” He’s Asleep already ” I said to my sister in-law as I passed Axel to her and she gave me a tired smile.
” Thanks babe …” She said softly.
” Oh c’mon I enjoyed every bit of it ” i said smiling .
” Hahahaha ….Axel is a handful ,he always gets what he wants ” she said as she she tucked him to bed .
” The De Luca blood flows through him remember ” I said and she chuckled softly.
” I’d just go check on Red ” I said and she gave me a teasing smile.
” Oh …..Reds birthday is fast approaching …how about you start planning a late birthday gift for him ” she asked teasingly.
” Late birthday…..gift ? I don’t think we’re ready for that right now , not with Veronica planning to ruin our lives ” I said and she fell silence .
” Sometimes we aren’t prepared when these bundles of joy decides to come to us …. especially when couples can’t get enough of each other …you should know by now that no amount of sëxual protection guarantees safety ….Only Abstainance helps” she said and I gave a nod .
” I’ve heard you ,the thing is Frederico wouldn’t even let me Abstain in peace ….” I said and we both burst out laughing
” It’s his right …” She teased and I blushed red .
” I’d go check on Red ” I said and left the room .
” Hey champ ….” I said immediately I got into the room .
” Mom you didn’t knock again ” he said and turned .
Wait what did he just say ? I Asked myself then froze for a while .
” I could’ve been naked you know ” he said rubbed his face .
” Frederico junior you are talking to your mother ” I said in Italian language .
” I always knock when I enter yours ” he replied .
” I can’t believe this ,is this the same little baby I once …. Brë@štfeed? I asked and he made a face .
” Mom…..” He whinned and I laughed.
.” So how was lectures ? I asked when I noticed his reading glasses on the table .
” Interesting mummy ,I just really miss going to school though ” he said and I felt bad for my boy .
” You’d be fine sweety I’d talk to Dad and maybe you can attend highschool School outside the estate ” I said and he chuckled.
” I still have some years before highschool mom anyways I love you ” he said and kissed my cheek
” Bed time stories ? I asked and he looked at me for a while then laughed.
” No I’ll pass ” he said and I chuckled .
” Sweet Sleep my love ” I said and helped him cover the duvet .
I walked out of his room Wondering what Frederico was up to , he hasn’t called or texted me …
Immediately I got to the sitting room my eyes met a lifeless frederico in the sitting room whilst Kristov was checking on him .
” Fred ” I said in horror as I walked close .
” He’s fine Aria he’s fine ” Massimo said and I covered my mouth as I cried .
I was visibly shaking in fear , Grace walked over to me and pulled me into a hug .
” He’d be fine ” she Assured me and I tried to relax which only proved abortive.
” How Did this happen ? Frederico was perfectly fine in the morning ,was he attacked ? I asked worriedly.
” The De Nero’s men went after him ” she said and I groaned in frustration .
” Why is Veronica and her brother so heartless ? I asked hurt .
” He’d be fine ,I just think Fred made a really stupid Decision going out unprepared when he knows who he is and and what can happen ” Sergio said and went upstairs .
” What’s up with Sergio ? Massimo asked confused .
” He’s been acting Weired lately ” Emelio said from the opposite chair .
‘” you think so? Sergio is always on the edge because he’s in charge of security ,he has his eyes on each and every member of this family and he’d do anything to keep us safe ,that has made him mature before his age ….and I guess what happened to Frederico is taking a toll on him ” kristov said.
” He’s probably blaming
himself for what happened ” I said and the others couldn’t agree more .
” It’s not his fault ” Grace said and I decided to check up on him after everything is settled with Fred .
I stayed up until they took Frederico up to our room …he was unconscious due to the loss of blood and according to Kris he’d wake up at the wee hours of the morning .
I took a shower and changed into my pajamas .
I picked a jacket and Decided to check on Sergio .
I got close to his Room door and that’s when I noticed the Door was open .
” Andrea I would really appreciate it if you ….keep that between the both of us ,I don’t want you talking to my brother next time…….I wouldn’t need your help anymore ” I heard him snap at someone over the phone and I’ve never seen Sergio that serious in my entire life .
” Goodbye ” he cut the call and our eyes met .
” Sister in-law” he said in suprise.
” Huh Sergio ” I said and he rubbed his face immediately .
