Seeing the mask on her face the nurse recognize her as Miss Adams
“This way ma’am,” she said and showered them a passage
Vera followed the passage and it lead her to another place where she saw another nurse
“Ma’am you can’t be here,” one of the nurses said to her
“Why am here for the patient that was brought a few hours ago,” she said
“She’s still in surgery, I think you need to get the kids out of here,” the nurse added
Vera turns to go with the kids but they give her a mean look
“You said mum was here, where is she?” Lizzy asked
“Am sorry sweetie but we have to come back later,” she replied
“No, I want my mum,” Lizzy said
“Mummy, mummy where are you?” Izzy said and went to a door she pushed it but it didn’t open
“Where is my mum? What did you people do to her?” Lizzy asked
“Grandma said the people in the city are evil is that true, what have you done to my mum?” Izzy said looking around
Vera went over to them but they run in different directions
“I want mum, I don’t wanna go with you,” Izzy shouted
“She will be fine, you just have to come with me okay,” Vera said
“You’re lying, she doesn’t want to see us right? because we said mean things to her and never apologize,” Izzy said looking at the surgical room
“She left us again, we want to tell her that we are sorry and we don’t want her to live us,” Lizzy added
Nancy came into the hospital, all thanks to Danny who called her on their way to the hospital
“My babies,” she called out to them
They run towards her immediately still in tears

“Grandma I want mum, did she h@të us now? We want to tell her apologies for saying bad things to her” Izzy said hugging her as they both continue crying

“Grandma are you sure?” Lizzy asked
“Am too old to lie,” Nancy replied taking them outside
“Where are we going?” Izzy asked
“Home, we will wait for her at home,” she replied
“No, I want to wait here,” Izzy said

“I want my mum, and am staying here until she comes out and says that she is not angry with us for being mean to her,” Lizzy added

“Then what’s your job? Is your job not to save a life,” Danny asked
“It is but I can’t give life,” she replied
“Maybe I should,” he said and went over to her
He picked up the electric shocker and ordered the nurse to turn it to the highest voltage
“It’s too much and it might burn her body,” Dr. Fiona said but he didn’t listen
He pressed it on her chest without a second thought but nothing happened
“C’mon cupcakes,” he said and made to press it again when his phone rang and he checked to see one of his men calling so he picked up
“Boss, we get the woman and the boy in position and we are ready to take them down, what’s your order?” One of his men asked
He looked at the lifeless Lupita and…….
