{ A SCARY ENCOUNTER }
♣ A FEW DAYS LATER ∞ ROYAL PALACE ♣
Damon was seen walking down the hallway that led to the courtroom, wearing a fierce look that scared anyone who saw him.
On his way, he stumbled upon Princess Rose. She was shocked by his presence.
” D… Damon…” She stuttered, but he ignored her and kept going.
She suddenly pulled him back by the arm, making him face her furiously.
” Damon… It’s been so long since I’ve seen you. You’ve changed so much. You have to come back to the Palace, it’s your home. Father isn’t alive to keep tormenting you anymore. We might be from different mothers, but you’re still my stepbrother. I’m not afraid of you, I love you brother.” She spoke passionately.
” I actually feel sorry for you, because you should be afraid of me. I can get dangerous when I’m angry like this, and I’ve not come here for you. So leave me alone.” He returned ruthlessly.
” Please, I’m begging you. Come back to your family, come back home.”
” I’ve found a better home, one that would never remind me of my past trauma.” He said and snatched his hand coldly before walking out on her.
He reached the courtroom and entered. He met Eric having a crucial meeting with his 11 ministers.
Immediately Eric saw him, his eyes became deadly. The ministers all left as Damon approached Eric with a wicked smile on his face.
” It’s been long since I’ve seen you, brother.” Damon said, and Eric stood furiously.
” And what the Füçk do you think you’re doing here?” Eric spat.
” I’m here to warn you. I know you’ve tried harming me and Kimora before. You can fire me all you want, but if I find the tiniest scratch on my Mora, you’ll be sorry for yourself.” Damon threatened.
” How dare you threaten me in my own kingdom, you bastard? You won’t walk out of here alive for this!” Eric fired.
” Watch me.” Damon dared him, then turned his back and started walking out.
Eric sharply unsheathed his sword from his side and threw it at Damon, aiming for the back of his head. The sword almost stabbed him when Damon turned back and caught it right by the sharp blade, and Eric’s eyes widened.
He smirked before throwing back the sword. It sank right into Eric’s shoulder, and he went down painfully.
” Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgghh!!!” He screamed.
” Like I said. You can attack me if you want, but don’t you dare come near my Mora.” He warned again and continued his exit.
” I swear, I’ll kill you for this! I’ll end you!!!” Eric screamed excruciatingly.
The guards tried to lift him up, but he pushed them off in annoyance.
” Why are you fools trying to help me? Get that bastard and kill him!!!” He yelled with bloodshot eyes, and the guards went for Damon.
They attempted to stab him from all directions, but Damon dodged their assaults and overpowered them all easily. He even snapped off one of their heads.
His face and clothes were bloody by the time he finished them all off, and their lifeless bodies were in a heap in front of him.
” You’ll never learn. If you go too far, you might just end up killing yourself. I might just end up taking this kingdom from you.” He said and finally left.
” Füçk you!!! Füçk you Damon!!! Bloody Füçk you!!!” He cursed stubbornly after him.
♣ INSTITUTE ♣
Over the past few days, Diane had been seeing Trixie more often with Jeremy on different occasions. When she asked why he was still talking to her, he would come up with different excuses.
This made her think that something suspiscious was definitely going on between them, which made her more determined to find out the truth herself.
She overheard Jeremy telling Trixie to meet him in an empty classroom, so she shape shifted into Trixie and went in her place.
On getting there, she met Jeremy waiting already. He closed the door afterwards and faced her.
” Glad you could make it.” He began. ” I hope you aren’t having any problems with your leg anymore?”
” Oh, yeah. It’s totally healed, I can walk fine with it now.” She replied, trying to act as naturally as possible.
Unfortunately for her, Jeremy quickly detected something off with her behaviour. He started taking slow steps towards her with a suspicious look.
She backed up immediately, till her back hit the wall and she had nowhere to go. He palmed the wall beside her head, bringing himself closer. She took a gulp while staring at his face.
Her breath started going high and low as she clawed her fingers into the wall nervously.
” You’re hiding something.” He accused her.
” No, I’m not.” She defended.
” You know I can smell whenever someone is lying. The only thing I smell from you is deceit.” He backed up his claim, and she sighed.
” Jeremy… Is there like anything more between us? Like, are we still more than just friends?” She asked.
Jeremy found her question surprising and retreated from her.
