( HUMILIATED )
Kent smirked again, hating Butter’s guts.
“Then, bye” he said and curved his pointer finger towards the trigger, but before he could pull it, someone hit a plank on his head from behind, and the gun fell from him.
“Füçk!” He groaned, holding his already bleeding head.
James came to view and raised the gun with his boot, catching it.
He pointed it at Kent, and Butter inhaled in relief.
“Butter you can go” James said.
“Be careful” Butter replied and left the place fast, leaving the two.
“You dare hit a plank on my head?” Kent said, taking his hand off his head, it was already stained with his blood.
“Yeah, now you tell me why you have a gun with you” James replied, still pointing the gun at him.
“Just shoot me” he replied, and James smiled.
“And become a criminal like you?” James said, holding the gun tighter.
“So… you’re gonna get me arrested?, My fingerprints aren’t on the gun cos I have none” Kent laughed, showing James his palms.
There’s really no fingerprints.
James eyes widened, and Kent started moving back.
“She belongs to me, I’m the only one who can f*ck her, ok?” He said and turned back, running away

BUTTER’S UNIT**
Butter contacted a doctor immediately he got in, and he only waited for ten minutes before he arrived and started attending to her.
He started with removing the bullet from her arm, then he wrapped bandage around it gently.
“Can you treat the wounds on her face and knees too?” He asked, and the doctor did that immediately.
“Why is she full of untreated wounds?, And what’s the source of the bullet?” He asked.
“She’s a fool who loves getting bullied” Butter replied with a silly smile, and the doctor sighed.
“Can you make sure she doesn’t get any wound again?, At least before these ones will heal up” he said.
Butter looked at JoJo before answering.
“Sure” he said slowly.
“You should bring her to the hospital continuously for the next one week, to complete her treatment”
“Sure , thanks doctor” Butter smiled, walked the doctor out.
Immediately he left, James came in.
“Did you take care of Kent?” Butter asked anxiously.
“I wasn’t able to”
“What!”
“The bastard has not even a single fingerprint on his fingers, only mine is on the gun, so no evidence that he held the gun” James replied.
“Is there a human with no fingerprints?” Butter said unbelievably.
“Believe me I saw his hands!” James insisted, and Butter dipped his fingers into his hair.
“This is insane” he muttered.
“Where’s JoJo?” James asked.
“In my room” Butter replied, and James eyes widened.
“On your bed?”
“Should I have placed her on the floor?” Butter rolled eyes, and James laughed as they went in together.
“Poor thing” James said pathetically, looking at unconscious JoJo.
“Wh@tëver, I’m spending the night in the music room” Butter replied and started walking out of the room.
“Don’t tell me you’ll spend all night writing songs” James said, following him.
“Yes I’m doing that” Butter replied, entering the music room.
“You spent all last night up too” James said, holding the door.
“Get your @$$ back to your room” Butter rolled eyes and forcefully shut the door.
“Go get some sleep dude”
“But make sure you get some sleep too, promise me you won’t be up all night” James replied.
“Promise, happy now?” Butter said.
“Goodnight” James said.
“Goodnight baby boy” Butter replied, then he started hearing his footsteps as he walked away.
James has left the friend zone since long ago, he’s like a brother to him, the only one who cares about him in the world.
His dad died when he was still a toddler, and his mum….is nothing to talk about.
He sighed and noticed some bloodstains on his shirt, definitely from JoJo.
He remembered when she staggered on him earlier, and the hopeful look on her face when she asked him to save her.
“Why am I always getting involved with her these days?” He asked himself.
When he got no answer, he closed his eyes and started playing the piano softly.
“Let me love you…

