FLASHBACKS★
Mason was on his way to the hospital when he heard Skyler was giving birth but while driving, he noticed this truck coming opposite him like it wanted to hit him on purpose, Mason narrowed his eyes and tried turning his wheel to the other side but it wouldn’t move.
He narrowed his eyes and tried again but it still didn’t move and that was when he saw a note on his car.
*Seems like you’re gonna have to die without seeing your twins then I’d take what’s rightfully mine*
He looked forward again and the truck was already very close to hitting him.
Seems like there was no hope left for him was what he was about to start thinking but coming to think of not being able to see Skyler or his kids that were about to be born today ever again made him change his mind.
If his breaks can’t move then he would just have to get down from his car with his own hands. While the car still moving, he pushed the door open and jumped out but didn’t landed on his feet.
It wasn’t up to thirty minutes when the car crashed with the truck. It began licking, Mason knew it was going to explode so he managed to raise himself up from the ground and began running.
Few seconds later, the explosion happened and it still affected him but that didn’t keep him from finding his way to the hospital.

DELGADOS’ PRIVATE HOSPITAL★
A knock sounded on the door of Skyler’s and Mason slowly opened it before entering.
Everyone were sitting together, Kiara was holding the baby boy and Skyler was holding the baby girl. When she saw Mason, she froze and Edna collected the girl from her.
“Should we give them some time alone? Mason won’t move from the door” Hudson whispered to Emily.
“No need, the babies can not leave this room for now” Emily whispered.
Mason eventually moved from the door over to where Skyler was laying. Tears came out of Skyler’s eyes as he got close.
“Beautiful, I’m sorry I wasn’t there when you were pushing. You don’t know how much I h@të myself for it” he said sadly as he took her hands and kissed it.
“It’s fine, I heard you had an accident let me see your injuries” she said softly.
“I’m fine, the injuries are not that serious, just give it a week and it will disappear” he said softly.
“But just let me see them” Skyler said with pleading voice and Mason sighed before rolling his sleeve up. He had a big cut on his arms.
“And I have one more at my back but it doesn’t matter, they don’t hurt so much” he assured her and immediately changed the topic before she starts crying.
“Where are our kids, let me see them?” He asked softly.
“Behind you, here’s your handsome baby boy” Kiara said and Mason turned back to look at the boy. He smiled softly when he saw the little face.
“Cute” he muttered.
“Won’t you carry your kids?” Edna asked because Mason looked like he had been avoiding carrying them.
“I erh.. I have injuries on my arms and..” he began looking for excuse when the truth was that he was scared to touch them because they were so title, he thought they would fall from his hands.
“Don’t worry they are not heavy, carry your son” Kiara passed the boy to Mason.
Mason slowly looked at Skyler and she nodded at him with a smile. He carried the boy but his hands weren’t strength.
“Why are your hands shaking like that, don’t tell me the almighty Mason Delgado is scared to carry his own child” Hudson began laughing while Jacob hit him.
“Relax and straighten your shoulders” Kiara held his shoulders and tried making them straight.
“What if he falls?” Mason asked with a nervous face, he looked like he was already sweating.
“He can’t, will you let your son fall?” Kiara laughed a little.
The boy suddenly started crying and Mason began panicking.
“What do I do, he’s crying!!”
Everyone in the room were laughing already, Kiara sighed and collected the boy from him and handed him to Skyler.
“He’s just hungry and while his mummy is giving him food, you should carry your daughter” she said and Edna came with the baby girl.
She stretched her to him and he slowly carried the girl from Edna.
“Relax cuz, she’s not going to eat your hands, just feel free” Edna tried her best not to laugh at the way Mason was carrying his own daughter.
In few minutes time, Mason was already relaxed. He sat on the small stole with his daughter while looking at his son sucking his mom’s Brë@št milk.
“I believe it’s time to name the kids” Ivy said and Jacob, Hudson, Alvin, Sunny and Blake who were sitting behind them stood up and move forward.
“Beautiful, do you have any name for them?” Mason asked.
“They are so cute, I already have names, my little boy name will be bun and girl bunny” she said and Mason faced the old man.
“Grandpa do you have any name for them, I haven’t for once thought of what to name my kids” he muttered and he wasn’t approving of his kids name to be Bun and Bunny.
Grandpa Mario stared at Kiara and was about to say something when Ivy interrupted.
“I know this isn’t my business or anything but I was thinking it will be cute if you named the twins after Mason and Skyler’s initials and since Skyler’s late father was Chinese, we can also leave a Chinese name for them” Ivy shrugged when she spoke.
“As much as I h@të Ivy, I agree with her” Edna said and Mason turned back to see everyone nodding their head.
“Okay how about Maxwell and Scarlett for their English names?” Grandpa Mario suggestions.
“Sounds perfect” Mason and Skyler nodded in agreement.
“Aunt..
“Don’t call me aunt, you’re married to my daughter so you should call me mom” Kiara got him off.
Mason first cleared his throat. He hasn’t even called Maya mom talk more of another woman.
“Skyler’s mom-
“She said mom, is not the hard” Hudson rolled his eyes and everyone laughed.
“Mom, you can help give them a Chinese name” Mason said in such a rush and Skyler only smiled at him.
“How about Xiaobo for the boy meaning little wrestler and Zixin for the girl meaning self-confidence” Kiara suggested.
“Sounds great, do you hear that little one, your Chinese name is Xiaobo and your English name is Maxwell, coming after your papa’s initial” Skyler said cutely to the little boy but he was too busy with his food to react.
“So when do we get to announce it publicly so I can put that little b.. that little Hailey and her mother in their place?” Ivy asked with a face that shows she was ready to fight.
“Hailey and Agnes will get what they deserve soon” Mason muttered.
“What about mom, she’s getting out of jail soon, will you really not let her see her grandkids?” Ivy asked and everyone kept quiet.
Skyler slowly studied Mason face, he was acting like no one spoke.
“Why should we let her see the babies she wanted to kill” Rosa rolled her eyes and Kiara stood up.
“What? What did I just hear?” She asked.
“It’s a long story, she’s getting what she deserves now so you shouldn’t bother mom” Skyler said slowly.
“But you told me everything was fine and no one was giving you a hard time here” Kiara gave Skyler a look full of shock.
“It’s nothing aunt, Maya might not like Skyler but she didn’t dare touch her in my presence, thou she did a few things but she’s getting what she deserves now” Mason added and Skyler nodded.
The family began talking of other things and while they were all chitchatting. One person among them fist was clenched tightly.