” Is everything okay ? What about Frederico ? Do you need anything ? He asked and I shook my head .
” No ” i said and at that moment I recognized just how much he and Emelio looked identical .
They could pass for twins the only difference was Sergio Looked more Boyish compared to Emelio and he always had glasses on and Dressed like a nerd sometimes.
Emelio on the other hand had the Rockstar vibes .
” Aria ” he called again .
” No …no it’s nothing, Frederico is fine I just wanted to check on you , you looked Quiet worried a while back ” I said and he smiled .
” Oh I’m fine you and Grace worry too much ” he said camly .
” Are you sure ? I asked and he laughed.
” I’m fine Sister in-law ” he said and I smiled .
” That’s okay and by the way Red’s birthday this Weekend ” I said and he gave a nod .
” We have something planned for the party ” he said and I smiled.
” Goodnight ” I said and went back to my room .
I joined Frederico in the bed and he snuggled into me sweetly which made me smile .
As usual his hands snake into me pulling me close .
” I thought they said the drugs would only tire out by the morning .
” I’m not drugged” he managed to voice out in half asleep .
” Shhhh just go back to bed I’d deal with you in the morning ” I said and smiled in his sleep .
I love this man so much and I’m ready for any madness Veronica has planned after all I’ve had Enough of that Bîtch .

? FREDERICO ?
My Eyes fluttered open and I mo*ned softly at the pain on my hand .
” Ouch …”
” Does it hurt ? ” I heard Aria’s Voice and when I looked up she was clad in a preety Gown and fancy slippers.
” No ….What time is it ? I asked and she didn’t answer .
” I’m pretty sure it hurts Frederico , and you’re not going out today so stop pretending like it doesn’t hurt the Time is 10 am ” she said and my jaws literally dropped .
” That’s unfair I was supposed to get up early ….” I said frowning.
” Well too bad. I let you sleep properly so stop acting like James bond ….” She snapped and I swallowed down nothing when I realized just how furious she looked .
” What you did yesterday was stupid Frederico I could have lossed you ” she said voice shaking at the edge .
I walked over to her and joined my hands with hers .
” I’m sorry my love but I really needed to go there ” I said camly .
” Why ? You could’ve died , just promise me you’d never pull a stunt like that next time” she said and I gave a nod .
” Fine sweetie it’s a promise” I said and she kissed my lips softly .
I took a shower and immediately I got downstairs Massimo beckoned on me to go with him .
I licked my lips and joined him .
” Hey Bro ” I said and he looked at my face.
” Don’t pull a stupid stunt like that next time” he scolded before dropping a file in front of me .
” I think we have a mole from inside …” He said and I rubbed my forehead.
” Wait what how’s that possible .
” It’s possible because this is the mafia ….” He said coldly and I wasn’t stupid to repeat the Question .
” Be careful ….these De Nero’s think they’re smart ….we need to be ready for wh@tëver they have coming , Kristov Was Attacked too at the hospital ” he said and my jaws literally dropped .
” Wait what ? How ….is that even …” I wondered out loud .
” They where dressed as Doctors we all need to be careful ….Sergio is trying to get the mole Whoever it is ,he or she is Smart ….very smart …” He said and I rubbed my forehead .
” Has Veronica said anything about the Video ” he asked and I shook my head .
” I’m preety sure she’s planning the perfect time to launch the video in the internet …..” I said and Sergio walked in that minute with a laptop .
” I took help from someone concerning the video ….it’s highly protected and she thinks ….the only way to take down the video is when Veronica has posted it ” he said.
” She ? Massimo Asked .
” Not important ” he said camly .
“Ooo” I said finally coming to the conclusion that it had to be that Beautiful girl in his Car last night .
Does he like her ? What’s going on in his head .
” Don’t ask ” he said immediately as if reading my mind .
” So I heard your Bossy son’s Birthday is tomorrow ? He asked and I grinned.
” Bossy huh ? C’mon don’t you like the fact that you both have similar attitude ? I teased and Sergio burst out laughing as massimo’s jaws dropped.
” Trust me that son of yours talks like an adult …he Füçking calls me grumpy uncle ” mas complained.
We laughed for a while and Sergio decided to help with the birthday preparation for the birthday which was gonna take place in the big garden in the estate .
I’d make sure everything goes smoothly .
