“I’m getting worried as time passes, is it that difficult to kill Arturo?” Jade wondered aloud.
“Arturo is a devil, it won’t be that easy. But as long as Don is with them, everything should be under control” Camila said. They’re still outside.
Soon, everyone was almost outside as they were all worried as their Boss isn’t back yet.
Different murmurings filled the place as they couldn’t stop voicing out their minds.
After what seemed like forever, cars could be seen driving into the clan.
Camila heaved a sigh of relief when she saw Alex alighting from the car. But then, something was odd, his face isn’t bright.
He’s supposed to be happy that they made it, right?
All the boys came down from the car but a soul was missing.
“Where’s the Boss?” Everyone looked at themselves confused.
Alex signalled two boys to carry Fernando’s dead body out, they did and everyone could not believe their eyes.
“Bloody hell!!!” Camila exclaimed. She quickly rushed to them.
“How did this happen? This is not the Boss, right?” She asked expectantly, it’s hard for her to believe.
“It’s him” that was the only word that managed to come out of Alex’s lips.
He couldn’t still believe that his Boss is dead, it all felt like a dream to him.
“No, no, it can’t be true” Camila shook her head, tears came rolling down her cheeks.
“No!!!” She screamed.
The atmosphere was suddenly filled with mourning as the news was hard for them to digest.
If their Boss is dead, does that means that’s the end for them??

CHLOE’S ROOM***
“Chloe, you need to see this! They’re back!” Anna screamed as she bursts into the room. She met Chloe asleep, she went to her and taps her aggressively.
Chloe opened her eyes, she shot Anna an angry look.
Can she stop making her angry for once??
“Chloe…. Boss,,, he… Boss” Anna stuttered, her face is all red.
Chloe sat up and stare at Anna with a confused look. Why is she stuttering that much and what happened to Fernando?
“Could it be?” Her eyes widened and she rushed out of the room.
She got outside and she couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw his body lying lifelessly on the floor.
Is that really Fernando?
Her mouth refused to close as the reality dawned on her.
“Fernando!” She screamed and rushed to his body.
“No, no, this is not true, right?” She screamed, she’s already in tears.
“It can’t be!!!”

BELLA’S ROOM***
“Dear, you need to relax. They’ll be back, I trust Donald, he won’t let Ferdie to come to any harm” Isabella assured Valerie.
“Mom, I’m worried. I…” Valerie couldn’t complete her sentence when someone suddenly barged into the room. Turns out to be Jade.
“Val… You need to see something. He…. He’s,, lying…” Jade stuttered. She didn’t even know how to drop the news to her.
“Take a deep breath first, then to can talk” Isabella said.
Jade inhaled deeply but it wasn’t working, she wasn’t herself at that moment.
“Boss… They’re back” she managed to say.
Valerie’s face brightened up when she heard that.
“Where’s he?” She stood up, smiling as she did so.
“He…. He’s dead” Jade dropped.
Valerie could swear she heard the wrong thing. She definitely said the wrong thing.
“What… What are y… You saying?” Valerie stuttered.
“We lost him”
Valerie’s world crumbled a thousand times immediately, she felt like sleeping and then wake up later. Maybe it’s a dream, same thing goes to Isabella.
Her son whom she just reunited with was suddenly announced dead. Sounds funny right?
She stare at Jade with a distant look on her face, she took a step backward.
“That’s not true right?” She whispers.
Without waiting for a reply, she ran crazily outside.
She was in tears throughout the short exercise, she didn’t even care if she’s gonna fall, she just kept running.
She kept hoping for it to be a joke, or better still a dream. She can’t possibly lose Ferdie? How would she live? With his unborn child??
She got to the scene pretty fast, her lips trembled as she saw a body on the floor.
She couldn’t see the face as some people surrounded it.
“Not my Ferdie, right? Not my Ferdie” she shook her head. But she knew she’s deceiving when she saw Camila crying and Alex… He wasn’t crying but his eyes is very red.
She walked slowly to where they are, her jaw dropped and her arms fell when her eyes settled on his dead body. Chloe is beside his body.
Every single one has tears in their eyes, even the few men with them are crying.
“No, it can’t be. It can’t” she suddenly screamed like a mad woman.
Isabella rushed to the scene with Jade beside her. She knelt beside his body, her hands shaking badly.
“My baby” she whispered, hot tears rolling down her cheeks.
“No, don’t do this to your mom. I just met you not long ago, how do you want me to take this?” She yelled sorrowfully.
“Ferdie! Bring him back! Bring my baby back to me!! This is not Ferdie!!” Valerie screamed in tears.
Camila tried to hold her but she pushed her with her might.
“Don’t touch me! Do something! Wake him up for me! He’s asleep, he promise me he’s going to come back for me. He promise to be back for me and my baby, he can’t possibly be dead!!!” Valerie continued screaming like a mad woman.
Chloe turned to her in shock. Did she just heard the right thing?
Valerie is pregnant??
“Do something, Camila. She’s going to hurt herself” Jade cries.
Valerie suddenly stood up. Her hair looks scattered, she look like a total mad woman.
“I’m going to kill that bastard! I’m going nna to shred his heart into pieces” she yelled.
Alex went to her front and tried to hold her but she slapped his hand away.
“Don’t touch me” sha glared.
Her eyes suddenly started spinning, she wasn’t seeing anything anymore.
She slumped to the floor, her closed on its own immediately.
“Lola!” Isabella screamed.

UNKNOWN PLACE***
A bucket of water was suddenly splashed on Arturo and Andres.
They snatched their eyes opened to find themselves tied on a chair in a room.
They exchanged glances, wondering where they were.
Andres tried to remember how they landed to this place and the last thing that he could remember was when they entered the cab.
His eyes widened when he realized it was a trap and they stupidly fell for it.
“Dad, they set us up” he mumbled.
Arturo turned to him and that was when the door was opened.
Arturo and Andres got shocked when they saw Fernando before them, it was as if they just saw a ghost.
Fernando smirked.
“Surprised, huh?” His voice was laced with an amusement in it.
“I… I thought you died” Andres stuttered.
“Oh…. Did I?” Fernando laughed darkly.
He couldn’t be more thankful to the one who put down his life for him.
