“What are you talking about you crazy pink hair lady?” David asked with a frown.
“Oh so now I’m crazy!? I’ve had enough of you, you motherfùcker!!” Pinky raised her hands to his cheeks and slapped him hard.
David held his cheeks and gave her an unbelievable look.
“You just slapped me” he said like he couldn’t believe what she just did.
“Yes I did and what are you going to do about that? Will you hit me? Are you gonna hit a girl?” She asked with her tone filled with mockery.
Carly pushed David behind her and came to slap Pinky.
“He might not be able to hit a girl but I can!” She said and David smirked from behind.
Pinky, who was still holding her cheeks in shock, suddenly jumped forward to attack Carly by pulling her hair.
“Hey, let her go!!” David came to stand in between them, he lifted Pinky up and pushed her away.
The push made her land on her elbow and she left out a loud scream.
“What’s going on over there?” The faint voice of a security man was heard causing Carly and Joshua to exchange looks immediately.
“Let’s go!” David took her hands and began running with her while Carly turned back to look at Pinky who was sitting on the floor.
A smile appeared on her face and she faced David who was also smiling then their smiles turned into laughter.
David stopped laughing to look at Carly, it felt like a slow mo to him, the way her hair was slowly swaying around the air and the way she was laughing all looked beautiful to him.
Soon the good moment stopped when Carly made them hide at the back of a wall.
“You shouldn’t have pushed her that way you know!” Carly started as she tried calming her breathings.
“She was hurting you and I protected you just the way you did for me so we are even now” he replied and threw his head backwards.
“Right? Why did you put a rat inside her locker?” Carly then asked and David raised his hands up in defeat.
“Fine you got me! But I was doing it to avenge you, she started it first by putting a dead scorpion inside your locker”.
“You!” Carly poked David’s cheeks and sighed.
“Why were you eavesdropping on me and Joshua’s conversation?” She asked with a frown.
“It wasn’t international, I just happened to hear that while looking for the both of you now tell me, you were not planning to tell me anytime soon right?” He asked.
Carly bit her lips and faced forward.
“Why? You don’t trust me but you trust Joshua instead? And here I thought we were siblings, what siblings lie to their siblings? You were just gonna tell Joshua who’s your favorite big brother and leave me in the dark because you think I don’t deserve to know or I’m not fit enough?” He asked and Carly turned to face him.
“It’s not like that and you know it, I just.. I was just embarrassed” she mumbled.
David scoffed and chuckled at the same time.
“You thought I’ll make fun of you or something? When have I ever laughed or made fun of you especially when it’s something as serious as this? What do you even think of me?” He asked angrily.
“I know I hurt your feelings and I’m sorry, forgive me okay?” She pleaded in a cute tone.
David scoffed and looked elsewhere.
“David!!” Carly held his hands and shook him.
“Peck me first” he muttered to himself but Carly heard it.
“Huh?” She asked and he blinked immediately.
“I mean I..” the remaining words got stuck in his throat when Carly tiptoed up to his level and pecked his cheeks.
“Happy now?” She asked and David immediately looked elsewhere to hide his red cheeks.
“Well.. well I was happy before” he muttered and without waiting for her to say anything, he rushed out.
Carly shook her head and chased after him.
“Hey where are you going? Wait for me!!”.

