★THE OUTING★
The moment Lucian’s lips met with Adelaide’s own,she let out a silent gasp,her heart race increased immediately. She tried to move back but he pulled her even closer while sucking on her bottom lip endlessly.
Adelaide stayed still,her eyes wide opened,she was just too shocked and confused to think of kissing him back or not,slowly the king broke the kiss and their eyes met.
Adelaide took in her bottom lip and lick it without taking her eyes from him,Lucian dropped his hand from her waist and she immediately got up from his laps,her cheeks looking so red from the blush. Different thoughts running through her head
Why did he kissed her??
“My king……do…you need anything?” She asked to break the silence
King Lucian shook his head
“I guess you’re free throughout today,is there something you want to do?” Adelaide asked
“I used to sneak out of the palace when I was younger” Lucian said
“Wow,really?” Adelaide grinned
“Yeah,when I first became the king. Maybe I was not really mature then and I just wanted to run away from everything,I really missed those days when I am free to do anything I want” King Lucian said and Adelaide faced him
“Then….do you want to sneak out now?’ She asked
“Really? You want me to sneak out of the palace?” Lucian asked
“Yes,with me” Adelaide replied and King Lucian smiled
“Really??”
She nodded immediately and got up
“You can disguise and nobody will find out you’re the king” She said
“Should we do it?” Lucian grinned
“Yes my king” Adelaide smiled
Lucian stood up and they both left the room
They entered the king’s bedroom
“We should look for a normal wear for you your majesty” Adelaide muttered and immediately went into the dressing room.
Minutes later,they were done. Lucian was now putting on just a normal wear,nobody will ever think he’s the king. He had a hat on his head with a veil in the front which covered his face revealing just his eyes while the rest was covered from his nose downward.
“Now we are good to go” Adelaide smiled
Lucian nodded and grabbed a sheath of sword
“Shall we?” He asked
“But….why are you taking a sword along with you?” Adelaide asked
“For defense,I may have to protect you and myself” Lucian said
“Oh,I didn’t know you can really use a sword” Adelaide muttered
“Now you know,let’s go”
They walked out of the bedroom
“The guards” Adelaide suddenly stopped
“Right,go tell them I want all of them to leave the entrance” King Lucian said
“My king,will they listen to me?” Adelaide asked
“It’s an order from me,they will listen to you”
Adelaide nodded and immediately went out,the guards faced her
“The king said he want everyone of you to leave” She said,to her surprise none of them asked a question before walking away
She let out a short smile and went back in
“They are gone” She said to Lucian
Minutes later they have managed to sneak out of the palace
“Whoa,did you see that? We escaped” Adelaide said happily
“Why does this sound like you used me to escape? You’re even more happier than I am” King Lucian said and Adelaide smiled
“I’m really happy to be out again but I’m also happy that you’re out my king” She said and Lucian faced her
“Aren’t I disguising? Why are you still calling me the king? You want people to find out who I am?” He asked
“But….what should I call you?” Adelaide asked
“LUCIAN” he called and Adelaide’s eyes went wide
“You want me to call your name?” She asked unbelievably
“What are you going to call me then?”
“I think master will be better,I’m sorry I can’t call your name.” Adelaide muttered and he nodded
******
MINISTER’S HOUSE**
“Going somewhere?” Lucia entered Yasmin’s room and met the maids dressing her up
“How do I look?” Yasmin asked as she turned in front of the mirror
“Beautiful as usual” Lucia smiled
“I’m going to visit the king” Yasmin said and touched her hair
“Then I guess you are going to meet that girl again” Lucia grinned and Yasmin scoffed
“That’s enough,you can all go” she said to the maids
“Yes my lady” They all bowed and left at once
“I better not set my eyes on her” Yasmin roll her eyes
“But is she that pretty?” Lucia sat down on the bed
“Of course not,I’m far more beautiful than her. But I h@të the fact that her hair is longer” Yasmin scoffed
“If her hair is longer than yours,then I wonder what the length is gonna be” Lucia said
“Where’s big sis?” Yasmin asked
“Probably in her room,she came home with the handsome guy again yesterday” Lucia grinned
“What?? She brought him home?” Yasmin asked immediately
“He didn’t enter,I mean,they separated outside the house. Do you think there’s something going on between them?” Lucia asked
“If there is,I’m sure she’s gonna tell us” Yasmin replied

PALACE**
“What do you mean by the king is not in the palace?? How come he went out and none of you is aware?!” Carl yelled at the guards
“Commander,it’s not our fault. The king’s maid came to give us words that his majesty want everyone to leave and we obeyed” one of the guards said
“Geez,I can’t believe this. Did he sneak out?” Carl mumbled and rough his hair
“Have you seen Adelaide also?” He asked
“No commander” They chorused
“I think they left together” Jimmy said beside Carl
“Obviously,but why would he leave? What if something happen to him? I’m surely going to be beheaded” Carl said
‘Should we go look for him?” Jimmy asked
“I don’t have a choice” Carl muttered
Just then,Queen Sofia appeared together with Princess Lisa at a time
“What’s happening here? Where’s the king?” Queen Sofia asked
The guards all kept quiet
“Carl where is the king” The queen faced him
“My queen,he’s not in the palace right now. But don’t worry,I’m sure he’s fine since he left on his own” Carl said
“Are you telling me he sneaked out now?? With who?” Queen Sofia asked
“Adelaide,his maid” Carl replied
“Seriously?” Lisa asked almost laughing
“This is not supposed to be a joke!” Queen Sofia snapped at her
“It’s funny” Lisa muttered and bite her lips
“What are you waiting for? Go look for him already” Queen Sofia said
“I don’t think it’s necessary,brother isn’t a kid,he left with his maid remember? They probably have a plan,they are fine” Lisa rolled her eyes
“Shut up,you don’t know anything” Queen Sofia scoffed and faced Carl
“We will search for him” Carl said and immediately left with Jimmy
Yasmin showed up
“Oh…queen mother!” She called and immediately bowed
“Lady Yasmin” Queen Sofia smiled
“You’re here,unfortunately my brother is not in the palace now” Lisa said
“Oh” Yasmin muttered
“Don’t worry,you can wait for him. Let’s have some drink together before then,let’s go” Queen Sofia said and led the way
Yasmin moved closer to Lisa
“You look so beautiful princess” She said
“Thank you,you too” Lisa smiled
