Patricia and Darrell walked inside. ” what did the doctor say” Patricia asked. ” the doctor said am.. ” Stephanie tried to talk to Gideon closed her mouth

“You know am not good at guessing “Patricia replied.
” alright, she is pregnant ”
” jeez, am going to be an aunt soon “Patricia gushed and hugged Stephanie.
“We are going to have a family dinner, tell Clarissa to prepare enough food” Gideon said
Patricia ran to her room happily, her brother deserves all the happiness in the world.
Her phone began to ring. It was a strange number. She picked it up and swiped the answer button

? Patricia its me
? what do you want, why are you calling me

She hung up and threw the phone on the bed. She took the teddy bear he bought for her and hugged it tightly
“I miss you so much” she cried. She really missed him and wanted to see him too.
Lawrence Mansion **
” where are you going to “Ella asked as he wore his black suit.
“Gideon invited me for dinner” he replied
” why? ”
” his wife is pregnant ” Lawrence replied. ” how, when? “She asked surprised.
Lawrence chuckled. ” take care of yourself ” he said and walked out of the room.
Ella sat on the bed with a sour face. His new wife is pregnant, *why did I even leave him in the first place* she thought
“I must attend that dinner, Gideon will be shocked to see me ” she said and went to the closet to dress up.
Gideon Mansion **
Everyone was seated in the dinning room including the maids. ” congratulations ” Lawrence said
” thanks” Gideon replied
” have you been to Alex again ” Lawrence asked and Gideon shook his head negatively
” I wonder who pulled this dangerous stunt that led to the suspension of your company ” Lawrence said
” brother, what is he talking about “Patricia asked
“My company was suspended ”
” and you didn’t tell me, even you Stephanie ” Patricia said shocked about the news
” its not like that ” Gideon replied
” everyone should start keeping things to their selves ” she said angrily and went upstairs
The door opened and Ella walked in. ” can I join you guys ” she said walking to the dinning room
” yeah”Gideon replied *what is she doing here*
All the maids left the dinning room and she sat down beside Lawrence.
“How may I help you” Gideon asked
” am I no longer welcome here” she snapped
” yes, you left so I don’t need you here ” Gideon said
” I didn’t come for you, I came to congratulate your wife ”
” who told you” Gideon asked
” I have been staying with Lawrence for the past one week ” she replied
Gideon scoffed and looked at his food. He suddenly lost interest in it.
Stephanie sat quietly watching the drama that was going on. ” only cunning people have tiny eyes” she muttered looking at Ella
Ella stared back with a mischievous smile. ” hello, Mrs wh@tëver ” Ella said
” Am Mrs Rutherford, his wife” Stephanie said proudly. ” oh, I see ” Ella replied
” baby, you haven’t finished eating ” Stephanie said
” am filled” he replied
” I don’t think so, here eat” Stephanie said putting a banana roll in her mouth
Gideon leaned forward and ate it, he ended up kissing her.
” baby, its okay, you might be hurting someone ” Stephanie said sarcastically
Ella glared at them and tried to control her rising temper. She wished she could just strangle Stephanie
” Ella calm down” Lawrence whispered.
They finished their meal in silence and it was time for Ella and Lawrence to leave.
” Miss, I need to tell you something ” Stephanie said and Ella faced her.
“That money you ran away with,you will have to return it back. Get your lawyer ready”
Ella opened her mouth to say something but she changed her mind and walked away
