CAMILA’S ROOM***
Jade watched as Camila sleeps on the bed soundly. She returned to the room not quite long with Juan and she had refused to talk to her.
“She’s hurt” Juan said beside her.
“Who wouldn’t? It’s so sad that he had to go like that” She muttered.
“I think she loves him, I mean it hurt to lose someone you love” Juan said.
“And you?”
“Huh?”
“You like her, don’t you?” She asked.
Juan cleared his throat awkwardly.
“What are you talking about? I need to leave, make sure she’s okay” he muttered and left.
Jade shook her head.
“He’s totally smitten” she mumbled.
She was about to take a move when someone hugged her from the back, she froze on the spot.
“I miss you” Alex whispered in her ears. He made her to face him and he smiled when he saw the look of shock on her face.
“Were you scared?” He asked.
“I… I was just surprised” she muttered.
“Do you think someone is here to hurt you?”
“I’m just scared with the things on ground”
“You don’t have to. Javier’s death is painful to everyone, he was my friend. I’ll miss him a lot” Alex muttered.
“I’m glad the bad people got what they deserves” She said.
“Same here”
Jade looked away shyly, his arms is still around her and that alone got butterflies swimming in her stomach.
“Erm…. I guess this is not the right time to say this. Let’s talk later” he kissed her cheek before leaving the room in a rush.
Jade’s hand went to her cheek and she smiled. Just what has he done to her? She’s totally fallen for him.

FERNANDO’S ROOM***
“…… They deserve every single bit of it” Fernando concluded. He already explained everything to Valerie, including the scene of Arturo and Andres death.
“But, like you removed his eyes? That’s so gruesome” Valerie shudders as she imagine what Arturo would have looked like without his eyes.
“I should have done more than that, but I had to come back home soon because of you and mom”
She smiled.
“You should have told me about it, I wouldn’t have been that hurt. I thought you really died”
“I’m sorry about that. I promise to let you know whenever I wanna do anything from now on”
“Better. Erm… Ferdie I’m hungry, I haven’t eaten since yesterday”
“What?! Why? Do you intend to kill yourself? How could you starve yourself? What about the baby?” Fernando yelled worriedly. How could she starve herself? What if something happens to her?
“It’s all your fault. I was just sad, how could I eat when I thought you’re gone?”
His face softened when he heard that.
“Okay fine, I’m sorry. What do you want to eat?” He asked.
“Chicken” she licked her lips.
“Just chicken?” Fernando asked in disbelief.
“Yes, that’s what our baby wants” she replied.
Fernando shook his head, she’s surely something else.

TWO DAYS LATER***
Everything has been going on smoothly, the bad guys are gone and Javier’s body has been buried. He was given a befitting burial as he would never be forgotten in their hearts.
Camila, though Javier’s death hurts, but she’s slowly getting over it with the help of Juan. They’ve become more closer as he’s always with her, trying to make sure she’s always happy.
“What are you thinking about?” Juan asked, breaking Camila out of her thoughts.
“Nothing much” she replied. She’s outside, sitting on a chair.
“I’ll be going to school soon” Juan said.
She glanced at him.
“I already talked to the Boss about it and he agreed. I can’t be much happier” he muttered.
“That’s great, it has always been your wish to go to school” Camila said.
“I know, right? Are you okay with it?” He suddenly asked.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, I’ll be going to school soon, I won’t get to see or talk to you like before again. And… There’ll be some girls over there, doesn’t it bothers you?” He asked, holding his breath.
“Bothers me? Why? I should be happy, isn’t it?”
“Yea. What was I thinking?” He faked a smile at her.
“Enjoy” he muttered before leaving.
“What’s wrong with him?” Camila asked aloud. She stared at his retreating figure for a while before shrugging her shoulder.

“Where are you taking me to?” Jade asked as Alex led her to a place she doesn’t know. She’s blindfolded so she’s clueless of where she is.
“Take it easy, okay?” Alex grinned.
“I can’t even see” she protested. She was in her room when he came to her, telling her he has a surprise for her.
“Here we are” Alex said and they stopped walking.
He removed the blindfold from her eyes and her mouth widened in surprise when she saw the surprise he was talking about.
They were in a secluded area, a table could be seen at the middle, with two plates on it. Two glasses on wine could be seen on it too, the atmosphere is so romantic.
“Have your seat” he gestured her to sit down.
Jade sat down and she stared at him.
“What’s this about?” She asked.
“Shh… Just let’s eat” Alex said.
Hesitatingly, she picked the spoon beside the plate, she removed the hanky covering the plate and her mouth fell open in surprise when she saw what’s inside the plate.
It’s a letter with some words boldly written on it.
‘I LOVE YOU, JADE. WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND AND STAY FOREVER WITH ME?’
She turned to Alex who was already by her front which a charming smile on his face.
“Remember what I told you before we went on the mission? I told you by the time I return, I’ll hold you tight and I’m never letting you go. That’s what I’m doing right now. Be my girlfriend, Jade. I now realize how deeply I am in love with you” Alex said.
Jade kept staring at him with her mouth open, it seems unreal to her.
If this is a dream, then she would keep dreaming forever.

BELLA’S ROOM***
“What’s wrong with you? You okay?” Bella asked Valerie. She’s been lying on the bed, staring into space since she entered the room.
“I thought he wanted to ask for my forgiveness, then why hasn’t he visited since?” Valerie mumbled.
“Who?” Bella smiled knowingly.
“My dad of course. I badly want to see him but he ain’t visiting”
“Aww, that’s so cute. I’m glad you’ve finally let go of your grudges”
A knock was heard and they both exchanged glances.
“Come in” Bella spoke out.
The door opened and Don entered, his eyes met with Valerie’s immediately he set his foot into the room.
“Dad!” Valerie shouted, shocking the hell outta him.
She jumped off from the bed and rushed to his arms.
“I miss you so much, why didn’t you come sooner?” She mumbled.
Don glanced at Isabella who’s smiling at them before placing his arms around his daughter.
“I’m sorry, my girl. Dad is sorry” he said.
Valerie broke the hug to stare at him.
“You didn’t get hurt, did you? You’re fine, right?” She asked, concern clearly written on her face.
Don nodded with a smile.
“I’m fine. I’m just happy that you’ve forgiven me”
Valerie smiled again before hugging him back.
“Oww… Who do we have here?” Fernando muttered as he joined them in the room. Isabella was the one who called for him.
“Isn’t this great?” Isabella asked.
“Sure” Fernando went to her and kissed her cheeks.

“So, is everything okay here? There’s no problem, is there?” Don asked.
“Everything is fine” Valerie said.
“Good. Nando, there’s something I need to tell you” Don said.
“Before that, I need to say something” Isabella butted in.
“Go ahead” Don urged.
“Ferdie…. Can you do something for me?” She asked slowly.
Fernando looked at Valerie who’s beside him before staring at Isabella.
“Sure mom. What is it?” He asked.
“I want you to stop being a Mafia”
“What?” Fernando mumbled inaudibly. He wasn’t expecting that from her.
“I h@të the job you’re doing. It’s dangerous especially now that Lola is carrying your baby” Isabella said.
Don stared at the trio in shock. His daughter is pregnant?
“What do you mean Lola is pregnant?” He asked. How could Fernando keep something like this from him.