X STUDIO.
When Olivia stepped in, she was surprised to see some unfamiliar faces looking at her.
“Peter, who are these people?” She asked with a creased brow.
Peter smiled and moved closer to the people.
“This is Vivian, your hair stylist, this is Veronica, your makeup artist, this is Jude, he’ll be incharge of your clothes” he pointed to a man dressed as a girl who waved at Olivia and she waved back.
“And this is Lilian, she’s going to be your new song writer?” He completed it.
Olivia moved closer to Lilian before looking at Peter again.
“So I won’t get to write my songs anymore?” She asked.
“Livy, Lilian is a professional and she’s good at writing savage songs. We’ve made an official announcement that you’re going to be starting your next album titled Savage and you need a photoshoot for it so let’s get you ready with your new look” Peter said happily.
Olivia sighed inwardly
FEW MINUTES LATER
Olivia was sitting opposite her mirror and looking at her long hair that’s going to be treamed any minute from now but before that, she remembered something.
She was sitting on a stone with Joshua beside her and they were watching the seashore together.
“Why are you staring at me that way?” she muttered when she felt his gaze on her.
Joshua chuckled and faced the sky.
“I’m sorry, I guess it’s because you look beautiful with your hair, I love your long hair,” he replied.
Olivia blushed a little and focused her attention on the moving waters.
“Is my hair that beautiful?” She asked shyly.
Joshua smiled and turned to face her, he made her face him then cupped her cheeks and arranged a few strands of her hair behind her ears.
“Yes they are but I guess your face has the highest mark” he winked and she hit his arms.
“So cheesy,” she muttered.
“I’m not, you’re so beautiful and I love your hair too, don’t ever cut it by any means okay?” He said softly.
“And what if I do, will I look ugly?” She asked with a daring look.
“You’ll look so ugly” he replied and her face changed immediately like she wanted to cry.
Joshua burst out in laughter immediately.
“Was kidding, don’t get mad” he chuckled and pulled her closer to himself.
Olivia sighed and came back to present, her eyes fell on the pieces of hairs that were on the table.
She slowly brought her hands to touch it before raising her head to look at her face in the mirror.
Her hair wasn’t long anymore, it was now short, stopping right under her ears. Tears came out of her eyes and she secretly clenched her fist tight.
‘I’m doing all these for you Dad, get better soon’ she thought.

FALLONS’ MANSION.
Teddy just came out of his bathroom, he was still holding a towel tied around his neck when he heard some knocks sounding on his door.
“Who?” He asked with a frown.
“It’s me, open up!!” Pinky’s voice sounded and Teddy sighed.
He went to open the door for her.
“Why are you here?” He asked.
“What kind of question is that? Have you forgotten that you’re owing me something?” She replied and stepped in.
Teddy rolled his eyes and faced her.
“What do you want?” He asked.
“I know grandpa gave you the token to control his armies, I want it!” She replied.
Teddy snorted.
“And why in your right senses do you think I’d give you that?” He asked and stood akimbo.
“Because you wouldn’t want me to tell Grandpa that you broke his rules and went ahead to date someone when you aren’t done with highschool or college” she replied with a smile.
“Ask for another thing” Teddy muttered.
“Don’t you get it, ion want anything else, I just want that token of orders, I want to be in charge of grandpa’s armies” she replied.
“Pinky..
“Listen big brother, I’m not going to force you, it’s either you give me or I’ll eat your little secret out to Grandpa ” she snapped.
Teddy stared at her face for a while before storming back inside his room, he came out a few minutes later with the golden token.
“This is it, use it carefully” he replied and he gave it to her.
Pinky smiled as she stared at it.
“Don’t worry dear big brother, I will use it carefully” she winked at him before leaving.
Teddy breathed out and slammed his door shut.

EVENING, JOSHUA’S ROOM.
Joshua came out of the kitchen with a frown when he saw David sitting on his bed with Carly.
“David, what are you still doing here?” He asked.
“I have every right to be here brother, it’s Carly and I project we are talking about here and that pink head isn’t serious about working with us” David replied.
“But you’ve made a mess out of my room already, clean up before you leave” Joshua rolled his eyes and his phone began ringing.
He checked the caller and was surprised to see Selene as the ID.
‘Why is she calling?’ he thought and picked the call.
“Hello?” He asked.
“Joshua, are you free now, can you come over?” She asked and her voice sounded like she was crying.
Joshua stood up with a worried look on his face.
“What’s wrong, it’s everything already?” He asked worriedly.
Carly and David, who were painting, stopped and brought their gaze to Joshua.
“I’m not okay Joshua, I need a friend right now, can you come over, I’m in my house please?” She replied and Joshua thought for a short while before nodding.
“Alright, wait for me, I’ll be there!” He replied and hung up.
“Who’s that bro, you sound worried?” David asked and Carly nodded, also wanting an answer.
“It’s Selene, she needs me,” Joshua replied and left the room immediately.
