They both walk into the school cafeteria and went to get their food and then they went to seat in an empty spot.
she saw Linda and Sandra they were with some girls gisting with them, seems like they’ve found their own pairs.
“Are they the people you work for?” Cassie asked.
“I dont work for them, they are my stepsisters”
“But they said you are their ….”
“house help. Am not and they’ve called me worse names than this. Its their nature and am used to it already” Sarah replied.
Just then she saw William along with Jessica walking in with her sidekicks.
They took a spot and began to talk,William looked so happy and contented amongst them.
“Seems like that girl doesn’t waste time” Cassie said starring at them.
The bell was rung and everyone went back to class ,she got to class and found her books on the floor, who had did this?
“Your books Sarah” Cassie said and they both began to pick it up and that was how William and the rest walked in to find them
“What’s going on here” he asked.
“Seems like they were about to steal something” Jessica said.
“We aren’t stealing anything,it just so happen that someone threw all my books on the floor and am just picking them up” Sarah said.
“Like seriously who would want to throw your books,your just looking for something to steal”Jessica said
” No we are not”Cassie chipped in.
“Isn’t that my sketch book” he asked as he picked it up.
“You see,I told you they were trying to steal something”. Jessica said.
“This book was in my bag,how did it get to your things ” he asked.
“I don’t know,I just came into the class and found my books on the floor”
“Liar! you were about stealing this and you’ve even ruined it” he said starring at the now tattered sketch book
“She didn’t do a thing William,Sarah is not at fault here” Cassie said.
“She is,we found the book in her things,you both are poor so it wouldn’t be a surprise if you wanted to steal it” Jessica said.
“We may be poor but we are not thieves,I didn’t take your sketch book William” Sarah stated.
“Enough with your lies, do you know how important this book is to me and now thanks to your greediness you’ve ruined it,thanks a lot” he said as he left the class.
When she saw the smile that Jessica gave her, she knew then that it was all Jessica doing,a teacher walked in and soon lesson began .
she stood outside the entrance waiting for Linda and Sandra to show up, she knew why the book was so important to him, it was because she had been the one or better yet it had been his damsel that had bought it for him.
She saw Brad walking towards her, “I heard what happened, is it true” he said.
“Mind your business” she snapped at him.
“Hey what’s wrong? ” Brad asked surprised by her attitude.
“Stay away from me you bully”
“So they’ve finally told you”
“I saw you myself,I saw you beating that poor boy, I h@të bullies and you are part of them and so am begging you to stay away from me” she said and walked off angrily
