CHAPTER 55
” Let’s get one thing very clear, I don’t avoid conflict with you because I’m scared of what Antonio would do, I avoid conflict because I’m scared of myself, my temper can go from zero to death row real quick ” Kiara said coldly.
” I’m not scared of you, just leave Antonio Alone, stop manipulating him with your presence ” Ellie said.
” Ellie, that’s enough let’s go ” Raymond said but they were suddenly pushed by an unknown force and they groaned.
Kiara suddenly released them, she doesn’t want to kill anyone, not right now.
Ellie was about to stand up when a glad pierced her cheeks, the smell of the blood made Kiara’s eyes darkened ” leave now ” Kiara warned.
Antonio and the rest arrived and they frowned ” what’s are you doing ?” Antonio asked as Kiara was about to touch Ellie’s cheeks.
” You think I hurt her ?” Kiara asked instead as she wanted to hear his response. Was she really a monster to them ?
” It’s obvious, stay away from Ellie ” Antonio replied and Kiara hands froze in air, she wanted to heal Ellie’s wound not hurt her.
Derek who saw Ellie wounded cheeks stared at Kiara with h@të and anger ” you beast ” Derek yelled as he brought out a gun
* Bang *
Skylar covered Kiara quickly and the bullet’s hit her ” Skylar “they chorused, the smell of Skylar’s blood made Kiara to look up.
“Are you alright ?” Skylar asked, Kiara eyes darkened as her wings appeared, she won’t spare Derek today.
The sword appeared in front of Kiara who made Skylar sit down gently ” Allow me to handle this ” Kiara whispered.
The sword suddenly stabbed Derek, it happened so fast that no one could react on time.
” Dad ” Ellie called but Kiara pushed her away, Derek groaned in pain.
” Nothing will stop me from having my revenge, Not a person, Not morals, Not money, Not pain, Not even God himself will save you from what I’ll do to you, you’ll get exactly what you deserve, I’ll destroy your image. Tear down your world, I’ll make you watch them curse your name, then I’ll let you die a slow death as you watch me destroy the world you fought hard to protect, they Will never remember you only your failure ” Kiara yelled as the sword stabbed Derek again.
No one could move fron their position ” you got Antonio, yet you’re still selfish and greedy” Kiara said as she turn towards Ellie direction.
.Derek men shot Kiara continuously but the bullet’s didn’t get to her as, it was floating in front of her.
Her long claws touched one of the bullet and the rest fell down ” how’s that possible ?” Amir asked confused.
” I’m an immortal, nothing can kill me not even you ” Kiara replied as her long claw’s dug into one of Derek’s team members chest and pulled his heart.
Ellie burst into tears, it was the first time for her to see a beating heart, not to mention how Kiara murdered the innocent man, she shouldn’t have come here.
” Kiara ” Antonio yelled as Kiara licked the blood from her hands before she looked at Derek ” I’ll kill you slowly ” Kiara said.
Alexis appeared and released everyone ” what’s going on ?” Alexis asked confused and Kiara looked at Skylar.
Though she couldn’t see them, she could feel their presence ” kiara, what have you turned into ?” Oscar asked.
” He put Skylar in danger I won’t forgive him ” Kiara replied coldly ” Kiara we are your friends ” Tracy pointed out.
” Since the day you all wanted to forget about me, when I was abandoned, you-all means nothing to me I was left alone suffering ” Kiara said angrily.
Lily slapped her out of anger ” you’re a monster ” lily yelled ” how can you utter such dangerous words ?” Tracy asked
Alexis hold Kiara but she pulled away ” you guys think you’re the only one sacrificing ?” Kiara yelled as they stepped back
” Why until now are you blaming us ?” Antonio asked and Kiara chuckled ” can’t I blame you all ? I’m being treated as a weapon that you-all abandoned, everything u feel your presence I’m remained of the year I spent in darkness and pain ” Kiara said stepping closer to Antonio.
” I would think that you didn’t hesitate to wait for me, I’ll never forgive you in this life ” Kiara yelled as her hands clenched Into fists.
Antonio eyes wide in shock, Alexis puller kiara back, he can’t allow Kiara to cause Chaos again.
” You decided to leave, I didn’t force you to ” Antonio added ” my sister is the only one important to me, the person he hurt pulled me out of hell ” Kiara said pointing at Derek.
. Skylar slowly stood up and walked towards Kiara direction, tears rolled from Kiara’s eyes which surprised Alexis, how’s that possible ?
” I have a mission to o fulfill, I kept calling over and over, calling My friends, until my voice gets hoarse, until my tears run dry, the only response I got was an endless darkeness” Kiara added.
” Why do I need to sacrifice myself ? Why do I need to feel all those pain ? Why do I need to get abandoned ? Why did no one asked me if I’m willing or if u like to be abandoned? I sacrificed everything for your safety, all the stages of my powers has its reflection effect, it cost me to lose all me six senses, I lost the most basic perception of this world and my body was in constant pain although I left that cold darkness, I’m always living in hell, In the eyes of everyone I’m a monster why ?” Kiara yelled.
” I’ll take her away ” Alexis said as he hold Kiara and they disappeared leaving everyone speechless.
They didn’t Know Kiara was going through a lot, in other to keep them safe, they were so selfish to think or call her a Monster.
Levi watched as cora healed Skylar who was in tears, Derek men took him to the hospital immediately as he has Alot of injuries.
” Ellie, you can never be Kiara not in this lifetime or the next ” Skylar said as she wipe her tears.
” Poor Kiara ” Kylie added as she couldn’t imagine going through the same pain as Kiara.
” She was a good girl, until we destroyed her , she was a Caring girl, now she feels nothing, she was a loving girl, now she questions Love, she was a kind girl, now she’s afraid to be kind , wonder what happened to her ? Look at the mirror ” Skylar said pointing at their reflection.
They were all responsible for Kiara’s pain and suffering, even the time she came back, no one welcomed her.
Ellie was speechless, she didn’t know Kiara was suffering, she thought Kiara came back to take Antonio away from her.
This was all her fault from the beginning she misunderstood Kiara motives and now her dad has to pay for it.
