“So what are you doing here?”Loveth asked Charles with her hands folded across her chest.
They were seated on a table at the corner of the hall. Loveth sat beside Michael while Charles and Evelyn sat opposite them.
“I came for the wedding.Why are you here?Shouldn’t you be with the other bride maids dressing the bride up?”Charles asked and Loveth scratched her head.
“Well,we aren’t friends anymore”said Loveth and Charles looked at her questioningly.
“She betrayed me.Don’t you know she is getting married to my ex?She courted him behind my back and I caught them in the act.”explained Loveth.
“Wow,that’s unbelievable.I can vividly remember how you were always supportive of each other.You even made my life hell after our broke up with her”said Charles.
“Yes,I still remember that.You were a jerk then. I guess I was the only one who thought of her as a true friend.”said Loveth as she sighed sadly.
“How was I a jerk? I basically have her everything she needed yet she wasn’t satisfied.”said Charles and Loveth glared at him.
“You were a workacholic.You worked 24/7 and had no time for her.In exchange for your time,you kept sending money and gifts but that wasn’t enough.Even when she called,your P.A always picked the call”Loveth paused and gritted her teeth “I h@tëd that man then.He is lucky I never got to meet if not…..”concluded Loveth and Michael’s eyes widened.
“Why will you h@të me?I was only following my boss’s orders.”Michael said to Loveth defensively.
“I never said I h@tëd you”Loveth paused and are eyes widened in realization “Are you his personal assistant?”asked Loveth and Charles nodded in reply.
“How did you get to meet Michael?”asked Charles and Loveth flicked her hair as she held Michael’s hand.
“We met at a bar”replied Loveth and Michael turned to her in surprise.She already remembered everything while Loveth slammed her lips against each other as she cursed within her.She had let it slipped that she remember but she quickly covered it up and ignored it.
“And you started dating rightaway?”Charles asked again and Loveth nodded again.
“My advise for you bro,you are dating a crazy psycho. You might have to take pills for heart attack or else you will have a high blood pressure.”Charles said to Michael and Loveth raised her hand to hit him but Evelyn held her hand and twisted it a bit.
“Am sorry but no one else have the right to hit him”Evelyn said as she dropped Loveth’s hand while Loveth’s face twisted in pain.
“Who is she?Your bodyguard or what?”asked Loveth as she held her hands in pain.
“Mind my manners,I am Evelyn Sylvester,Charles’s girlfriend and also his bodyguard.Your boyfriend,Michael knows me very well.”Evelyn said with a smirk.
Michael’s eyes widened at the mention if Evelyn’s surname,Sylvester. Was she his sister? The killing angel?.He shook his head in denial. Evelyn was too fragile to be the killing angel and besides she was just an ordinary bodyguard.With that thought in mind,he shook off every ideas that she could be his sister.
“You’ve got a crazy one there,Charles”said Loveth and Charles smiled.
“I think you mean I got a hottie here.Hotter than your bestie”said Charles and Loveth glared at him.She wanted to hit him but she couldn’t because of Evelyn.
“What did you intend to do here today?”Loveth asked Charles and he smirked.
“Nothing much.I will greet the bride with my girlfriend beside me and wish her a happy married life with a jerk”said Charles and Loveth smiled.
“Crazy as always.Well I plan to do more than that.”said Loveth and Michael stared at her suspiciously.
“Weren’t we just here to attend the wedding and show them you are happy with me?What else do you plan on doing?”asked Michael and Loveth sighed.
“I got betrayed so it will be unfair if I don’t taint their wedding a bit”said Loveth and Evelyn smiled evilly.She liked Loveth already.
“With the sound of revenge,I guess this party wouldn’t be hiring after all”said Evelyn.She had been feeling bored sitting all this while listening to their conversation. It was her first time being in a party like that.The parties she went too were always bloody because they were gang clash parties.
Loveth turned to her and smiled.
“I guess you aren’t kind hearted as you look”said Loveth and Charles sighed staring at Evelyn.
“What did I do wrong?I didn’t say I will kill anyone”Evelyn whispered to him shrugging her shoulders and he glared at her.
“What do you plan on doing”asked Michael and Loveth whispered to plan to them quietly with Evelyn chipping in on few occasions dropping her own ideas.
“This is going to be perfect”Evelyn giggled happily. It had been a while she had a startegic mission like this and to her destroying the wedding was a perfect way to exercise her brain.
“Let’s do this”said Loveth and they all nodded in agreement.