SAME NIGHT★ COLLIN’S RESIDENCE**
“Why is she not back yet?, This is past 10 and her line is not reachable, what do I do… where’s my baby” Victoria lamented fearfully in the living room, pacing around.
She hasn’t been able to eat, and she has been restless.
“Please come back home safely, JoAnn” She said at the verge of tears.
Ignatius came in and ignored her as usual, he started walking to his room.
“Ignatius, JoAnn is not back yet” she said, and he stopped to look back.
“So?, Should I murder myself because of that?”
“She’s our daughter Ignatius, stop being like this and let’s do something, her line is not reach…..
“Haven’t I told you to stop calling her my daughter?, That ugly thing is not mine!” Ignatius thundered hotly.
“Ignatius please, stop saying that, stop talking this way” Victoria begged.
“Seems you won’t learn your lesson easily” he replied and came closer to her.
He grabbed her tightly by the hair.
“Ignatius!!!, Ignatius stop hurting me!!!, Ignatius!!!” She shouted painfully as he started pulling her out.
“If you love that ugly thing so much, then go look for her yourself” he said and pushed her out.
She fell on the ground, and Ignatius shut the door.
She scrambled up to her feet and rushed to the door, then she started banging on it
” Ignatius let me in!, Ignatius!!!” She cried loudly.
No answer came from him, so she stepped back from the door and wiped her tears as she started walking far away from the house.
She started looking at the road for any sign of JoJo.
“Please come back home” she cried, shaking visibly as a result of fear.
“I have no one but you, please stay safe baby”
As if nature has plans to punish her, it started raining slowly.
She looked up at the dark sky and before she could look ahead again, the rain turned heavy.
It started drenching her, and she kept standing there, waiting for her daughter.

KLEIN’S MANSION★ 10:40PM**
“Madam, you need to go to bed right now, master Draco won’t be happy to hear that you haven’t gone to bed by this time” the headmaid said beside Aurora.
She has been in the living room since 8, waiting for Draco to come since he promised to spend the night in her place tonight.
“No, my prince charming is still coming, he promised to spend the night with me, I want him to put me to bed by himself” she replied.
“But he’s not picking his calls, maybe he’s busy, why don’t you…
“No matter how busy my prince is, he’d always pick my calls, I feel he’s not ok, what could be happening?” Aurora interrupted.
“Madam please calm down, your prince charming is fine” the headmaid replied.
“I just need to see him to confirm that” Aurora said and tried to stand from the wheelchair but she fell back immediately.
“Madam please!, Don’t hurt yourself!, please just…calm down” headmaid said, pressing her down to the chair.
“Then…get me my son right now” Aurora said, ready to start crying.

NEXT MORNING★DRACO’S UNIT**
Draco opened his eyes and felt immense pains from his back immediately.
He was sleeping on his tummy.
He squeezed up his face as he tried to sit up, but more pains gripped him, so he layed low.
“Sh|t” he muttered, trying again.
“Stop trying, you’re not strong enough” Kavita’s voice interrupted his trial, but he still didn’t stop trying till he was able to sit up on bed.
His lips are dried and pale, his face looks the same.
“Why didn’t you tell capo the truth?” she said, and he looked up at her.
“What good would the truth do?, I took the punishment already anyways” he replied, standing up from the bed.
His back has seven holes from the arrows, and it hurts excruciatingly.
“I removed the arrows while you were unconscious, and capo handed the mission to Kelly” she said.
He didn’t reply, he only groaned.
“The headmaid at the mansion came to see you, she said your mum was very worried, I told her you went on a sudden school trip” she said, and he quickly got his phone.
His eyes widened when he saw several missed calls from Aurora.
“You could have picked and told her wasn’t around!” he said.
“Your phone was silent, I didn’t hear it ring” she replied, and he quickly walked to the closet.
He got himself a shirt which he threw on before getting his camera.
“Don’t tell me you’re going out with that face, You’re not healed yet” Kavita said, holding him back.
“Mum is a baby, I have to go see her or else she won’t eat” he replied curtly and made to leave again,but Kavita turned him back to herself and kissed him deeply.
He broke it and held her back by the shoulders.
“This is not the time for this, I’ll meet you in school” he said and left the house.
He got out and entered his car, then he touched his neck again.
“I have to get the necklace back by all means” he muttered and drove away.
