Arc veered back in rapid speed but was knocked down by the bullet.
Giselle bellowed, falling to her knees to plead for her dear live.
The man let out a light laughter and walked closer to the body he’s just shot and let out two more bullets: One on the back of his head and the other at his back.
Giselle watched the man walk away without spearing her a glance, he came to a halt and chuckled throaty.
“Don’t feel jealous just yet Giselle,” your turn is coming, but unfortunately am not going to be the one to kill you.
“Arc!… Arc is dead!” She whispered repeatedly in her head.
Fear gripped her, the thought of being the one lying dead made her more frightened but then something else bothered her.
Why didn’t he killed her? Why let her go without causing her harm?
His words came back like a fixed memory in her head, who is this person after her life, an what has she done wrong?
