“Oh…mi..gosh!!” Annika exclaimed, counting the words.
Immediately Derek and Mina heard that, they stopped kissing instantly, and turned to look at Annika.
“Oops! She caught us” They both chorused,smiling sheepishly.
^^FLASHBACK>>MINUTES AGO
After Mina left her seat to go get water to drink,Derek also excused himself from the rest,telling them he wants water too.
“Let’s tell them,baby. Now that everyone is here” Derek said to Mina,bringing out a bottle of water.
“Already? I wanted us to shock everyone real well,especially my friends,Annika and Sana.
“Like,I’d just wake up one morning and tell them that ” Derek and I are getting married,next week.
“And they’d look at each other and be like “Is the much food she has been eating now affecting her brain? We need to take her to the doctor” Mina joked,and Derek laughed.
But that’s not exactly why she was keeping her relationship away from them.
She mentioned getting married to Derek on purpose.
“We’ll sure get married soon,but you’re really crazy,my foodie. Your friends are so gonna fry you” Derek joked.
“I know,hunny. Likewise yours” Mina replied and they laughed.
“d@mn,I’ve really missed you and….” Derek said,giving her a light kiss on the lips.
Mina giggled,and grabbed his shirt,seductively.
“I missed you more,hunny” She said,and they started kissing seriously.
Meanwhile,Annika who had noticed them both,even when Derek winked at Mina and she giggled.
She saw the wink and knew there was something fishy about them.
So,she decided to follow them into the kitchen, since the both of them cannot want water at the same time.
She surreptitiously walked into the kitchen and caught them,and that’s where the oh..mi..gosh came from.

“What in the world is happening?” Annika asked as she folded her arms, and stood to stare at them.
“Sweetheart, we were just about coming to tell you all” Mina smiled, and Annika glared at her.
“Tell us…? About what?
Wait,are you two….dating?” She asked,smirking and at the same time,glaring.
Annika already knows what is going on,so there’s no how they can twist the lie. Besides, they already said they were going to tell them.
“Um…yes,sweetheart” Mina answered.
“Ohmigosh! I knew it…I just knew something was going on between you two,but I didn’t want to believe it. Well,not until I saw you crazy jerk,winking at my friend” Annika said,and Derek chuckled.
“Monitoring spirit” Mina pouted,and Annika glared seriously at her, that she had to shut up instantly.
“How long have you been dating without telling anyone?” Annika scowled.
“Since we met again at the club….?” Mina answered.
“Oh…mi…
“Don’t say it” Mina cut in,and Derek laughed.
“Guys….!! You won’t believe Mina and Derek have been dating without us knowing” Annika said loudly to everyone’s hearing.
“What!?” They all exclaimed from the dinning and in just a fleet,they rushed into the kitchen.
“Sweet mother of Derek! It’s true” Dalton exclaimed, and everyone bursted out laughing.
Sana who was quiet, just folding her arms and looking at them, walked to Annika and smiled.
“Sugar pie….what were they doing when you caught them?” Sana asked,and Annika smirked. She knows what Sana is up to,that’s why she’s smirking.
“They were kissing seriously” Annika replied, and..
“Ha!” Everyone gasped.
“In my kitchen…? I need to sanitize this place” Dexter joked,and they laughed.
“Just continue from where you stopped” Sana said,and Mina pouted.
“Really, Sana?” Mina said, shaking her head.
“Yes,really. How can you two be dating without us knowing, that’s unfair, yunno” Sana scowled.
“Yes,man. It’s unfair…we are so going to deal with you” Dexter and Dalton said at a time. Derek chuckled and rolled eyes.
“We are waiting” Annika said,reminding Mina of what Sana asked them to do.
Slowly,while smiling at each other,Derek held Mina’s face,tilted to the right,and they began kissing slowly.
“Awww…” They chorused.
After few minutes,they went back to the dinning table to resume eating.
^^AT THE GALLER AFTER DINNER^^
“So,you’ve been dating Derek for long now,but decided to keep it away from us your friends. That’s really not fair,Mina and we aren’t happy about it” Annika said,angrily looking at Mina.
They may have sounded or looked okay with it,back at the kitchen,but they are very mad at her.
How can she keep her relationship a secret? Especially them,her friends!
Okay,fine. Most people like to keep their relationships away from the public. But seriously,them? Her very best friends from day one?
It’s definitely a no no.
“I…I’m sorry,babes….I swear,I didn’t mean to keep it away from you guys.
“You know how many times guys have toiled with my heart,babes.
You know how it always ends each time.
“I didn’t want to tell you just yet,until I was sure this one was going to work. I’m sorry,girls” Mina pouted,fidgeting with her fingers.
“Aww,come here,baby. We totally understand you,but you should have let us know. You know we’ll always be there for you.
‘We’ll always be there for each other,both during the good and the bad times” Annika said,and Sana nodded an affirmative.
“I love you two,madly” Mina excitedly said,hugging them tight.
Her friends smiled and hugged her back.
“But we are still going to punish you…no food for you till next week” Annika and Sana said,smirking.
And to their greatest shock, Mina bursted into a cry. Leaving Annika and Sana to laugh their ribs out.
Mina was crying for real!!
