A loud bang was heard on Alex door, he got very angry that his sleep was disturbed. He got to the door and opened it.
“Are you alright “Was the first thing that came out of his mouth in anger
“Am perfectly fine “He heard his mother’s soothing voice and his eyes widened.
“Mom, what was that for “He nagged
“Very well thank you, I slept well, now go have your bathe and be ready to take Cassandra to the spa for a massage and then you will come back home around 2 for the check up, I already called Dave, since I know you would not do it and then you would go shop for a glamorous cloth for her make sure she looks domineering and elegant and also buy a matching outfits for the both of you “She said and left. Alex cursed and shook his head, he was wondering why his mother would do all these because of Cassandra. That Cassandra of a girl is just so……
Meanwhile, Cassie was wondering why she was on Alex bed, she knew that she slept on the couch so how come she was on the bed, trying to recollect something, but she couldn’t, was it Alex that put her on the bed or she was sleep walking. Feeling confused, she decided to check if Alex was in the room, but he was not there, not even in the bedroom or dressing room.
‘where could he be?’ she asked internally.
A knock on the door brought her out of her thought.
“Am coming “She said as she went to check who it was.
“Sorry to disturb you, but I have to, actually you and Alex have an appointment at the spa “Mrs Willow said
“Appointment at the spa ” Cassandra asked looking confused, why was today confusing to her, first she saw herself on the bed and the next she’s going to the spa with Alex.
“Oh! Guess that silly boy did not tell you, of course you are going to the spa to have a good massage and a rest after all these stress ” Mrs Willow teased.
“I- I don’t think that’s necessary “She said
“Of course, it is my dear “Mrs Willow said, she would have been happy if Cassandra was this humble in realty, but it’s because of the trauma that is making her to be careful cause she does not want to be hurt. At this point she felt like hurting the actual person who is causing rift between the both of them. She had never felt so aggressive in her life but when it comes to innocent people life she knew she had that aggressive traits in her, that’s why they said do not mess with kind and softhearted people cause when you make them angry to an unforgiven level you would regret it for the rest of your life.
Cassandra was a bit shaken.
‘ was Alex still angry, she shouldn’t have talked back, now he is using the spa as an excuse and also made his mom call her out knowing she would not want to disagree, even so in this predicament who was she to disagree? Alex always does what he wants’ she thought
“Is something wrong ” Mrs Willow asked her
“No, ma’am everything is fine “She lied through gritted. Mrs Willow could see through the lie but she decided to keep shut.
“Alright, if you say so, be ready in an hour “She said as she left. Cassandra closed the door and sighed as her back was resting on the door.

She followed Alex in the car thinking there would be a driver there to clear the awkwardness inside her, but to her dismay there was no driver. Twas only her and Alex.
‘Gosh, this can’t be happening’ she thought and then he smirked.
The drive was quiet, but it was tense for the both of them, different thought running through their heads. When they got to the spa, Cassandra got down and Alex followed suit. She wished she had come here alone at least the tension within her would subside, but no he is f*cking here.
He held her hands as they walked to VVIP room, at first she was scared that he was about to do something to her but when she saw no reaction from him, she calmed down a little bit and when they entered the room her heart was beating fast.
‘what is he planning to do with me ‘

“What’s wrong Cassandra? “He asked as he looked at her with concern which made her more scared.
‘why is he acting nice all of a sudden?’
“Good morning Mr Willow and Miss Owen “The attendant said recognizing the both of them.
“She’s now Mrs Willow ” he corrected
“My bad, Mrs Willow, the* would be here in a minute ” the. Said and left the room.
I just can’t believe he acknowledged me, Like literally he said that I am his wife. I don’t know why but I feel kinda happy.
I felt awesome after the massage, not because of the massage, but because of what he said earlier.
“Cassie “I heard my name and I pause.
‘oh, No don’t tell me he is here! I am just dreaming’ I said in my mind as I turned to look at who was calling, I felt Alex holding me very tight to the extent that he was hurting me. I looked at him and I knew that he was angry. I just don’t know why that idiot was here, why is he showing up at the wrong time. I faced Kyle’s direction and faked a smile.
“Hi Kyle, how are you doing? “I asked
“Am good, just bothered about you, I did not see you in the park this morning got worried that you injuries was worst, but am glad you are good “He said with a smile
“Yh, thanks for your concern, I just came here with my ….”I trailed off and freaked out.

I felt the aura of Alex now becoming worse, what does he expect me to say.

“And what proof do you have “I bawled in annoyance when he looked at me like he was going to kill me any minute, but I do not care about his looks all I care about is the answer to my question.
