“What I meant to say is, to come out of the realm depends on you alone. Do you still want to press forward?” Sandra asked and Nora didn’t hesitate before she nodded.
She cut the middle of her right palm, careful not to cut her vein to avoid too much bleeding and placed the palm on the ball.
As soon as the blood touched the ball, it illuminated and looked like something or someone was moving in it, it was Nora!
Nora’s eyes were closed in the real world while she tumbled and fell in another realm and she glanced up, it looked like she fell from there; she gasped when the cloud closed.
She dusted her clothes and palms, this is it, the Lao’s realm! She looked forward and gawked at the heavy sight, is this really Lao’s realm of heaven? Everywhere looked so beautiful.
She started walking, looking around. She could see children playing all around, shops where things are being sold, people playing in the park while some played with the cold water just at the river side.
She smiled seeing a baby cry for a lollipop and it stopped crying after it was stuck into her mouth. Everyone did their thing as if they were without blemish, she moved as if she was invisible.
She stopped abruptly when she heard a scream and without thinking, she rushed to the house when she saw that nobody tried to find out what was happening.
It was the fourth house where she was standing and the house looked different from the ones she has been seeing since she entered this place.
She tried to open the door but her hand just waved past it like she touched nothing and she was confused, was she dead already? She asked no one in particular as she tried again but it yielded the same results.
She paused when she saw the door open and she entered slowly, going to where the screaming might be coming from. She covered her mouth when she saw a certain man beating a lady, his wife to be precise.
This is domestic violence! She screamed but no one could hear her and she had no choice than to watch the scene. The man continued to beat the woman and then, the woman gathered all of her strength and kicked him between his trousers.
Nora shrieked seeing the way the man ran to her like a wounded lion and seized her, tearing off her clothes. “You dare to kick me? I will deal with you!” He yelled.
Nora paused again, reflecting on the man’s sentence. That voice sounded very familiar! “Father???” She muttered as she saw his face when he threw the woman to the bed.
She rubbed her eyes, peradventure she might be hallucinating but it was true, it was her father! She gasped again, looking at the face of the woman who was already injured, she could recognize her.
She turned back to run out of the house but her mother’s scream stopped her, I have to save my mother! Nora said, walking to the couple and tried to push her father away but her hand just swept past him.
She sat down on the floor and cried as she watched her father R@PE her mother but suddenly became numb when she saw her mother’s hands go limp.
She hiccupped and rushed to her mother, shaking her and not caring that her hand couldn’t touch her mother’s as she cried uncontrollably.
She glared hard at her father who insolently buckled his belt and staggered out of the house and she could do nothing, he had Fuçked my mother to death for Fuçk’s sake! She lamented.
Before she knew it, she was transferred to another place and she looked around unbelievably. It was a bar, what am I doing here? She thought as she wiped tears stained eyes, looking around.
She walked in the midst of people and they seemed to not notice her. She sat on a stool opposite a bartender as she tapped the table but the bartender went to bring out bottles of wine.
She looked at the young man and waved but he was just attending to customers who needed drinks without glancing at her side at all, maybe I was invisible after all! She shrugged.
Her eyes screamed in anger when she saw her father wasting himself, dancing with sluts on the dance stage and drinking like he would never drink again. She felt the urge to pull him out of there and beat the hell out of him but restricted herself.
She watched as he drew a particular lady who was already drunk just like him and together, they climbed the wooden stairs into a room and she followed them.
He was laughing like a lunatic as he ushered the drunk lady into the room, throwing her to the bed and he climbed on her.
Nora tried not to look at the erotic scene but she had find out something. She went to the right hand side and drew her face closer to the drunk lady. She gasped, seeing another familiar face – Tina??
Loaner faced her side and she acted like a statue, her eyes bulging out as she silently prayed that he shouldn’t see her. She breathed out in relief when he resumed smooching Tina’s lips, Gosh!
Her inside boiled with anger that she felt like strangling, he was such a lunatic and a stupid zombie! Which normal person that God created would Fuçk his wife to death, drink himself to stupor and Fuçk another lady.
She reappeared to another place and she scrunched her nose up in disgust as she perceived drugs and injections everywhere, she looked around and found out that she was in a hospital.
She walked closer to the receptionist desk and tapped the table but it seems the lady didn’t hear. Hold on, what will I say I am looking for? She thought and walked away from the desk.
After walking for about ten minutes, she rested her back on the wall but heard a doctor shout at a nurse. “She has to be placed in an incubator!” He yelled at the nurse and the nurse scrambled away.
She suddenly picked interest and went closer to the ward, she could see the doctor widened the stomach of a woman and brought out a tiny thing.
She watched as the doctor placed the thing inside the incubator which had a light on, she wondered what the thing was. She walked into the ward, wanting to peep at the incubator but she stopped abruptly, her eyes fixed on the woman.
It was her mother! Oh God, was she pregnant before he had intercourse with her? She asked aloud. Her heart raced as something dropped in her memory, looking at the incubator and staring back at her mother.
Tears flowed freely from her eyes, she was the one in the incubator and it wasn’t a thing, it’s a baby, she was the baby! Her teary eyes glanced at the doctor, silently thanking him. He was the one who saved her, if she ever sees him anytime, she’d be sure to show gratitude.
She reappeared in another place and it was the same house where her mother was killed. She screamed, seeing as her father fed her with flakes. Who the hell gave me to this monster to nurture?
She ran to the father and daughter, trying to grab her younger self from the monster she called a father but her hands waved past, she watched him with pure hatred.
Looking at her younger self, she would be around nine or ten years old so she grew with the monster? She gasped when she saw him bring out a dildo for her to play with.
What kind of a man was this? She cried again, sighing pathetically at everything she had seen, he was such a douchebag for concealing the truth and fed her with lies. Everything she is seeing has happened before, so pathetic!
She disappeared and reappeared again in another place. She could see Tina smiling at a little girl, so was this the result of the night she had with father? She scoffed, that man isn’t even worthy to be called a father anymore.
She narrowed her eyes at the little girl and could recognize her as Fire, she was her half sister after all. She went to them and squatted behind Fire who was trying to form fireballs but it just formed a bubble.
She smiled feeling a little bit better that she hasn’t lost all, she still had a sister. She reappeared again to another place and it seemed dark, everywhere was dark but she could hear silent sobbings.
She walked into his house that looks incomplete because a part has already fallen or maybe a flood caused it. She narrowed her eyes trying to see through the darkness.
She could see a man and two ladies with another lady tied to a chair, her head hung below but she was sobbing. Her mouth was agape when the girl lifted up her head and it turned out to be Fire!
She ran to her, trying to lose the chains which held her unto the chair but her hands just waved past, it was no use! She said, She tried to figure out the people who were standing with her and immediately, it looked like light showed their faces.
Father? And…..she gasped, the leader of the sisters of the dark. Oh no, but what were they doing with Fire? What do they want from her?
Her brain being reset, she panicked. Fire is in trouble, since she can’t save her in the realm, she has to save her outside the realm.
She ran out of the house also remembering that Sandra had said she had to use only two hours or she would be stuck in Lao’s realm as a living ghost, forever!
She ran as fast as she could, heading straight where she thought she had come from but suddenly stopped panting hard, she looked around and found out she had been running in circles!
