CHAPTER 31💔32
Henry sat in the car with his eyes on Lilian.He had been staring at her for about an hour and she was getting uncomfortable with it
“It’s getting late.I can’t go back to work so it’s better I go home”Lilian said nervously as she stared at her fingers and Henry chuckled.He was familiar with this kind of attitude as he had been with many ladies so he could tell that she was shy
“I guess you are so uncomfortable that you can’t wait to get away from me.”huffed Henry as he started the car and Lilian sighed
“Whose fault is it?if only you will stop digging holes on my face with your eyes”Lilian replied and Henry laughed
“You can’t deny that you like it when I look at you”teased Henry and Lilian gasped
“you are so full of yourself”Lilian said sighing in defeat
“What do you expect from a man with everything including a god-like face”Henry added teasing her more and she scrunched her nose.
“Only if he knows that he lacks brain”teased Lilian which earned her a glare from Henry and she bursted into laughter
“You could just sleep over at my place tonight,it’s late already.”whined Henry and Lilian stared at him in shock
“I guess handsome men can be perverted”commented Lilian and Henry gasped
“Am a man with integrity besides I only said you could sleep over nothing else.Seems like you are the one with a perverted mind”Henry stated and Lilian looked at him pleadingly
“Am sorry”Lilian said soberly and Henry chuckled
“Well,that doesn’t make me a monk”Henry said with a wink and Lilian was about to yell at him when the car suddenly stopped
“What’s wrong with the car?”asked Lilian as she looked around.They were stuck in the middle of the road and it was raining heavily so there was no sign of any other car
“Oh Lord,don’t let this car be faulty”Lilian prayed silently
“Sit inside while I check it out.”said Henry as he got down from the car.Henry checked the car and he realized that they ran out of fuel
“Fuçk!”he cursed as he hit the car hard.Lilian saw this and also came out joining him in the rain
“What’s wrong”asked Lilian and Henry smiled reassuringly
“Nothing much,we ran out of fuel but I already texted my chaffeur he should be here anytime soon with another car”said Henry and Lilian nodded
“You will get wet,Get into the car”said Henry as he pushed her back into the car but she refused
“You should come inside too”said Lilian but he nodded negatively
“I told you am not a monk.Who knows what might happen if we both stay in the car.?”Henry breathed out
“So you prefer staying in the rain??”Lilian asked innocently as she stared at him and he nodded
“Okay then let’s stay here together”said Lilian as she licked her lips and Henry took in a deep breath.He walked closer to her and she shifted till her back hit the car
“What did you do to me?”asked Henry as his hot breathe fanned Lillian’s face warming her up under the cold rain
“I..d..i..d..no..thing”Lilian replied stuttering as she was being affected by their closeness
“You are lieing.You have an innocent face and behavior and it keeps driving me crazy “stated Henry making Lilian confused
“But I….”Lilian words were swallowed by Henry’s lips as he sucked breath out of her.Heat radiated her whole body and she clutched onto his shirt as she deepened the kiss
That one kiss that made her warm inside neglecting the cold rain drenching them
Henry and Lilian sat down in the car as they stated at each other after their intimate moment
“How come the driver isn’t here?”Lilian asked staring at his fingers and just then a light flashed before them and Henry chuckled
“Speak of the devil”said Henry “Let’s go”he added as he got out of the car and Lilian followed suit
The drive to Henry’s house was quiet and amicable as each of them were lost in their own thoughts
“Welcome to my humble abode”Henry said with a Russian accent as he lead her inside and Lilian chuckled
“It’s a pleasure”replied Lilian with the same accent and they both burst into laughter
“You can have your seat.What will you like to have?”asked Henry
“Nothing,I am so tired and I just want to sleep.”said Lilian
“Then I will lead you to your room”replied Henry. “This way ma’am”added Henry as he walked towards the stairs
“Wow!”Lilian exclaimed as she stared at the room opened before her
“All the other rooms aren’t ready so I have no choice but to bring you to my room.I hope you have a good night rest”said Henry as he turned to leave
“Where do you plan on sleeping?”asked Lilian and Henry grinned evilly
“I will be working till late night today so I might just crash in my study”said Henry and Lilian narrowed her eyebrows at him before shrugging it off
“Goodnight then”said Lilian as she walked into the room closing the door behind her.She took a quick shower and changed into one of Henry’s shirt before crushing on the bed
