Ethan woke up and glared at Maya who still sleeping peacefully, he then stared at his which was about to ring, he turned off the alarm and kissed her forehead before heading to the bathroom.
He entered an brushed his teeth and wash his face. He came out and then headed to the kitchen. It wasn’t up to ten minutes Maya woke up and went to the bathroom, she had her bathe and went to the kitchen, Ethan was already cooking.
“Good morning babe” She greeted, smiling.
“Good morning sweetie” He replied and kissed her lips, slightly. And then returned to the cooking Maya joined him.
“How was your night?” He asked, with a glance. “Lovely and yours” She mumbled.
“Awesome” He responded.
They finished preparing the food and they ate together and rested for while, they watching when a knock came to the door, Ethan walked to the door and opened it.
“Good morning Mr Ethan” The doctor greeted with a smile. “Good morning doc. Please come in” He replied with a smile. He opened the door for her, she walked in and Maya adjusted herself on the sofa, she sits upright. She greeted the doctor and she replied to her greetings.
She checked her on her health, she was given the answers she had requested and she was very happy that she will be going back to work and at the same time sad that she won’t be staying with Ethan. The doctor left, she turned to Ethan who was busy with his phone and he was stealing glance on her.
“Are you busy?” She asked, with a fixed glare and a smile. “Am not” He replied even though he was busy, he dropped the phone and faced her completely.
“The doctor said am good now. Am good to go back to work” She said, smiling. “Am happy about that” He replied. Her happy face and smile dropped, it turned to a sad one.
“What’s the matter?” He asked, concerned. “It’s about us” She mumbled and bowed her head.
“Nothing will happen to our relationship, as long as you promise that will make out time for us. Am not saying that you shouldn’t concentrate on your company, but please make out time for us”
“I will, i won’t let the same thing repeat itself again” She replied. “Come here.” He said with his arms opened wide. She went into his arms and pat her. He kissed her hair.

They returned back to the palace Amelia headed to her bedroom, she removed her dress and went under the shower, some minutes later she came out.
3DAYS LATER
Lucy knocked on the door, she heard Amelia telling her to come in though she didn’t know who was knocking she didn’t ask who was knocking. She thought it was the maid, because she requested for a cup of tea.
Lucy walked in, she raised her head and saw her standing with a smile on her face. Amelia stood up and ushered her a seat. She sat down, Amelia sat beside her.
“How did you know that i was here?” Amelia asked. “Well, i noticed that the king isn’t around, so i thought you would be here” She replied.
“Oh! Ok” Amelia muttered. “Amelia i want to tell you something, actually i have a boyfriend, the one i love truly but things aren’t working the way i planned it..” She paused and went on her knees, Amelia stood up staring at her in confusion a lot of thoughts were going through her mind.
“Is she trying to plead with me to let her marry my man?”
“What’s the matter with her? Saanvi? Is she the one behind all these?”
Lucy looked at her and mumbled “I know that you’re surprised about this.. You are not an ordinary person. I knee in front of a great Queen and a ruler of Naples, i want to plead with you.
We have been together in college and i haven’t offended you. I would never do it..I don’t want to marry King Henderson. I don’t want to be a hindrance in anyone relationship and i don’t want anyone to be in mine. Please talk to King Henderson, he should let me go..”
“I love Marcus, but my father doesn’t want him. He wants me to get married to king Henderson or any other rich business man. But i don’t want them, I’ve tried talking him but he doesn’t want to listen to me” Lucy mumbled in tears, Amelia bent and wiped her tears, she hugged her.
“I promise I will talk to the king. And i promise you that you will surely get that man that makes you happy” Amelia said and pat her back slowly.
Lucy and Amelia spend some minutes, before she left. Amelia sighed softly deeply she was happy to know and to hear that she isn’t interested him, she wonder how she gets to know about their relationship.

Amelia came to Henderson’s bedroom, she waited for him to come out of the bathroom, he went to her. She was sitting on his bed.
“What’s up?” He asked. “The moon” She replied, he chuckled.
“Com’on babe, you told me that you wanted to discuss something important and i asked you to say. You said when I get back”
“Yeah.. It’s about princess Lucy” Amelia muttered, Henderson looked at her. “What about her? Did she say anything to you?” He asked.
“No! Stop.. She hasn’t done anything to me..” She paused and sigh. “Tell me..” Henderson said, he was becoming impatient.
“Chill bro. She has a lover” She dropped the bombshell. You can imagine the smile on Henderson’s face.
“Seriously?” He questioned, looking at her. “Yea” She replied.
“Wow this is wonderful” He yelled, happily and hugged her. “Babe please listen to me” She replied and rolled her eyes. He became quiet, deep down he wanted to display it.
“She has a man, but her father doesn’t want him to marry her. She’s in love with her man. She wants you to talk to her father. Babe please i want you to talk to him, please make him understand that marriage works when two person agreed on it.. ..
Watching her cry because of this, it shows that she really love this man.” Amelia said.

Henderson wrote a letter to king Luciano.
“Greetings to you King Luciano and your household, am writing this letter to tell you that am happy and i cherish every moment i spent with princess Lucy, she’s a beautiful and smart girl. She has everything a man wants.
King Luciano we know that marriage works when two people agreed on it, i wouldn’t want princess Lucy to feel bad. That’s why i put it down here i have someone in mind and i have made moves to her. She’s so special and i don’t want her to feel bad or blame me for anything.
And i apologize on behalf of my cabinets, they wanted the best for me. But they were too fast and am glad to tell you that i have a woman whom i love and ready to spend the rest of my life with.
Lucy already made her choice, like i said before it’s an agreement. I plead with you that you should allow her get married to the man she wants, you won’t regret it.'”
Lucy received a call from her father, she went to Milan, she met Marcus in her father’s palace. She ran and hugged him tightly, she touched his face and kissed him. Her father walked to them, she hugged her father.
“Am sorry Dad” She apologized. “You shouldn’t apologize my dear. I didn’t see it this way” Her father replied.
Lucy and told her father about the man she loves, he finally accepted and fixed their wedding date.
Lucy thanked Amelia for understanding and also helping her out. She thanked Henderson too.
2 WEEKS LATER
Lucy and her boyfriend Marcus got married, she was very happy and couldn’t stop thanking the king for being able to talk to his her father and princess Amelia for listening to her and also for talking to the king Henderson.
After the wedding, everyone returned to their various houses. The couple went for their honeymoon in one the latest hotel in town.

Henderson came back that night and looked around the room, Amelia wasn’t around. He went to the bathroom to urinate, he was shocked on what he saw. He freeze and watched the young lady whose right feet while on the toilet seat as she pleasure herself.
