“Oh…honey its yours…your wedding invitations card” her mom blurted.
“my Wedding?“ melody asked wide eyed.
“Yes and I have a wonderful news …we are having dinner with the Langston’s tonight baby” Mrs Lucille squeaked.
“Wedding card?..dinner …i don’t seems to still understand you mom..can you explain more” melody asked with a creased brow…this woman can be dramatic sometimes.
“Well you are getting married to avyan Langston” Mrs Lucile said with a big smile plasters on her face.
“Mom are you kidding me?“ melody asked wide eyed.
“Am serious meldoy” Mrs Lucille cooed looking else where.
“Mom are you kidding me… You want me to get married to that spoilt brat… That proud peaÇOçks I have never seen?“ Melody half yelled.
“That not a good words use to describe your soon to be husband” Mrs Lucille scolded
“Mom am just 20 still a high school attender and you want me to be married just because of business i wish dad is here he won’t support you on this” she hushed angrily.
“for the last time melody never mention that bastard whenever am talking to you ” Mrs Lucille said meanly walking out and melody’s jaw dropped.
“Am doomed” melody cried as hot tears rolled down her cheeks..
Lillian her personal maid run to her…”its okay ma’am..it will be alright” she cooed.
To her surprise melody hugged her…soaking her clothes with her tears.
“Someone should tell me mom is kidding or this is a night mare” she cried.

“Son am so proud of you…jeez…you are just too cute…i can’t help but feel so proud for having the world cute guy as my son” Mrs Langston said while avyan still keep his hard face.
“Common you don’t do that face for me..after all am your mom” Mrs Langston said as she rubbed his cheeks slowly.
“Okay…he said and feigned a smile…”I know you guys are up to something what is it?“ He asked coldly.
“We are going for dinner tonight with one of my business partner…she is also your mom best friend and also a hardworking woman…i bet you won’t he able to take your eyes of her cute daughter” Mr Langston said not sparing him a glance
“Wow…really?, is that what I get?….coming back for good time and you are about to tie some desperate lady to my neck?“ He said nonchalantly.
“Call it what you want…but am sure you won’t miss the dinner tonight or…you know what is it right?“ Mr Langston said with an evil smirk.
Avyan just feel like punching that smirk off his face….if there is anyone he h@tës in his family…its his dad.
“I will go” he said coldly and walk out of the scene…mrs Langston watch his threatening back.
“Honey what do you always use to get him….tell me the secret” Mrs Langston asked cause she is always surprised how her husband use to make him do something with no difficulties.
“Or …mi amor its just dad and son secret” he replied and give his wife a cute smirk.
“Our son took after you” she said…
“Yeah just like that bastard took after you…i wish he will be a better person for his self…he was supposed to be our last born but he is just behaving like a bastard…am sure he will be regretting by now..“ Mr Langston said as his fold his fist.
“Sometimes I do wonder if the nurse switched my child” Mrs Langston cried.
They had four kids…avyan is a twin…a boy and a girl but sadly …his twin is dead.
Then there is a girl after avyan…then a boy…
But the boy seems to be the headache of the family and he run away …following the bad gangs as he always wanted to follow.
