As light continue to strengthen the chain, she’s exhausted from fighting this god-damned creature for long.
She decided to rest and try to regain her powers in a short time while strengthening the chain as well.
She find a place to sit just about a hundred meter from Lucifer and sat there to rest.
Merely a minute after she closed her eyes due to exhaustion, some powerful dark aura appeared which make her frown before opening her eyes.
She didn’t see anything and the strange aura vanished as well making her frown even deeper.
She soon felt a struggle and turn to glare at Lucifer, he’s struggling to overpower the chain of light with his darkness.
She immediately focus all her regained powers on him leaving him with no choice but to stop struggling.
She immediately close her eyes to regain more powers as she has used the previous regained powers to strengthened the chain of light.

Lucifer stare at light with complicated emotions. She’s leading against a rock with her eyes closed as if meditating.
He seem both angry and sad,his bloodshot eyes which look completely hollow and lifeless at the beginning of the whole thing had a little consciousness in them now.
She’s not interested in seeing what’s going on bit he’s staring at her not bothering to look away for a sec.
They are lost in this position when a sudden wave of fire was shot at light catching them both off guard.
Prad’h appeared with the demons that suddenly retreat from the capital and fah’n beside him.
They all attacked simultaneously leaving both light who just regained few powers and Lucifer who’s still bounded with light in a life threatening situation.
Light seeing their situation immediately withdraw her chain of light regaining some powers herself and setting Lucifer free too.
They both attacked prad’h and his army together.
Such a fate twisting situation,they were both on each other’s neck just few minutes ago but they are actually working together to escape their enemy.
Light gave herself and Lucifer a self mocking look and laugh before teaming up with him.
They are quiet powerful but judging with how they nearly exhaust their energy few minutes ago, they are at disadvantage here.
They stand no chance at all,they might just end up getting themselves killed if they don’t escape soon.
It’s obvious their enemy targeted them way earlier and make sure they are exhausted fighting each other with one gaining an upper hand before attacking them.
Light was panicking “d@mn! I was going to exhaust Lucifer and find a way to seal off the darkness by buying time with sealing off his powers,these god-damned demons ruined my plan,i can’t loose him again,no way!”she yelled inside her heart and clenched her fists angrily.
She look at Lucifer and dove to him at the highest speed possible slamming the demonic looking man down.
Lucifer want to yell angrily at her but before he could,he felt a vortex appearing on top of them and they were pulled in at once.
They ended up at the old world shocking Lucifer who immediately pull himself away from light.
“Stay still”she snapped shocking him even more, he stood frozen for only five seconds but when he realized she just yelled at him,he wanted to snap her neck.
But he just couldn’t,he felt this woman his crazy of what she’s during with him only being lost for five secs.
She’s fu*king transferring all her powers into his body,all the light energy and her soul powers were being transferred into him.
His face start to twist in pain but he just couldn’t shout now,the more power she freely released,the paler she looks.
“Are you crazy! Stop!”he yelled wanting to stop this mad woman but she totally ignored him.
All her powers and energy and even her magic went straight into Lucifer’s body.
He could feel the light coming into him fighting for dominance with the darkness residing in him.
The two souls are at war for dominance but he’s the one feeling the unbearable pain of the struggles.
He scream at the top of his lung,blood coming out of his eyes instead of tears.
Light smile weakly and watch the process but she soon transfer everything related to power and energy inside her into Lucifer and fell down heavily, passing out at once.
Lucifer didn’t stop screaming for what seem like eternity but doesn’t even pass five minutes.
It’s obvious both the darkness and light fighting in his body are on par with each other but for some reasons,the light overtake the whole vessel, claiming the whole energy and power vessel for itself.
He seem extremely angry and pained but when he glance at light who’s lying still on the ground,he felt his heart tightened.
He rushed to her body but her body is so cold that he took a step back at once and gasped.
Her lips are blue and body is pale, she’s frozen from the inside, he couldn’t help but break down after he realized what she did.