” Of course we’re just friends. You already broke up with me, and it’s not like we still have feelings for each other. So what else would we be, enemies? Come off that.” He said casually.
She sighed in relief and hugged him tightly. He was even more stunned again but reciprocated the hug slowly.
” Thanks for the truth, Jeremy.” She smiled gratefully after breaking the hug and left.
♣ GLACIER INSTITUTE ♣
Celestia and Blaze were in the cold part of the Institute. There were different parts for different temperatures. The Institute was built insanely massive, so there was enough space for this.
The temperature was insanely freezing. It was snowing, and they were standing on ice, wearing ice-skates while holding hands.
She was wearing heavy clothes while he just dressed normally. He could adapt to the weather anyways, it didn’t affect him.
” You ready?” He asked.
” I was born ready.” She replied boldly.
Like that, they began skating and gliding on the ice together, having so much fun and laughter.
They ended up separating, and she skated fastly, doing amazing moves on the ice.
Blaze smiled impressively and showed her some moves on his own. Celestia smirked and decided to turn it into a competition.
She spinned very fastly on a spot and continued skating. He jumped very high and did a triple jump in the air, landing perfectly.
Celestia was shocked. He had outperformed her and it was obvious that he won since he was an ice god, but she wasn’t giving up so easily.
She stopped for a moment and crossed her legs, then sighed and resumed skating. She jumped high into the air, but could only do a single flip. However, she landed wrongly and missed her steps, spraining an ankle. She yelped and went down immediately.
Blaze got alarmed and quickly skated to her.
” Are you okay?” He asked.
” No, I’m not. I’m hurt.” She winced while holding the affected ankle.
He palmed the ankle immediately. She thought it was gonna hurt, but it felt relaxing instead. His hand felt super cold on her ankle, which relieved her.
She released a sigh of pleasure without knowing, and he looked at her.
” Is it feeling better?” He asked.
” Yeah, thanks so much.” She replied.
He left her ankle and held her hand, helping her up. She stood on both feet, but she whimpered and raised the hurt foot up.
” I can’t walk on it. It still hurts.” She complained.
Suddenly, he swiped her into his arms. She gasped as she held his shoulder and chest for support.
She looked into his eyes, seeing care and concern in them. She blushed, and looked away shyly.
” I’ll carry you back to your room. Is that fine by you?” He said.
” Of course.” She responded.
She rested her head on his chest, and felt its broadness. She bit her lips and smiled secretly, then he carried her all the way back.
She could’ve easily healed the ankle with her powers, but she chose not to because she predicted that a scenario like this would happen. She felt so happy with herself.

The trio were back in their room, sharing their experiences so far with each other.
” Blaze was such a caring person. He scooped me into his arms when I couldn’t walk because I sprained my ankle, I felt so flustered to even look at him! That guy is such a bae!” She squealed.
” If you should talk about anyone like that, it’s Jeremy. I thought I couldn’t trust him because I always saw him hanging out with Trixie, but it turns out that they’re just friends. I’m so glad.” Diane narrated.
They looked over at Kimora at the same time, who hadn’t said a word since the start of the conversation.
” Kimora, you haven’t said anything yet. How are things faring with Damon?” Celestia asked.
” Oh, things are going along pretty well with him.” She admitted.
” Gosh, I’m so excited for us all! We’ve all got partners!” Diane gushed, and she squealed with Celestia.
” Guys, I have something that’s been bothering me quite lately.” Kimora said, and they piped down as they drew their attention to her.
” I’ve been worried about my scroll for a while now. I haven’t seen it in days, and I don’t want it to land in the wrong hands. I couldn’t find it anywhere.” She revealed.
” I found it lying on the ground and kept it for you.” Diane said, bringing out the scroll.
” Thank you so much boo.” She thanked her and collected it.
” Have you found out what’s in the scroll yet? Don’t you wanna know what the future holds for you?” Celestia inquired.
” I’ve read it already, but it wasn’t very fun to read. It’s too dangerous to know about the future, and I don’t want to take that risk again. I’m not opening the scroll anymore, ever.” She said firmly.
” We agree with you. We’ve tried reading our scrolls too, but turns out that it’s dangerous. Since then, I decided to stick to reading novels.” Diane said.
” Look, let’s not talk about our scrolls anymore. Kimora, we need to find out more about your powers, there has to be more to why you are the chosen one, right?” Celestia said.
