Throughout the ride to the airport , my heart squeezed in hurt as I looked out of the windows.
She thinks I’m jealous of her and her daughter , Why will I even ….” I rubbed my forehead and bit my lower lip.
When we got down to bored the Flight ,that’s when I realized we where actually going to the Philippines , why didn’t the Don speak about this ?

The phillipines isn’t a place ,I want Dylan to come to .
The worse thing was ,We we’re gonna base at the Province of Cebu for the mission .
Cebu was were everything started , and maybe the people we we’re up against also has a place in Cebu .
” Cebu ? Is the next target staying here ? I asked trying to hide my nervousness.
” We are actually going after Mr Viktor Del Rosario …a young politician who happens to be a member of the group we are up against , Sergio believes Viktor …is a very smart man and so must hold a top rank in the gang ” he said and I suddenly became more interested , after all this was the first time we were having a conversation where we are not eating off each other’s heads.
” If we are not mistaken ,we feel the headquarters in Asia ,pricisly Cebu is the biggest they actually have .
Could this mission be linked to mikoy ? Is that why the Don ,wanted me to be invested in this as much as possible ,he wanted me to finally get hold of the Füçker like I’ve always wanted .
” So what’s the mission ? I asked trying to be calm ,even if the whole thing was already begining to dawn on me.
” We will be taking new names , Sergio already got us covered . With fake ID’s and many more .
Because we need to blend in the village When we get there and the family that’s gonna accommodate us ,are locals in the village .” He said and I frowned.
” Locals ? Some of these locals wouldn’t just accommodate us Like that you know right ? I asked refering to the both of us .
” We have that covered , their son Jacob is part of the De Luca’s In the Philippines . And his parents think we are his married friends from where he used work in Italy . And we need a place to stay since we just moved to Cebu ” he said and I chocked on the bottle of water I had just placed in my lips .
I opened my mouth to say something but nothing seem to come out .
I was shocked , literally shocked this seemed like a scene from a fictional drama .
When we got off the plane at the airport ,a tall handsome man waved in our direction.
” Hey, Jacob ” he introduced himself and raised his sleeves a bit showing off the Tattoo ,he was indeed part of the familia.
” Dylan and this is Cora ” he said and Jacob stared at me his eyes lingering a little longer than necessary .
I bit my lower lip controlling the urge to sigh .
I knew I had this effect on men ,but sometimes i expect something different even if I know it’s not possible .
We got into the car and he started to talk to us .
” My parents are quiet old fashioned guys and I got you this ,we have to keep this as natural as possible .
He said and handed us a bag .
We checked in and he had actually bought us Rings.
” Look ,I know this is actually Quite embarrassing for you two but …I know my family they’re a bit dramatic and nosy especially my Aunt Elise .
So … your names are Elroy and Nuella Garcia ” he said and Dylan chuckled softly.
Making my Eyes widened as I stared at how handsome and stress free he looked when he chuckled.
” So now my name happens to be Elroy ? He asked and Jacob gave a nod .
” Yup …you guys met during work …fell inlove got married and … have been hoping for a child ” he said and my heart squeezed at the last part .
This would have been us if I had accepted his love back then , waiting for a child . He never would have knew the happiness of being a father .
” I know nothing about being a Filipino” I said and Jacob laughed.
” Cora can help ,she’s a Filipino ,I heard she’s fluent in the language and even Spanish” Jacob said handing us small mobile phones .
We stopped by a place for lunch ,where he gave us time to change into less expensive clothes.
I stared at how innocent I looked in the dress and frowned as I tied the scarf on my curly hair .
Gosh this was really Embarrassing . I switched my shoes for the flats .
Sergio and the Don really out did this one ,I mean Jacob knew everything about our size and all.
He briefed us about the family , which consists of his Dad and Mom who run a potato farm , his aunt Elise and his younger sister bernete whom they fondly call Berna and his girlfriend Lora .
” Large family ” Dylan said and he laughed.
” My cousin Carlos ,is not always around . I’m suspecting he’s part of a shady business like we all are ,I’m just hoping it’s not in the opposite gang we are up against” he said and I sighed softly.
” For how long will we be doing this ? Dylan asked.
” For now ,I can’t say but….i think a month ” he said and I bit my lower lip .
A month
A whole Füçking month ? How do I survive a month with a man who wouldn’t breath in the same space as me .

When we walked out of the restaurant ,our ride had changed to a truck …
” It’s my Dad’s ,I’m sorry but we don’t want many questions now do we ” he chuckled that’s when we realized he had rented the car .
Jacob was really being low-key with the whole mafia thing , he had money … Probably hiding it from his family till he has a coverer up business ready .

