“Olivia!” Joshua muttered.
“Olivia?” David muttered and looked up, it was really Olivia. She was standing at the edge of the cliff, looking like she was ready to jump down.
“Is she crazy? What is she looking for up there?” Carly said fearfully.
“She can be crazy at times, wait here, I’ll go stop her” Joshua replied before forcing his way into the crowds and running forward to check if there’s a way he can climb up from.
He saw a stairs and didn’t waste anytime before climbing up and running in.
“Olivia!!” He called out loudly and she turned to look at him.
“Don’t jump Olivia, move away from there and come to me” he said with his eyes following her every movement. He was even scared to move closer to her because he was afraid that she might jump down.
“Listen to me Olivia” he stretched his hands forward to her. “Take my hands and come to me, don’t look back okay?” He said with a scared look.
Olivia scoffed and rolled her eyes.
“Why should I come to you? You’ve made it so clear that you’ll never love me again or forgive me, you’ve made it so clear that you don’t wanna ever see me and you h@të me so much so why exactly should I come to you!!” She screamed out and staggered a bit.
Joshua moved front but she pointed at him.
“I’m gonna jump if you move another step forward” she threatened and Joshua stayed back.
“Yes Olivia I agree that I can’t love you anymore and I h@të you and don’t wanna see your face but shouldn’t you be making an effort to change my mind? Why result to this? Ipt just prove that you’re more of a coward!” He said.
“Yes Joshua, I’m more of a coward than you think, even when I’m alive I can’t stand up for myself and even when I’m about to die? I can’t stand up for myself. Have you ever asked why I did those things to you? Do you think I enjoy doing those things to you?” She asked and sniffed in her tears.
“But if you don’t enjoy it then why did you keep doing it? Why did you ruin my life? Don’t you care about me at all?” He asked with an unbelievable look.
“I do but I couldn’t choose between you or my dying father. If I don’t do what I did to you then my father was gonna die” she replied out loud.
“Says who Olivia? Were they no other means like asking me or your fans or your friends for help? Don’t you know what communication means, you won’t be able to solve your problem if you keep them to yourself and what did you do Olivia? Who did you Füçking talk to? You thought you were responsible by ruining my life and dreams but what about me? What about my feelings? What if your dad had died? What will you fûcking do huh? Answer me!!” He yelled this time.
Olivia didn’t reply, she just kept on crying.
“Olivia I really did love you but it all disappeared the moment you ruined my life even if I try really hard I just can’t but that doesn’t mean you’ve lost. Even if I decide to come back with you, you won’t have piece of mind till you fûcking man up and do the right thing, you call yourself a coward but it’s not too late to change that. Olivia” he stretched his hands out again and moved forward.
“Take my hands now and come to my side. Make everyone that made you feel this way pay, don’t commit suicide because of some silly scandal online. I can give you some list of celebrities that had their sèx tape went viral but they are still doing fine. Look for a way to fix it than giving up, take my hands Olivia” he said and Olivia raised her head to look at him before bringing her gaze to his hands.
Joshua nodded and Olivia slowly brought her hands to accept him but all of that sudden, her head hurt and she started feeling dizzy.
“Olivia” Joshua moved closer to her when he noticed her staggering then she fell but he was quick enough to catch her hands.
People watching from below gasped because if Joshua let go of her, she was gonna fall straight.
“Olivia what’s wrong with you? Come back up, don’t you wanna see your father anymore?” Joshua said as he tried pulling her but she wasn’t making any effort.
“I don’t think I can live anymore. Joshua I’m sorry for everything I did to you. My car is packed outside and it contains evidence of my mom blackmailing me to do everything I did, if my dad wakes up, tell I’m so sorry, tell him I still love him even if he isn’t real and Chris was the one who R@PED me. The address of the place he did that are all in my car. Please make sure you implicate my mom and safe yourself, save your future and career again. You’re really good and I bet it that you’d survive all these” she said slowly.
“Why are you talking this way? I’ll pull you up” Joshua replied and tried pulling her up.
“Joshua!!” He heard David’s voice. “I’m here to help you” David rushed to Joshua’s back and grabbed his leg.
“Yes please David, at the out of three I’ll pull her up and you’ll pull my legs” Joshua instructed and David nodded.
Joshua began counting as he was getting ready to pull her up but Olivia was talking, more like to herself.
“All bad things come with consequences, all bad decisions come with consequences in this life, no one is really good or bad, it’s their actions and decision that makes them determine who they want to be. Some might want to repent but it’ll be to late. I’m really sorry Joshua, if time machines were real then I’d go back to the past and correct some actions of mine. I’d learn how to really stand up for myself and try to not let anyone control my life, I promise” she muttered before closing her eyes.
Joshua and David successfully pulled her out of the cliff.
“Let’s first take her to the hospital, David go down and stop a taxi I’ll come with her” Joshua instructed and David went to do what he was asked to do.

When Joshua brought Olivia down, people that recognizes them began taking pictures. Joshua had to run pass them he looked at the park nearby where he sighted her car. He stared at it for a while before moving to the taxi David has stopped.
In the hospital, Olivia was placed on the stretcher and rushed to the unit where the doctor are gonna attend to her.
While Joshua and David were sitting on the long cough, Carly ran in with a worried look.
“Is Olivia okay?” She asked.
“We don’t know, the doctors are checking up on her” David replied.
Joshua didn’t say anything, he was just unusually quiet.
The doctor came out afterwards and they all looked up.
“Does she has any parents or guardians? Is there anyone we can call to deliver this news to them?” The doctor asked.
“Her mother is Angelina Sanchez, you can look her up on the internet and find away to contact her” Joshua replied and the female doctor nodded.
After some minutes, Angelina and Peter rushed in.
“I’m here? How’s my daughter doing?” She asked with fear in her eyes.
“Let’s talk in the office ma’am” the doctor said before showing Angelina the way to her office.
Before Angelina left with her, she turned back to glare at Joshua.
“Hey why’s she glaring at you? What did you do?” Carly asked but Joshua didn’t reply.

DOCTOR’S OFFICE.
“So what’s with my daughter? Is she okay?” Angelina asked after settling down in the doctor’s office.
The doctor signed and removed her glasses.
“Your daughter doesn’t have much time left to live”.
“I don’t understand?” Angelina said.
“I’m saying, her days on earth are numbered, they are limited” the doctor replied.
“Is there not something you can do? My daughter can’t die, she’s healthy” Angelina argued, she refused to believe the news.
“She’s not ma’am, we found some dangerous drugs inside her body, they are really eating up some important system in her body” the doctor said before sighing.
“But if we can undergo an early operation and we remove those drugs on her body and cleanse her system then she might be fine but the operation is really painful and she’s just 18, she can’t handle it. I’ll advice you to take good care of her now and spend a lot of time with her before she dies, it’s better she die happy than die in pains” the doctor suggested.
“She will not die! We will do the operation” Angelina replied and stood up.
‘She’s not done with repaying her debts so she must not die!’