A WEEK LATER: DELGADOS’ MANSION★
Skyler was finally out of the hospital, she could have left since but Mason kept insisting that she needed more rest and wouldn’t leave till after a week.
It was evening, Mason was laying on the bed and making some calls while Skyler was in her mom’s room. Her mother and best friends were going to staying with them for a short while.
When Skyler came back, Mason noticed she was with just Scarlett. She dropped Scarlett on the bed and went to the bathroom to take her shower.
While Mason was on the call with his business client, he kept looking at Scarlett every now and then. She was sitting on the bed, sucking her lips and looking around while stretching her tiny arms around.
Mason smiled a little and moved closer, he stretched one of his fingers to her and she gripped it with her tiny fingers, next thing she put it on her mouth and began sucking.
When Scarlett wasn’t tasting anything, she began to cry.
“Seems like Mr Mason is with his daughter, I won’t disturb, I’ll just callback later and we can pick up from where we stopped” the client on the phone said and Mason nodded before hanging up.
Skyler was out of the bathroom.
“I think she’s hungry, she was sucking on my finger earlier” he informed when Skyler picked up Scarlett.
“They are always hungry, Maxwell is with my mom. She said she wanted him to stay over and I already put some Brë@št milk in the feeder incase he’s hungry” she said and sat on the bed.
Mason sat beside her, he looked at the way Scarlett was sucking speedily.
“It must be really delicious, your kids are stealing my food from me” he said and Skyler only rolled her eyes at him.
“I need to work overnight and make up for the time I missed in the class, the finals will soon be near” she told him.
“That would be too stressful since you still have babies that cries in the middle of the night when they are hungry. You haven’t gotten any real rest” Mason looked worried.
“I’ll be fine Mason” Skyler sighed.
“Okay but do you have any more milk in feeder so I can feed Scarlett when she’s hungry and you don’t have to run from working to feeding her and so you can sleep well when you’re done?” He asked.
“Really? You’re willing to help me out?” Skyler blinked.
“Is that something you should be surprised about? All of you are my priority. I wanna get a tattoo the moment my scars disappear, I’ll name it M&S standing for Maxwell and Scarlett” he said and Skyler smiled at him.
“Thank you so much hunny, I gave two feeders to mom but I don’t think Maxwell can actually drink two bottles over night” she said and Mason got up from bed.
“I will go to your mom’s room then” he kissed her forehead before leaving.
When Mason came back, he dropped the feeder on the table next to the bed and brought out his phone to take a picture of the side view of Skyler’s face.
“Huh?” She narrowed her brows.
“I actually wanna open an Instagram account today, so I’ll be using it as my profile” he said and Skyler nodded.
Mason opened the account and posted the pic, he also made his first post, posting the legs the twins, he took the pic earlier and he was thanking Skyler for the safe delivery.

