Two cops came running toward, they surrendered Nathan, pointing their guns at him
Nathan scoffed and looked around
“Are you crazy? You nearly Füçking killed me,” he yelled, the officers were already searching him
They finish searching him and when they didn’t see anything they turned to Alex
“He’s clean detective!” Stabler said calmly
“Next time you make such move when you see a police officer your life might pay the price,” Alex said

{NEW ENERGY HOSPITAL~OPERATION THEATER}
Brandon is leading the operation while Joy assist him, he was working but his mind was on Joy, he kept stealing glances at her from time to time making him to lose focus
The beeping sound of the monitor made him come back to his senses
“She’s dead,” a nurse said staring at the monitor, Brandon looked at it and clearly it was showing a straight line, the line was slowly fading away
“Move,” Joy shoved him aside, she placed her both hands on the woman’s chest before pushing it
“Defibrillator,” She said more like yelling
Two nurses ran forward, one-handed it over to her while the other went to the machine, another nurse put an oxygen mask over patient face
“Clear,” Came Joy’s voice, as she started giving the woman shook
“Joy she’s dead,” Brandon said
“She’s not,” she replied and made to continue but Brandon held her hand she stared at him
“She’s dead, let’s tell the family,” Brandon said, a sad look on his face

She did it seven times and nothing happened, the nurse exchange glances but none said a word

Minutes later Joy walked out of the OR (Oparation room/theatre) with a straight face, she went to the sink, a nurse took off her apron and gloves then another nurse gave her a soap

“Joy,” he called gently

“Sorry for your life,” she snapped angrily
“It was a mistake,” he added gently, he knows best not to fight with her at that moment, cos he Füçked up big time
“Avoid me,” Joy pushed him out of the way and walked past, she entered a ward and a young man spring up immediately he saw her
“Doctor, how is my wife?” He asked impatiently his heart racing like he just finished running a race
“Their were some complications during the Oparation but your wife is out of danger and the nurses will bring her out soon, have a good day,” she replied with a little smile
Turning around she walked away

Summer is currently busy with her books when Rolando sat down in the open space near her, she looked up and smiled
“What’s funny?” He asked, teasing her
She quickly switched her mood
“I still have the right to smile with my face,” she replied and rolled her eyes
He chuckled and leaned in
“Why can’t you just date me already?” He asked, their face was so close that her heartbeat doubled