” I’d visit the library soon enough to find out all by myself.” Kimora replied.
” Good luck.” Diane and Celestia both wished her.
They were still conversing together when Kimora suddenly caught a frightening image sitting right next to Celestia. Her eyes widened in horror like she’d seen a ghost.
It was May!
” Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgghh!!!” She freaked out and sprang up, alarming her friends as they stood up too.
” Kimora, stop screaming! What happened?” They asked her.
Kimora glanced at the place Celestia was sitting before, but May wasn’t there anymore. She’d disappeared.
” She’s… She’s not there anymore.” Kimora trembled.
” Who isn’t there anymore? What’s happening with you?” Diane asked worriedly.
” I… I saw May, sitting right beside Celestia. I saw her with my own eyes.” She said, and their eyes went wide.
They searched there as if to confirm, but they didn’t see anything, not anyone. It almost made them think that she’d gone crazy.
” But there’s nothing, or should I say no one there. Do you need a rest? You’ve been stressed out lately so you might be hallucinating.” Celestia said while feeling her forehead.
” Yeah, I agree. You need to rest, like a lot.” Diane added.
” Fine.” She replied them worriedly, hoping inwardly that she wasn’t getting haunted by May’s ghost.
♣ ROYAL PALACE ♣
Raya stood alone in the kitchen, staring thoughtfully at the knife she was holding. She brushed her finger slightly over the sharp edge of the blade.
Hester entered, startling her. She swiftly hid the knife behind her.
” Oh, Hi. You’re that new girl that Eric brought.” Hester smirked and held her waist, leaning by the door.
” What are you doing here?” Raya asked.
” I came here to get an apple. But since you’re here too, I might as well give you a piece of my mind.” She said sassily, catwalking to her.
” Stay away from Eric. If you think you can win his heart, it’s over. He’s mine alone, so get that into your skull. You’re nothing but a Palace Queen, he doesn’t even like you. I heard him say so.” She scorned.
” You’re just spitting blatant nonsense. I’m a Queen for this kingdom, but what are you? You’re just a shameless whore whom he’s using to satisfy his sëxual urge, a nobody.” Raya retorted savagely.
Hester’s face dropped as she went mute. She frowned and folded her fists in annoyance.
She decided not to burn her up and picked an apple from the bowl on the counter, taking a rough bite from it.
” Beware, your days are numbered in this palace. Make my words.” She uttered and took another rough bite before exiting.
Raya sighed, revealing the knife that she hid.
” It’s better high time that I killed that witch.” She seethed.
♣ NIGHTTIME ♣
Kimora couldn’t seem to get any sleep. She was sandwiched between her friends, but was still feeling disturbed, moving uneasily in bed.
She was thinking about Damon. She wanted to see him so badly, she needed him.
She stood from bed and went out of the room. She met him right there, waiting for her at the door and smiled.
” Took you long enough.” He smiled bavk, then she embraced him warmly.
” I’m so lucky to have you. I couldn’t sleep because I was thinking so much about you, I’ve missed you so badly.” She said.
” Same here.” He returned as he caressed her sëxy body in his arms.
She looked up at him without breaking the hug as her heart thumped wildly against his chest as she observed the handsome face that she missed.
” I’ve missed you, so much.” She emphasized.
” Then say it louder, Mora. Say the words that I wanna hear.” He whispered.
” I need you.” She said desperately, then bit her bottom lip.
Dang! He felt like a screw got loosened from his brain, because that bite was so maddening and Füçkin’ sëxy!
” Do that again.” He growled.
She did the seductive bite again, taking in more of that lip than before.
He lost it and snatched her lips impatiently, sucking on them like it was his oxygen. She got turned on and released a raspy Mõ@n into his throat.
They increased the pace and made the kiss hotter and rougher. Their heads turned to their sides as they sank their tongues deeply into each other, devouring themselves whole.
Their bodies had been away for so long, and they were set on fire. They both needed this so badly.
They kept on it as they went into another empty room and locked themselves in.
♣ THE NEXT DAY ♣
Kimora woke up yawning, stretching body tiredly. She rubbed her sleepy eyes as well, trying to rub them open.
Last night was sensational for both her and Damon. They shared wet kisses up to midnight when they finally grew tired and slept off together.
She looked at her side, but Damon wasn’t there. She raised her brows questioningly.
” Where is he?” She muttered and stood to search for him.
