“It feels so nice to have someone care for me…” Axel said and kissed her hair and then he disengaged from the hug.
“But then, why are you pushing me away. That’s not the real reason you are pushing me away ” She said and Axel stiffened.
“What the reason? Please tell me? Axel, you are scaring me. What’s the reason?” She nudged him and Axel sighed and then pulled her into another warm embrace kissing her hair softly.He closed his eyes and sighed deeply before letting out a sad chuckle.
He was sure cursed. Any body who associates himself with him will surely be part of his curse.
“Axel..” Anna called and she raised her head to look at him.
“Annabelle..” He called warmly and she smiled hearing her name being called fully by him.
“Hmn .” She hummed in reply.
“Will you still stay with me after hearing all I have to say?” He asked and a glint of emotion flashed in his eyes. Anna was getting worried now.
Thus must be serous!
“Yes..” She answered with hesitating.
“Anna, the witch placed another curse on me and that’s the most deadly curse..” Axel paused.
He wouldn’t deny. He wouldn’t deny it any more. He was afraid! Fear gripped him knowing that if he told Anna the truth. She might as well leave him. Not now that he has fallen head over heels in love with her. He wouldn’t be able to take it if he lost her yet again!
“Axel..” Anna pleaded and Axel closed his eyes, holding her tightly to himself.
“The curse was in two different ways. One was that I will be the end to your life myself if we ended up mating and the other was that you will end up dying if you ever got pregnant with our child!” He dropped the bombshell and Anna’s eyes widened. Her body stiffened unable to move.
All that was ringing in her head was that she would die! She would die! She would die if she falls for Axel and ends up getting pregnant for him! She would die regardless!
Axel looked at her shocked frozen expression and he sighed.
He had expected it. He knew she would not be able to take it. She would end up leaving him after all.
A bitter smile escaped his lips and he slowly disengaged from her. He stood up gently to leave but she grabbed him back. Down to sit with him, their faces almost touching.
She smiled out tears and the next thing she did was to crash her lips on his briefly. She broke the kiss and stared at him.
“Anna..” Axel called in muffled breaths. d@mn! She was driving him crazy every minute.
“You thought I would leave you, didn’t you?” She asked but received no response.
“Axel, we wouldn’t give up now. Would we? And if we don’t find a way..” She paused and smiled.
“Then let’s die together Axel, I won’t die without you!” She whispered.
Axel was stunned to the core. She kept on surprising him every now and then. At least not for any other thing. She still thinks he killed her parents, shouldn’t she despise him for that. But here she was willing to stay with him regardless of what might happen to her.
“Anna..” His voice came out as a choke.
“I killed your parents, shouldn’t you despise me?” He asked and she sighed as tears ran from her eyes but he wiped them with his thumb.
“I honestly don’t know but any time I think about it, I just have that feeling that you are not a bad person, I know you are a good person and that’s why I couldn’t control myself from falling for you. It was so hard, I tried to control myself but this stupid heart of mine didn’t let me.i..” The remaining words that she was about to say got stuck in her throat as he smashed his lips on hers roughly . She smiled and more tears fell from her eyes as she reciprocated the kiss.
She thought that she would be feeling guilty that she betrayed her parents but surprisingly to her, she felt peace and she was happy.

Fee hours later.
Anna dried her hair with a towel as she came out of the bathroom. She was in her night gown already. She dropped the towel as her still wet hair stuck on her face and she went to the window and stared at the moon.
“I want my powers fully, can you give them back to me?” She said and the door suddenly creaked open. She turned back startled but sighed in relief when she saw Axel.
“Gosh! Stop startling me!” She said and he cracked.
“Why are you here?” She asked placing her hands under chest.
“What else? Why would I be here?” He said and moved closer to her.
“What?” She asked confused.
“Now tell me why you are here?” She snapped at him as he came closer to her. Axel stopped in front and smiled.
“To sleep with you!” He said bluntly and her eyes widened as her throat ran dry immediately
