! Please…No!!! I love you so, wake up. Wake up,,, for me…huh?? Please!!! Nooooo!!!!!” He screamed. shaking her still body vehemently which was on him.
He only wish it was only a nightmare but he wasn’t even waking up.
