Many eyes fell on Ryan as he entered the class. He just walked to his seat without uttering a word
The truth he was trying hiding is finally exposed. Now everyone knows he is the son of chairman Li
All their attention was on him and he h@tëd it.
He brought out his book and starting going through it ignoring their soul piercing stares and susurrant voices though it was getting to his head
Noise makes his head ache greatly
Remy and his friends got into the class and as usual it became pin drop silent
Those talking stopped immediately they sighted them.
Fargo and the rest walked to their seat while Remy stood at door. He took few steps into the class so the students could see him clearly
He cleared his throat and started biting on his nails.
” I don’t know how y’all wanna do it, but I don’t wanna hear anything about Ryan being Li Xue’s son” Remy said and Ryan immediately raised his head.
They lock gaze and an almost Invisible smile escaped his ( Ryan’s ) lips.
Remy quickly looked away before walking to his seat
” Why did you do that? ” Fargo asked
” What I h@të most is gossip so I did what I think was right” he shrugged and brought out his phone
” Wow, see who’s being a cool guy” Justin said teasingly and his friends chuckled.
He h@tëd Ryan and that was a fact but that moment, he felt like killing whoever made the post
The post was made by an Anonymous with an unknown account so it was hard to trace whoever posted it.
The way Ryan looked at him at the parking lots made him realize he was thinking he ( Remy) posted the news. So that was the little he could do so Ryan wouldn’t think he made the post
In no time, the students had stopped talking about the issue and each of them were minding their business
Violet and Jeffrey walked into the class and she sat next to Yixuan while Jeffrey left for his seat
” Jeez Remy, the girl keeps getting hotter each time I see her… And her curves! Omg! ” Reece bit his lips staring at Violet while Remy shook his head
” I wish she cut off that toothpick you call a dîçk ” Remy replied and Reece involuntarily held his d_1ck at the mention of ‘cut off ‘
” F*ck, it’s giving me the chills” Reece shuddered and Fargo laughed
“Did you see the news?” Yixian whispered but Violet didn’t seem to get what she was talking about.
” Ryan is the son of Chairman Li, the owner of this school” she whispered again but Violet didn’t look surprised
” Ah, you heard it already?” Yixian asked while She nodded slowly.
Violet turned to Ryan’s direction and they still ended up locking gaze
A frown creased his forehead as he stared at her
‘ Why does she always look at me that way? It’s kinda creepy” he wondered, still locking gaze with her
Violet let out a slight smile but he looked away like he h@tëd seeing someone smile
‘ It must hurt trying to hide the truth and it eventually spills out” she breath out
Mara entered the class with Claire and her eyes survey the class till they landed on Violet.
” She’s an angel in human form, Don’t you agree?” Claire whispered to Mara who rolled her eyes before walking to her seat
That moment, a lecturer walked in.
” Morning beautiful people” He smiled at the class
” Morning to you too sir ” The class replied except Remy who kept rolling his eyes
” You have a problem with my class Remy?” The lecturer asked and he scoffed
” I’ll take that as a NO then ” Mr George said emphasizing the ‘NO’
” So our topic for today is epistemology……
He began his lectures and the students paid rapt attention to him but Mara’s gaze was solely fixed on Ryan and Violet. Her eyes kept flicking between them. She wanted to confirm if what Claire said was true
” So what are the two approaches to epistemology” Mr George faced the class
Ryan made to answer but Violet was faster
” Traditionally, there are two approaches to epistemology: Rationalism, which says we gain knowledge through reasoning and empiricism, which says we gain knowledge through sensory experience ” She explained and Remy immediately burst into laughter, confusing the class
” What’s so funny that you had to interrupt my class Remy Wang? ”
” Unlike some people, scholarship is a girl with beauty and brain ” he said aloud staring at Mara dauntlessly. He was just trying to annoy her thinking she was the one who leaked the news.
” She got the answer right ” Ryan muttered and returned his gaze to his book. He stayed that way till lectures came to an end.
” So you’re the student who gained admission through the scholarship exam?” Mr George asked and Violet nodded
“What’s your name again?” He asked again
” I’m Violet fang”
” “Gosh even her voice is so sweet” Claire gushed and mara scoff
” I’m….
” You’re Mr George. I saw you doing the exams” Violet interrupted and Mr George smiled
“That’s right, So what did you score in the exams?” He asked
“Is bald head hitting on Violet now?” Fargo chuckled
“What do you think, she’s beautiful” Justin replied
“Bald head isn’t that type of man… But that’s their problem anyway” Remy said looking at Mr George and Violet
” I got 99.5%.. Violet replied and the class gasped
? That’s… Impossible
? I know right? The questions this year were extremely hard so how?
? F*ck I’m jealous
” Did she really score that high? ” Mara wondered
“See? No wonder Ryan smiled back at her yesterday” Claire said and Mara threw her a deadly glare
” That’s beautiful, continue in that conduct” Mr George said and Violet nodded
” Have a nice day ” he said and made to leave the class but her voice stopped him
” I seem to be the only student on campus through scholarship, what about the others?” Violet asked
” You should be happy you were given one.. chairman Li already cancelled the exam.. I was about sending you the mail but he texted me to allow only the student with the highest score which happens to be you..
‘ So that was what happened? Ryan inhaled
” Ah.. so that’s how it happened.. no wonder I didn’t get to see Mimi.. she muttered
” Thank you sir.. she did a little bow as George left the class.
“You really scored that percentage?” Yixian asked unconvincingly and she nodded.
” Really?” She asked again to be sure
” Yeah and It’s all thanks to Ryan” Violet said and faced his direction but he wasn’t looking at her
