•FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE AUDITION•
Lani sighed and falls to the ground trying to catch her breath and Lonnie quickly rushed to her.
“Are you alright?” He asked, Lani looked at him and nodded her head.
“I’m just exhausted”
“You should take a break, you have been practicing for almost two hours” He said helping her stand to her feet.
“I am fine. We have just five days left before the audition, I can’t slow down my friends because of my weak body system”
“That’s the more reason you should rest, Lani, so that you won’t end up collapsing on stage. We have practice more than enough and I think we’d do a good job” Rory said, and Dami nodded her head, concurring to what he said.
“Your friends are right, Lani. Just take a break” Sage patted her back and she nodded her head.
“Here” Lonnie said, giving her a bottle of water and she smiled before taking it from her.
“Let’s call it a day, I will take Lani home” Lonnie said and was about to give her a piggyback when Sage held him.
“Can we talk?” She asked and Lani looked at her somehow.
“Don’t worry Lani, I just want to talk to your boyfriend, no string attached”
“I will come back to you once I’m done talking to her okay” He said, caressing her face and Lani nodded like a baby.
“Rory…”
“Don’t worry Lonnie, I will make sure she gets home safely” Rory said, cutting him short.
The three of them was about leaving the practice room, when Posy entered. She looked so skinny because she has been crying cuz her friends have been avoiding her. It was now it occurred to her that they hold an important place in her heart.
“What are you doing here?” Dami asked.
Posy sniffled and slowly went on her knees. She opened her mouth to talk, but the tears in her eyes came out first.
“I’m sorry for what I did. I know it’s hard for you three to forgive me, but I hope you find a place in your heart to forgive me. I missed you all so much, you three are like my family, we have come a long way together and I can’t trade it for anything. Please forgive me and let’s go back to being the four squares, and I promise I won’t let jealousy get the best of me” She cries.
Rory was the first person to walk up to her, even if he doesn’t like her romantically, he really cares for her as a friend and even when he ignore her, he felt the pains.
He helped her stand to her feet and Posy looked at him with misty eyes.
Rory smiled at her, cleaning her tears. “It’s okay, Posy. Stop crying”
“Do you forgive me?” She asked with a cracky voice and Rory nodded his head.
Posy sniffles and her eyes drifted to both Lani and Dami.
“Let’s forget about the past and let’s start a new” Rory said to them.
“I’m so sorry” Posy apologized.
“We are sorry too for giving you cold shoulders” Dami said, and Lani nodded her head.
“Group hug?” Posy asked in a low voice.
“Group hug!” Lani exclaimed running to where Posy was standing and she hugged her. Rory and Dami joined in the hug
“I miss you so much” Lani and Dami said kissing Posy’s cheeks and she (Posy) laughs happily.
Dami and Rory looked at each other during the group hug and they both smiled at each other.

•FEW MINUTES LATER•
“What do you want to talk about?” Lonnie asked after Lani left with her friends.
“Will you come back to the unbeatable group now that you have your voice in singing?” Sage asked and Lonnie smiled.
“I am thinking about becoming a soloist”
“Really?”
“Yes, but that will be after Lani pass the audition and become an idol. I want to make sure she achieves her dream first, cuz she believed and stood by me even when I was no longer the golden voice she knew”
“But you’re back to being the golden voice of Korea, I am so happy for you, Lonnie”
“Thanks. Was it what you want to talk about?”
“Actually it’s about Camren” Sage said and Lonnie’s mood changed.
“What about him?”
“I think he is hiding something from me or should I say from us. The cheerful Camren I know is no longer cheerful. He always wearing a sullen face like he committed a serious crime”
“Have you tried talking to him?”
“He is always changing the topic anytime I try to ask. You should talk to him, maybe he’d tell you”
“Fine, I will”
Sage smiled. She wanted to tell Lonnie that she used to love him, but she chose not to. What’s the point of telling him when she is already in love with Camren? It’s a secret that she is going to take to her grave.
“Why are you looking at me?” He asked and Sage shakes her head smiling.
She brings out her phone from her bag to text Camren, but a notification chimes in her phone and when she tapped on it, Miles was going live.
“Lonnie, Miles is making a live video!” She announced, and Lonnie quickly went online.
Miles smiled sadly at the camera, even when he hasn’t started his live video, he was already getting views and comments.
“I am sure you all know me, I’m Miles, the main rapper of the unbeatable group. I am making this live video to make a confession” He sighed.
Lots of people were already watching him, eager to know what confession he wanted to make.
“As you all know I debuted when I was fifteen years old and I won’t have debuted if I didn’t do something terrible. During training days, I had someone who was better than me in rapping. He can rap for thirty minutes without halting or loosing his breath. I was jealous because he did better than me. His name was Nathan and his best friend was Lonnie. I h@tëd the both of them so much, cuz Lonnie took the spotlight the moment he became a trainee and the girl I had a crush on became close to him. The more annoying thing was that they were best friends and they keep stealing everything from me. I h@tëd Nathan the more because he was so good at rapping and because I was threaten, I began to bully him” Miles sniffles and continues.
“I secretly bullied Nathan and threaten him that I will also bully Lonnie if he says a word to him. Nathan cared about his friend a lot and chose not to say a word to him. Nothing was going my way, and the girl I love wasn’t helping matters. Out of jealousy, I pushed Lonnie down from the stairs and made it look like a mistake. Nathan knew about what I did and confronted me, but I bullied him so badly. Our training continued, and when the time for us to debut, I wasn’t chosen as a member of the unbeatable group. I was furious and blamed it on Nathan, cuz if he wasn’t a better rapper than me, I’d have been chosen”
“I wanted to debut desperately, so four days to Nathan’s debut alongside with Sage, Camren and Lonnie, I threatened Nathan. I told him that I will haunt him the moment he becomes an idol. I downgraded him and made him felt he would have been nothing if he didn’t meet Lonnie”
“Nathan was sad about it and went to the rooftop, he stood at the cliff and said he’d become someone one day, and just when he was about coming down from the cliff of the rooftop, he slipped and almost fell down but he held onto something which prevented him from falling” Miles said and broke into tears.
“I was there when Nathan was struggling to survive. He begged me to help me, but having this mindset that I’d debut if he was gone, I left him there, but just when I felt guilty, I ran back to the rooftop only to discover that he has fallen to the ground. I didn’t want to be blamed for it, so I told everyone he committed suicide”
“The truth is Nathan didn’t kill himself on purpose and if I had chose to save him, he won’t have died. I have carried this burden for years and in order not to let anyone know, I kept paying someone who knew about what I did. This is my confession, you all can blame me, I deserve it. I’m so sorry Lonnie” Miles cries.
The phone in Lonnie’s hand fall from him after the live video ended. He didn’t talk, only his eyes were producing tears.
“Lonnie” Sage called his name, shaking him, but he went numb instantly.