She was still searching for him when she perceived a familiar presence from behind. She smiled.
” Damon.” She called, thinking that it was him, but she turned and met someone else.
It was actually Amber.
” Long time no see.” Amber smiled, spreading her arms.
” Oh my gosh!” She smiled happily and went to embrace her.
” You’ve finally managed to complete your first mission. You’ve obtained your soulmate’s heart.” Amber said, breaking the hug.
” It wasn’t easy, but it was all thanks to you. You’ve helped me a lot since my stay in this Institute.” Kimora thanked her.
” But now, you have to focus on your real mission, to find out more about your destiny as the chosen one.” She said, and Kimora went sober.
” Your birthday, Kimora. It’s coming soon, so you better prepare for the events that are gonna take place then. Your blood is needed for a ritual by the Queen of Darkness, and it might happen on your birthday.” Amber exposed.
” What!” Kimora gasped alarmingly.
” You’ll need all the power in the universe to defeat this evil Queen, because even your powers aren’t enough to stop her. She’s no spring chicken, she knows your every move. Prepare for her visit, because she’s ready to do anything to make sure she gets you.” She said.
” But… Why are you telling me all this now? Why didn’t you warn me before so that I’d prepare enough on time? Why!” Kimora panicked.
” I’m sorry, but it was for your own good. I had to tell you when you were ready to take her, and now you are.” She said, holding her shoulders.
” For you to know how serious this is, you might never see me again, this could be the last time you ever set your eyes on me.” She told.
Kimora’s eyes became filled with tears, then she gave her a heartfelt embrace.
” Thank you, Amber. I love you so much.” She said.
” Just keep on being strong.” Amber replied, then vanished in her arms.

Meanwhile in Kimora’s former hometown, Yisabel was seen coming on the path that led to her house. She got there, only to meet a missing spot where her home used to be with black ashes everywhere.
She ran closer in shock and lifted up some burnt ashes in her palms, then she squeezed them in agony.
There was nothing left of the home. The only thing it did leave was a deep hole in her heart.
” Terrius… Mom, Dad…” She cried out, falling to the ground.
She cried bitterly as her tears wet the ashes beneath her. She stood and shifted from the ruins, wiping her nose.
” Kimora did this. She was such an awful Bîtch afterall. I’m gonna get her for this.” She swore mercilessly.
♣ LIBRARY ♣
Kimora was alone in the library. She attacked the bookshelves and took every helpful book she could find that would help her enhance her magic.
One by one, she started studying them. She practiced all the spells and magic in them seriously.
She could easily avoid all this trouble by reading her scroll, but she wasn’t ready to take that risk again.
After some hours, it was obvious that she’d improved. She had learnt a lot of new techniques that improved her ability.
She suddenly noticed how quiet, cold and dark it was. She became suspiscious, scared and alarmed at once.
She felt an eerie presence behind her. She turned back, and standing right there was Heather with a freaky smile.
” Surprised to see me?” She voiced out.
” Not really. I’ve been expecting you anyways.” She returned with a cold gaze, facing her palms at her as she was ready to attack.
” I love your boldness so much. I can smell your spirit, so naive and still pure. It makes me crave for you even more.” She smiled out her fangs lethally.
” Get out of here before I make you see things you don’t want to see.” Kimora warned.
” You can’t do anything to me, darling. You’re no match for me.” Heather taunted her.
Kimora’s eyes blazed red-hot with fire. She shot two fire blasts at Heather, but Heather raised her cape and blocked the blasts easily, then she let it drop.
Kimora’s eyes widened as the fiery glow in her eyes died down.
” Told you that you’re no match for me, especially when you haven’t unlocked your powers fully yet. You have a power that scares even the gods and powerful beings like me, but it’s so sad that you don’t know how to use it. You should just give them up to those who know it’s true value, like me.” She said.
” I’d never give up myself to a filthy beast like you, not in a million years.”
” You’d be surprised when you learn who this ‘filthy beast’ really is to you.” She said.
Kimora raised her brows, wondering what she meant.
” I’ll give you enough time to think about this. You have until a few fays to surrender yourself, or I’ll come to take you forcefully.” She told without an iota of mercy and vanished.
Kimora released her breath, panting heavily as she held her chest. She fell on her knees as well, holding the ground with her other hand.
That was a close encounter, so d@mn scary. She could’ve lost her life right there.