NEXT MORNING★
Mason didn’t noticed but he had already hit ten millions followers on Instagram, everyone were talking about his profile picture since he used the side view of Skyler’s face and they were all comparing it with Hailey to see she was fake.
‘Look closely at this two pictures, Hailey is such a big fake, the side view of Mason’s wife looks nothing like her’

‘It can’t be her, Mason Delgado doesn’t deserve to get involved with a nobody’

In the Delgados’ mansion, Skyler climbed down from the staircase with Mason carrying Scarlett.
“I’ll be going to fashion class today, mom, aunt Rosa and aunt Emily, I’m dropping four bottles of Brë@št milk and I’m dropping Scarlett and Maxwell with you since they aren’t old enough to follow me to work” Skyler informed as she came down.
Maxwell was with the old man and he kept sucking on his tiny fingers.
“Here, she deprived me from sleep last night” Mason gave Scarlett to Emily before going to meet grandpa to great Maxwell.
“Good morning grandpa, can I have my son now” he stretched his arms and grandpa gave Maxwell to Mason.
Saliva was already rolling down Maxwell’s little mouth as he stared at Mason’s face.
“Why are you looking at me, do you miss daddy? Daddy missed you too” he smiled but next thing, Maxwell brought his mouth to Mason’s eyes.
“Woah, you and your sister love eating my face” Mason pulled him back and Maxwell began to cry.
“Give me my son” Skyler rolled her eyes and took Maxwell from Mason.
“Don’t tell mummy you’re hungry now, mummy really need to get to work now” Skyler looked at him with pleading eyes but his cry increased even more.
“I don’t think he wants to eat” Rosa muttered.
“Then what does he want and what’s that bad smell?” Mason scrunched his nose up and Rosa gave him a knowing.
“Oh boy” Skyler muttered.
“But don’t worry, I’ll help you out, just go to your fashion sleep and Mason go to work” Rosa collected Maxwell from Skyler.
“Thank you aunt” Skyler smiled.
Mason didn’t even say a thank you before he left with Skyler.
“He will always be Mason if it’s not about Skyler and the kids, Matilda get some diapers please” Rosa also scrunched her nose upwards as she climbed the staircase.

POLICE STATION ★
An officer walked to a cell and opened the bar.
“Maya Delgado?” He called and Maya who resting on the wall immediately opened yet eyes.
“Your days here have expired, your papers are ready so you’re free to leave now” the officer passed her news to her.
