LEX’S APARTMENT**
“Shannon Rennox is a crazy drug lord,what are you planning this time?” Blade asked as Lex showed them the picture of Shannon
“I’m glad you know him,we had a deal and it should be carried out tonight” Lex said
“Tonight? Why will you take such deals without our consent??” Blade groaned
“We can’t go tonight,we have another mission on ground godfather” Venom said
“Don’t worry about that,Marissa will take care of it” Lex smiled and Venom sighed
“So you two should go to NX empire and get things done” Lex said

VENOM’S SUITE**
Marissa was pacing around the room when Venom came in
He hugged her from behind and kissed her neck
“I wanted to go with you,but godfather is hard to deal with” Venom said,kissing her neck continuously
“Don’t worry,I took care of things” Marissa faced him
“Do you know we were outsmarted last night?” She asked
“I heard” Venom said
“It’s the first time this is happening,Athena said some details were messed with too” Marissa said and Venom raised his brows
“What are you trying to say?” He asked
“I’m afraid there’s a spy here Michael….” Marissa said
“Spy? You think so?” Venom asked
Marissa nodded
“But I’m not really sure,this is happening for the first time so I can’t judge now. I will possibly find out tonight” Marissa said
Venom nodded and kissed her
“I need to go somewhere too,I won’t be there with you tonight,so don’t get hurt…for me” he said
Marissa smiled
“You trust me right?” She asked
“I’m sorry,I still get worried about you so crazily. So I don’t trust you,but be safe” Venom said
Marissa nodded and kissed him more deeply

7PM**
Marissa walked out of the bedroom,she was fully dressed,
She was putting on a trouser over a hoodie,and then a hat on her head,all black.
She met Madam Zuna feeding Beauty in the dinning room
“Are you leaving too?” Madam Zuna asked
“Yea” Marissa replied and kissed Beauty’s cheek
“I will be back,wish momma good luck” She said
Beauty kissed her cheek also and Marissa smiled
“Be careful,Michael and Blade are not here either,I’m worried” Madam Zuna said
Marissa nodded
“I will be fine,trust me” Marissa said

“Are we still going or not,where is our so called boss lady?” Galaxy groaned
“Can’t you at least rest and be patient?” Echo snapped
“Shut up” Galaxy snapped back
Phoenix roll her eyes and kept quiet
Marissa finally showed up
“Finally you’re here” Phoenix said and Marissa smiled
“I’m sorry for keeping you all waiting” she said
“Don’t ever apologize,it’s a sin” Trace said and Marissa chuckled
“But,where is Blaze,Seth and Idris?” Marissa asked
“Oh,I think godfather have another assignment for them” Star replied
‘Why is everyone so busy tonight?’ Marissa thought inwardly
“Let’s go” She said and entered the car with ,Phoenix and Athena,the other four also went in another car
“Are you sure today will be different?” Athena asked
“Let’s hope,if today is the same. That means there’s someone among us giving them every information and our moves” Marissa said
“I was about to say that,does that mean we’ve got a spy?” Phoenix chuckled
“Then whoever it is is Füçking dead” Athena scoffed
After about an hour drive,they got to the venue.
Athena stopped the car and they all came out,the other got down from the second car also
But almost immediately,the car packed at the other side started leaving
Marissa immediately brought out her gun and shot two of the tyres,the car stopped with a loud noise
Everyone pointed their guns out waiting for the people in it to come out.
The doors opened and instantly the people got out and ran off
“Go after them!” Phoenix shouted and everyone ran after them except Marissa
‘So it’s true,there’s really a spy. It’s definitely one of the gang members’ she thought and then looked up
Her eyes caught with Midnight who released an evil smirk before running
Marissa didn’t wait,she followed her in a fast speed.
Midnight kept on running while Marissa was after her,until finally they got to the rooftop,each breathing hardly from the long run.
Midnight faced Marissa
“Finally,I’m seeing you perfectly this way….Marissa. Heard you’re now the boss lady,your godfather seems amazing” Midnight smiled
Marissa nodded
“I guess you have someone who deliver all the information about us.” She said
“How smart” Midnight laughed
“But too bad you won’t live to figure out who the person is,coz I’m gonna kill you right here” Midnight said
“Seriously? You’re so sure about it” Marissa chuckled
“Not my fault,I’ve always wanted you dead” Midnight smirked and twisted the knife In her hand in a fast motion before throwing it toward Marissa’s eyes.
Marissa immediately ducked it but while doing that Midnight already got behind her and threw an heavy kick on her back
Marissa fell on the floor
“Sh|t” she cursed inwardly,glaring at Midnight who smirked at her
She walked closer to Marissa on the floor and tried throwing another kick on her face
Marissa brought out a knife and shoved it right inside her feet
“Ahhhhh!!”Midnight screamed out and fell on the floor as her leg started bleeding badly.
Marissa smirked at her and got up,she was about moving closer when a body jumped between them. Marissa looked up and found Gunner pointing a gun at her
“Don’t you dare move” Gunner’s deep voice said and Marissa glared at him dangerously
“I will love to see Venom cry for you” He smirked and instantly he shot Marissa twice in her chest
Marissa let out a painful groan and grabbed her chest
Gunner smirked and shot her again and like that,she fell and dropped dead on the ground