I stared outside the truck as he drove through the city …the whole place was super busy .
Kids ran around ,some selling different street stuffs .
And most of the people looked very Happy . Jacobs family was living in the middle class area of the province .
Everyone seem to know everyone around here ,I looked Filipino Dylan’s striking looks already gained the attention of some teenage girls around.
” Jacob ,magandang gabi ..” [ Good afternoon ] They greeted in unison then squiled while blushing.
Dylan on the other hand had no idea he was the center of attraction.
It was already getting a bit dark when we entered their compound ,it was a House built with beautiful woods it had this homely vibes that brought a warm feeling to my heart .
” Jacob ! We heard a sweet teenage voice .
” Ma …Jacob is here …” She said excitedly and gasped when her eyes met us .
” Hey you you must be Jacobs friends …. awwwwwwwwn” she squiled Excitedly.
” You ask too many questions berna help them with their stuffs .” An older woman who looked like an older version of Berna said as she joined us .
” Magandang gabi ” I greeted with a bright smile.
” Good evening ma’am ” Dylan added .
” Goodevning you guys look so beautiful together ,” Tuloy kayo ”
[ Please come in ] she invited us in .
” It’s a pleasure to meet you ma’am ” Dylan said as he raised her hand and placed it on his forehead .
She seemed pleased by his Jacob .
” You must be Elroy and she’s your wife Nuella ,such beautiful couple ,Jacob already told us about you two. And we are so pleased to finally have you both around.
” Ah they’re here ….” Another man said coming out .
” Pa ” Jacob greeted and we greeted him immediately.
” They’re so respectful …” His mom smiled happily.
” Are they already here ? Another woman rushed down of the wooden stairs .
What actually drawed my attention was her horrible makeup.
” Aunt Elise not again ” Jacob said and she pulled him in a warm hug .
” Oh they’re so beautiful” she said dramatically as she walked over to us and pulled me in a hug .
‘” The Room is ready ” she said excitedly then smirked in our direction Naughtily.
His mom shook her head immediately.
” Elise calm down , Berna please show them to their room , Let them settle in ,I made a lot for breakfast today and I assure you will enjoy it.
” We have some sisig ,chicken Adobo ,lumpia the list goes on ” she said and Dylan didn’t look pleased about us sharing a room but he seem to hide it just fine .
” I hope you enjoy your stay here ” Berna said with a smile immediately she opened our room door and handed the keys ,she left excitedly .
I got in first and Dylan joined me ,then closed the door.
My feets halted immediately he walked passed me , he turned And stared at the bed .
He walked to the bed ,Sat down and started going through his stuffs .
” Go freshen up ” he said without glancing at my direction.
” You go first ” I said immediately and he lazily raised his hazel eyes in my direction and I looked away as his stare burned into my soul.
” Look we don’t have time to start this cat and mouse fight Cora ” he said angrily and I looked away as I pulled my stuff to the wardrobe.
” Arrogant peaÇOçk” I muttered under my breath with a frown on my face ,what does he take me for .
I dropped the stuffs in the bag Jacob had bought , then opened my fancy travelling bag ,which Bella and Grace had packed for me .
I brought out my beauty products bag first ,then checked for my night wear .
I raised one and my eyes widened immediately .

I’m probably dreaming right ? Füçk I should have known these girls where up to no good .
How can I wear something like this and sleep ,in front of Dylan. ..no no it’s not possible .
This is probably a joke , I dropped it back and when I raised the red clouded one .
” Füçk ! I cursed out loud while raising it in Inspection .
My cheeks heated in Embarrassment when I turned just to notice ,Dylan had his eyes on me ,they trailed to the nightie then back at my face .
” I ….huh …. good night …I mean sorry it’s not what you think …” I trailed and shut up when I realized I was blabbing non-stop.
Ground just open please open up and swallow me right now .
He ignored me like I wasn’t even in the room ,as he walked into the bathroom.
What the hell ,I’m supposed to go first . But you where Making a fool out of yourself ” my mind mocked .
What do I sleep in now ? How could they have packed such dirty slutty nightwear and underwears for me . That’s like sleeping in basically nothing.
That’s nakedness,I rubbed my forehead.
While pacing around the room .
I Will never trust those crazy women after this ,I stood at the wardrobe thinking about my horrible situation.
Should I beg Dylan for is Shirt or something .
Me and this guy doesn’t even talk , he ignores me ,how can I ask from him ?.
Tight corner
I’m in a tight corner , Dylan walked out of the bathroom about thirty minutes later and my eyes widened immediately.
He was shirtless ,With just a towel dangerously below his waist .
He started walking in my direction and my eyes widened.
Wh…..at did I do to offend him ? Why is he glaring at me all of a sudden.
He stopped immediately he got to where I stood and I closed my eyes tightly as the water in his curly hair dropped on me .
” …….”
” Get away Cora ,I need to pick another Towel ” he said and my eyes opened immediately as I shifted in Embarrassment .
He picked the towel and strolled towards the bathroom again .