Palmer keeps screaming and throwing everything in her room angrily. Sean heard the clattering noise and quickly rushed to her room and found a mess.
“What is going on here?” He asked.
“Miles isn’t someone I thought he was. Why did he do such a thing? Why?!!!” Palmer screams.
She didn’t like him romantically, Miles is her favorite in the group and she is mad that he could do such a thing to his fellow human”
“Now you know what your bias is capable of doing”
“Sean!!!”
Sean smiled and hugged her . “Don’t worry you’d get over it” He pats her.

Lonnie angrily pushed Miles to the wall when he approached him. He raised his fist to punch him, but it hung on air, and his face was fuming in anger.
“Go ahead Lonnie, punch me, I deserve it”
Lonnie kept pushing but he couldn’t punch Miles. It wasn’t as if he didn’t know how to throw a punch now, he just don’t want to do it.
He slowly took his fist down and released Miles from the wall.
“Why didn’t you punch me? I deserve it!!”
“One more word from you, and I am not going to punch you but kill you. Do me a favor don’t ever show your face to me again, not tomorrow and not even in the future, if you do, then I’m going to come after you” Lonnie sniffles and walks away.
Miles made a step to leave, but eggs, stones and dirt started hitting his face. It was coming from the people who saw him.
He is lucky he still in Hadong, cuz the population of people living there wasn’t much.

People throw h@tëful comments at him as they threw all sorts of things at him. He’d have been dead if not for Posy who came to the scene and dragged him out.

“Thanks for saving me and for treating my wounds” Miles said to her and Posy smiled at him.
“Why do you save me? Don’t you find me wicked?”
“Yes I do. What you did wasn’t right, but everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance. We’re humans, we allow our emotions gets the best out of us and we make mistakes”
Miles smiled. “Did your friends forgive you?” He asked, cuz she told him about it.
“Yes they did and we’re back together as friends. I’m sure your band mates especially Lonnie will forgive you after the pains lessens”
“I hope so”
Posy raised her soda bottle and Miles smiled before hitting his soda bottle with hers.

Lonnie walked one step after another, trying to forget about the pains he was feeling, but it was too much for him to bear. Lani has been calling him, but he wasn’t picking up.
“Lonnie” Camren called his name approaching him and Lonnie looked at him with tears falling down from his eyes.
“Why are you here?”
“I hear what Miles did, are you okay?” He asked, and Lonnie scoffed, with a painful expression on his face.
“Don’t act so innocent cuz you’re not different from Miles. What did I ever do wrong? Why do you two have to cause me so much pains!!” Lonnie shouted at him, crying.
“What do you mean?”
“I already know what you did Camren. I wanted to talk to you that day, then I heard what the truck driver said about you being the mastermind behind my accident”
“Lonnie”
“Don’t Lonnie me!!! You and Miles are the people I don’t want to see right now. Although I have gotten my voice back, but it still doesn’t justified what you did. I have always wanted you to come clean, but hearing what Miles did to my best friend, I don’t want to hear it anymore, so just leave”
“Lonnie”
“Just leave me alone!!!” Lonnie yelled at him and Camren had no option but to leave.
Lonnie tried walking, but his legs became weak and he fell to the ground.
He remembered his wonderful moments with Nathan and he couldn’t stop himself from crying. He wished he could go back in times and save his best friend but he knew it only happened in movies where time traveling exist.
“Nathan” He cries and the fact that he still knew Camren planned his accident made him cried the more, and he kept wondering what he ever did wrong to deserve such wickedness from them.
He was still crying when his phone began to ring. He ignored it at first, but when the call kept coming, he decided to pick up.
“Who is this?” He said with a crying voice.
“Is this Lonnie?” The caller asked.
“Yes it’s me. Who is this?”
“We are calling from the hospital”
“Hospital? Why?” He asked.
“It’s your mom, she is dying” The doctor said and more tears falls down from Lonnie’s eyes.
