∇Δ∇ THE LI’S MANSION
Ryan’s eyes twitch opened and he stood up from his bed afterwards.
He recalled how his dad had shouted the previous night and a sigh escape his mouth
“Brown.. he muttered
He remembered he (Brown) didn’t reply to his message last night.
He wore his slipshoe and walked out of the room
” Should I take a bath first? He wondered
” Maybe I should. He replied himself and walked back to his room.
He entered his bathroom and did his morning routine then took his bath.
He was done minutes later and settled on a black trouser and a big hoodie. He dipped his hands into his pocket before descending the stairs.
He got to the sitting room and met the maids.
” Greetings young master.. tthe greeted
He ignored them and walked his way out of the sitting room before they could even talk about his breakfast
He got to Brown’s apartment and knock on his door. Brown who was still asleep sprang up from bed. He checked the time and discovered it was minutes after 7am . His eyes widened and he quickly entered his bathroom
” I’m a dead meat. I’m supposed to clean young master’s car so he can prepare for school.. he said as he took his bath rushingly
He was done within seconds and he grabbed the door knob. It twisted it open and his eyes fell on Ryan.
He rubbed his eyes then open them again. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing
That was the first time he ever came to his apartment
‘ Am I getting fired for real.. he sob silently before opening his eyes again and they still fell on Ryan whose hands were in his pocket while watching him
” Is this really you young master?” Brown stretch his hands and touched his face. Ryan stared at him strangely wondering what he was doing
” You can’t be young master” He said again while Ryan hit his hands off his face.
” Are you blundering right now? What do you think you’re doing?” Ryan creased a brow
” Its real, you’re….YOUNG MASTER!?” Brown exclaimed with dilated eyes.
He quickly went on his knees and began to cry
” I don’t wanna loose my job please ” He begged and Ryan smothered back a laugh
He stared at Brown again then shook his head
” When you’re ready to stand then you will. I just came to say thank you for last night. I tried texting you but it seems you didn’t receive the message yet that’s why I came.. he explained and Brown looked up at him
he was happy Ryan had started to talk to him with longer sentence
During his highschool, He rarely talk to Brown all he did was nod in response to everything Brown ever said
” Stop doing that. It’s creepy.. Ryan grimace
” And stop calling me young master… call me Ryan.. he added and Brown’s eyes widened
” I can’t do that young master! Firstly, coming here is at my own risk cause if chairman Li sees you here, I’m dead! not only will I die, my spirit and soul might die as well but before I die along with my spirit and soul, I would have lost this job.. Brown breath out
” And calling you by your name? Is like me giving myself to my enemy to kill. I can’t risk it.. Brown said and Ryan nodded
He made to walk away but stopped after taking two steps.
” What again young master.. Brown cried
” Let’s go driving.. he said while Brown burst into another round of tears though no single tear left his eyes
” Young master.. he called crying loudly.
Ryan chuckled shortly before walking into the house. The look on Brown’s face when he disturb him was funny.
He walked to his room and locked the door. He laid on his back facing the ceiling when a knock came in
He walked to his door and open it, revealing Brown
” We should go driving?” He asked and Brown inhaled
” No young master, I came to asked if you wouldn’t attend classes”. Brown said
“Ah school.. today is Wednesday and tommorow is Thursday then Friday is the day the scholarship results will be out.. he calculated.
” Why don’t we skip classes today and tomorrow?” He asked
” And what should I tell boss?” Brown asked back
” Just keep mute the way you’ve been doing all this while… He said and shut his door
” I’m surely going to loose my job because of young master. Brown cried, walking out of the mansion

Violet walked to the sitting room after taking her bath. She met Jeffrey still sleeping soundly.
A stupid idea pop up in her head and she smirked. She walked out of the house and got a feather. She found one and headed back to the sitting room
She tiptoe closer to him and began tickling his ears with it while he reacted to it
This continued for some minutes until….
” Vio….
” Shush.. Violet said to Kira but it was late already cause Jeffrey woke up that moment
” What’s happening?” Jeffey asked, sitting upright and Violet shook her head.
He faced Kira and she shrugged
” I just got in and as you can see I’m in my uniform already, indicating I am about going to school. Just passed by to say hi.. Kira said
” What of Kylie?” Violet asked
” Do you miss me? Kylie asked from the door and Violet scoffed loudly.
” Anyway Jiê Jiê (Older sister), we will be on our way now… Bye Jeffrey and take care of your girlfriend… Kira said walking out of the house
“Girlfriend in deed.. Violet scoff while Jeffrey chuckled
” Come let’s eat something first cause I will be going to the coffee shop this morning” she said
” Should I tag along?
” Nope, you need to go to school and if you aren’t going to school, you can just have enough rest” Violet said while he just stared at her.

” Fresh buns.. a seller said as Remy and his friends walked round the busy market looking for moon cakes
Someone bumped into Reece and quickly took his wallet before he could notice.
Remy frowned as he stared at the little thief and before the boy could think of running away, he caught him
People were already gathering watching the scene.
” If you need money, tell us rather than steal from us.. Reece said and wanted to hit the boy but Remy stopped him
Remy faced the boy who looked unkept and he sigh. ” Don’t do this next time. You might not meet someone as nice as we are.. he said and the boy bent his head guiltily and began to apologise
Remy dipped his hands into his pant pocket and removed a thousand dollars from it.
He held the boy’s hand and place the money on it.
” Take it and buy something for yourself.. He said and the boy bowed continuously, thanking him.
” Let’s go.. Remy said, returning Reece’s wallet back to him.
Reece took it and removed some important docvments from it before giving his wallet back to the boy.
” I mustn’t see you do such things.. he said and the boy nodded before running off happily.
? These young masters are so cool..
? Their parents must be really proud of them
People kept murmuring among themselves but Remy and his friends didn’t pay any attention to them
They kept walking for minutes yet no moon cake in sight. Getting tired of promenading round the market, they decided to walk back home since they couldn’t find what they wanted
