He pulled her closer by the waist swiftly and then he slammed his lips on hers.
He was ravaging her lips as he kissed her hungrily. Just when Echo was about to respond to the kiss, he broke it and vanished.
Then she blinked her eyes thrice before muttering, “what was that”.
She touched the lips he kissed and then closed her eyes, opening them instantly. It was like a quick kiss.
She remembered everything in her head in a slow mo and then she squealed before falling on the bed.
Gosh why didn’t she reciprocate the kiss earlier. She didn’t want to think it was a mistake on his side cause if it was left to her, she wanted him to continue.
“I can see how happy you are” Echo heard a voice and then she looked at the side of the room and there was Godmother smiling at her.
“It’s really a good thing seeing you so happy like this. Care to share” Godmother said and her cheeks reddened when she thought of the kiss with Leroy.
Though it was short, she couldn’t help the happy feeling that was flowing in her right now.
Godmother came to sit in the bed and then Echo sat up beside her.
Godmother took her hands and covered it with her own before smiling at her. “You need to be strong now more than ever”.
“The battle ahead is gonna be so tough with enemies lurking around. You have to trust no one if you really wanna experience a happy ending” Godmother said and Echo stared at her.
“It’s not gonna be an easy task but I will help you as your Godmother but any battle that comes your way you have to get ready to face it alongside your mate”
When she mentioned the word ‘mate’ it made Echo’s ear pricked.
“Mate…. I have a mate” She asked eyes wide and Godmother nodded.
“Then why haven’t I met him. Does he knows about me” She asked again and Godmother chuckled.
“You’re too curious girl and yes he knows about you and you’ve also met him” Godmother answered all her questions at once.
“You’ll get to know him when the right time comes and this your heart-” Godmother said and touched her left chest.
“You have to be able to control your feelings so you won’t go berserk. When the right time comes you’ll truly understand”
“Why are you talking like you’re gonna leaving me someday. You know you are just like a grandmother I never had” Echo said and hugged her while Godmother Sian faked a smile at her.
If only she could see the future and understand all she is trying to explain to her.
“Till next time child. Continue being happy you need it from the time being” She smiled and vanished.
“Why’s she talking like she taking me to a battle field to fight for my life” Echo wondered but shrugged the thoughts away.
She needs to continue being happy. She really needs it.
<GORDON ROOM>
Gordon was trying to fix the buttons of his robe when Seraphina barged into his room angrily and he sighed.
What does she wants again?
“Your brother almost killed me today and you’re here acting like you don’t care about anything” She said and he turned to her.
“What do you expect me to do? You must have gotten on his nerves for him to try that” He replied and she chuckled.
“Isn’t it all because of that Bîtchy girl who pretends to be one innocent naive girl so she can seduce him” She hissed.
“At least she’s better than you. She doesn’t wants two brothers at once” Gordon mocked her.
“What are you trying to say. Oh I see! You’re also into her that’s why you’re defending her right” And Gordon looked away.
“I’m not into anyone so you need to stop blabbing rubbish”
“Nonsense! I would kill that girl someday. I never tends to break my promise so just watch me”She said like she was ready to carry it out quickly.
“Don’t go near her. It might not be funny” He dared.
“Woah! Are you the one who’s gonna kill me this time but for now I need you to Füçk me. I’m Füçking horny” She said seductively and came to him and caressed his chest.
He glared at her and pushed her roughly to the bed before leaving the room and Seraphina dragged her hair screaming.
“That foolish girl. I had everything planned out but now she is about to ruin it all. She will surely die in my hands no doubt” Seraphina gritted her teeth while saying those words.
Her eyes began glowing and then she smirked evilly. She never accepts defeat.

“Hey what was the meaning of all that you did there huh-” she yelled at Sebastian after dragging him to her room.
“Seb answer me I am talking to you” She said again but Sebastian was just smiling.
“Why are you smiling. It aren’t funny” Her voice went low this time but Sebastian smile didn’t vanish.
“You know you look cute this way, continue” Sebastian said and Glenda hit his shoulder.
“Seriously Seb you were acting weird back at the dining room. I even had to cross check if it was my best friend that was that” she chuckled.
“I did it all because of you ” He replied and she blinked.
“Me…. Why I don’t understand” She muttered.
“You won’t understand cause you’re slow witted to notice my feelings for you all along” He said and started coming close to her while she shifted back.
“Which feeling. I don’t get you Seb”
“Well at least you’ll get to understand now when I tell you how much I feel about you”
“I’ve always loved you Glenda right from childhood. All those while I’ve secretly loved you from afar but you’ve never noticed. You don’t know how hurt I was finding out that you were getting married and then I’ll just continue loving you without anything in return. But now I can’t hold it anymore even though you don’t feel the same way for me I will understand your decision.” He said and Glenda eyes blinked twice after he finished saying all that.
That was how her best friend felt all along and she was left in the dark. Slowly she moved closer to him that they were just staring at each other with no space left.
She stood on her toes and then closed the gap between them kissing Sebastian right on the lips with her eyes closed.

Seraphina left Gordon room angrily and was walking back to her room and was intentionally making her steps make sound.
She just wished she could just squeeze the life out of Echo with her bare hands like how tight she was folding her fists so tightly.
She saw Jonathan coming from afar and she smirked before following a route to go meet up with him.
She stopped in front of him and then smiled while he raised a brow at her.
Jonathan ignored her and tried to go through to left but he stopped when she talked.
“I wouldn’t leave if it was you” She said and he turned to her.
“What do you want. If you’re looking for a d_1ck for free then mine isn’t available cause I don’t do cheap pu$$¥” Jonathan said.
“You punk….. Aissh” She squeezed her face.
“Well I’ll overlook your insult for now because I have a gist that you would love to hear” She said.
“I don’t wanna hear. Keep it to yourself” He said and continued his walk.
“Even if it concerns the girl that you’re so much in love with” Seraphina smiled cause he was already in front of her.
“If it’s something useless then get ready to loose your head” He glared and she chuckled.
“Hope you know that the girl you’re so much in love with is seducing your brother” Seraphina said.
“I have a proposal for you. I love Leroy and if you helping me in getting Leroy I will make sure she becomes yours” Seraphina said but Jonathan laughed.
“Is that the rubbish you wanted to spew then I’m not interested” Jonathan said.
“And what if I tell you your secret. How you can’t get her off your mind and then you….” Jonathan covered her mouth before she could finish.
“What do you want?” He said through gritted teeth glaring hardly at her.
