Someone suddenly jumped on his back and the person’s teeth went straight to his neck
“What Füçk did you think you’re doing?” Max yelled, he grabbed her hand roughly and pushed her down making her fall on her b*tt
“Ouch,” Natalie winched
“Get out now, or I will kill you both,” Max snarled, he moved closer to her and Natalie stood her ground
“He was poisoned,” She muttered gently
Max laughed
“This game is a death gamble, no retreat no surrender, you play it till your last breath that’s how it works, no one is allowed to come into this cycle but since you’re here I might consider cos you will soon be my s*x object,” Max said, he laughed at her
Natalie suddenly slapped him
He turned towards her with an angry face
“How dare you?” He snapped and made to kick her but another leg blocked it making the two legs jam together
He looked up to see Leah and he smirked
“You have no business here, rules are rules,” Max said grinning
“She is my business,” Leah replied and turn to Natalie
Natalie looked down
“What are you waiting for? Start talking,” Leah ordered with her cold voice
“He was poisoned,” Natalie said gently
“And how does that have anything to do with this game?” Max snapped, he seem not to understand why Natalie is trying to ruin his plan but he won’t let that happen
“It has everything to do with it, if he’s truly poisoned then it’s game over,” Leah said, staring directly into Max’s eyes
Mac scoffed and step closer
“Rules are rules, if he can’t fight then she will have to fight me, it’s a death gamble and someone has to die,” Max smirked
One of the masters went over to Lucifer who was unconscious and examine him
“He was indeed poisoned,” He said
“Then it’s game over,” Leah said in her cold voice
Another high-rank Master has already come to them
“No it’s not, since she entered the gambling ground she has to represent him,” Max said, and Leah Scoffed
“She’s not a trainer or a gang member, I will fight you instead,” Leah replied, she step forward
“Declined, she has to fight,” Max said pointing at Natalie
Leah looked at the Masters and they shook their head negatively
“Rules are rules,” One of them said
“She had the right to choose a weapon,” Leah said and they nodded
“Of course she does,” another person added
Leah looked at Natalie who was beside her, she was powerless now and can’t protect her, she knows too well that Max will stop at nothing but to destroy Lucifer and everything he own but she was powerless
“Choose a weapon,” Leah said gently
That will be the first time she will speak softly to anyone
“Huh,”
“What will you fight with? A gun, sword, arrow, stick, what just pick anything,” Leah said, she was staring at Max with a deadly glare
“I choose you,” Natalie suddenly said
Leah looked at her then took her gaze to the masters
“She already choose, your turn,” Leah said and Max scoffed
“Are you kidding yourself? You’re a human being, not an object, you can’t possibly be a weapon……”
“Are you choosing or not? We don’t have all day, a weapon is a weapon it doesn’t matter what it is or does it?” Leah asked, she turn to the Master
“She’s right, a weapon is a weapon,” One of the masters said
“Choose a weapon, Max!” Another one added
“I see,” Max muttered nodding his head
He looked around to see Taylor coming their way
“Perfect… Just perfect,” He mumbled and pointed at Taylor
“That’s my weapon,” Max said, he went over to Taylor and told him about the challenge, and Taylor smile
“I have always wanted her,” Taylor said, they went over to the Masters
“Here is my weapon,” Max said, his hand on Taylor’s shoulder
“Very well then, you two will fight till one of you backed down,” One of the masters said
they both nodded
Natalie shifted to another side while Leah and Taylor stood at the center
One of the Master was with them, as they position themselves
Leah fold her hands with her right leg a little forward while the left one behind to maintain her balance
Taylor removes the chewing gum In his mouth, he brings a wiper out from his pocket and folds it with it. After that, he returns it to his pocket
“Are you both ready?” One of the masters asked
They both nodded
“And now fight!!” He yelled and moved away from their Center
Taylor throws a punch at Leah and she ducked it, he throws another one and she ducked it again, he sends a kick her way and she also sends a kick his way making their leg meet in the way
Taylor withdraw back, Leah kicked his face and he staggered back, she made to kick him again but he blocked it with his hand she continues kicking him but he keep blocking it with his hand while slowly moving backward
Leah’s left leg was on the ground while her right leg hang in mid-air kicking Taylor, he moved backs and she followed still kicking him, she suddenly jumped up and switch legs slapping him with her left leg and he falls face down
He stood up and gritted his teeth angrily then charge towards her, Leah also started running towards him, getting close he jumped up with a kick but she slide down and ducked the kick
Turning around to face him an unexpected kicked send her flying far away, Taylor rushed to her immediately. She suddenly kicked his leg instantly and he falls and get up immediately
She get up and turn to him but he punch her hard in the face bursting her lips and nose, she staggered backward
Taylor somersaults and double kicked her neck, she falls face down, and he kicks her hard in the stomach. The force from his leg sends her flying far
She coughed out blood and just then he yanked her hair and double-punched her face, she staggered backward trying to maintain her balance. He gave her an uppercut and she down straight
All the clan members were beyond shock, their leader is gone, which means they will have to go with Max
Gabriel has a pitiful look on his face but he couldn’t do anything, he so wishes he can fight too but they have been overpowered
Logan looked at her and smirked, she’s not even that strong after all and she will be acting like a she-devil,” Logan scoffed and rolled his eyes
Taylor raised his hands as the crowd cheers him on, he went back to Leah and start kicking her stomach
INSIDE LEAH’S HEAD*
A little girl could be seen crying to her father
“So because he is a boy and you’re crying?” He asked
“He’s powerful, I tried….”
“Shut up, tried is a word used by the weak, I’m a king and you should be a queen, how can I entrust my legacy in your hand if you can’t defend yourself,” the man yelled
“But father…..”
“No but, you have proven that you’re not worthy to be my daughter,” the man cut in
“I will try again,” The little girl quickly said
“You should do cos anything that doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, you have to prove that my empire will be in good hands, I need proof not spoken words!! I want action,” The man yelled
“What if he’s strong?” The little girl asked
“Everyone wasn’t born strong, if you can’t fight him then paralyze him, disfigure him and make him useless,” the man yelled making the girl flinch
He stood up and made to leave but his wife spoke up
“Are you not being too tough on her? She’s just a girl…..”
“I wanted a girl, I never like boys cos they are a disappointment, she needs to toughen up to be worthy to stand before me,” he snapped and his wife kept quiet immediately
She knows best not to talk, he walked out of the room and the woman turn to the little girl
“You heard him, you need to toughen up and stop being a jellyfish,” Her mother added leaving her behind
