EVENING**
Carly jugged into her silent neighborhood happily. Electricity decided to favor them today so all her neighbors were inside.
She too, she was gonna go in and have a good shower, eat a good dinner and have a good sleep with the standing fan powered on.
When she got into her yard, she skipped to her room and began searching for her house keys in her bag.
She finally found it and began opening her door but suddenly paused and decided to look back to the room opposite her.
When she did that, she creased her brows because his door was wide open, was he in?
She wanted to mind her business but on a second thought, she decided to check up on him, just in case.
Carly put her house key back inside her bag before taking slow steps towards his room.
“Hello, are you home?” She asked but no reply.
“Hello” she knocked on his door but still no reply.
Carly decided to enter and everywhere was really dark, she could only see in black and white and the room was dark again which made it more difficult for her to see a thing.
She dipped her bag into her phone to take her small touch light then she switched it on.
She began shining it everywhere, the light went to a direction and she took it away then she put it back and her eyes widened.
The touch light fell from her hands and she let out a loud scream.

HOSPITAL**
Carly kept following the nurses as they dragged Joshua to the ICU unit with the stretcher.
Carly wanted to enter but a nurse pushed her back gently.
“You can’t enter for now young lady, we’ll get back at you later” the nurse that pushed her said to her.
“Are you sure?” Carly asked slowly and the nurse nodded before going in and closing the door.
Carly bit her lips hard and fell on the long bench. This was not how she planned her evening but what happened to him?
“Could it be Olivia fans? Can’t they see this is getting out of hand!!” Carly thought.
Actually when she saw him, he wasn’t putting on his nose mask this time so she immediately recognized him as Joshua Donovan.
“I hope he gets better” she muttered and yawned, feeling sleepy already.
She can’t just go home so she slept off on the chair without any blanket.
The nurses spent hours in the room with Joshua before they came out, they wanted to inform Carly that they were done and she could go see him but they saw her sleeping.
“It’s cold out here, someone should go get a blanket for her and take her to the room where her boyfriend is sleeping, there’s a long comfortable couch over there” the head of the nurse said.
The other nurses nodded and went to do as told.

NEXT MORNING**
Carly yawned when she woke up. She sat up and hit her neck lighting, trying to massage the pains away because she slept in an uncomfortable position.
She stood up and her eyes caught Joshua sleeping, she immediately rushed to him.
All his face was bruised and he looked really pitiful right now.
“This is so unfair” she muttered and went to her bag then brought out her phone.
She went to her camera and took a few pictures of him before posting it in her tik tok account.
*Joshua Donovan was beaten up almost to death, he’s lying helplessly in bed and this is something I witnessed with my both eyes. Guys this is so unfair, he’s a human not an anìmal so let’s stop all these*
She used the most popular hashtags about him, not caring if she would have viewers or not.
After making that post, she switched off her phone and that was when Joshua opened his eyes.
“You’re awake” she smiled.
Joshua stared at her for a while, he could only see blurry before he finally saw her face.
“It’s you” he muttered and coughed then tried sitting up but Carly rushed to him.
“You’re still hurt, lay down, I’ll call the nurse” she gently pushed him down.
Joshua creased his brows, he slowly brought his hands to his face and gasped. He didn’t have his mask on.
“Your mask was covered with blood so I threw it away and you don’t have to worry, I won’t hit you” Carly flashed him a smile.
Joshua stared at her not knowing if he should smile or not. Who knows if she would just come back with a bat and start hitting him with it?
“I’ll call the nurse” Carly cleared her throat and left.
Once the door closed, Joshua tried his best to sit up, he began removing all the wires from his body.
“I have to get out of here” he muttered, he managed to stand up but fell back on the bed due to all the pains.
The door then opened and Carly stepped in with the nurse, they were both holding a long bat each.
“Wait wait wait!! I promise, I will give you wh@tëver you want, don’t hit me I beg of you” he pleaded.
Carly stared at the nurse with a confused look and the nurse chuckled.
“We are not hitting you sir, the bat usually stays here so she was helping me with it” the nurse explained and Joshua breathed out of relief.
“How’s he now?” Carly whispered to the nurse and the nurse moved closer to him.
She conducted some tests on him and it was proven that he was fine but still injured and needed more time to rest.
“Oh that’s nice, uhm do you want to call your families or friends. You can use my phone to do that, I’ll soon be going home” Carly stretched her phone to him and he slowly collected it.
He dialed his mom’s number and called her, after talking to her for a while, he handed Carly’s phone back to her.
“Thank you,” he muttered.
Carly just smiled at him and left.
“She was so nice to me just now” Joshua muttered to himself like he couldn’t believe it.

The day has fully broken, it was 11am already and everyone one where talking about Joshua, Selene and the Anonymous person that posted his pictures on tiktok.
They were comments like…
[ Is he really Injured? I feel kinda bad for him ]
[ Hahaha, lies!! Guess what? We don’t care ]
[ Maybe we are overdoing it ]
[ Who also heard what Selene said about him on the interview yesterday? ]
[ Who listened to the song he posted on his Instagram account? ]
[ I don’t care, nothing will change the fact that I h@të Joshua and I will never feel sorry for him ]
Most good comments were 20% and the bad ones were 80%. Pinky angrily smatched her phone on the ground.
“He’s lying to gain fame!! Gosh I h@të him!!” she shouted.
Teddy came to stand at her front with a serious look on his face.
“What?” She asked, eyeing him from head to toes.
“What did you and mom do?” He asked with his arms crossed around his chest and one of his brows raised.
“Füçk you! Mom and I didn’t do anything!!” Pinky yelled at him.
She picked the phone that she smacked earlier and stormed out of the living room, bumping her shoulders harshly on his but she was the one who felt the pain instead.
She secretly winced as she climbed the stairs to her room while Teddy sighed and stood akimbo before shaking his head.
