Ruby just stood at that point confused and sad, she doesn’t know what she was doing anymore.
Now that he was going to see another lady, the jealousy she felt back then were back. Those hurt she was feeling back then were back again but she doesn’t understand why.
What first came to her mind was to stop Leon, she found herself running all-round looking for him but he was gone.
She tried his number but it was switched off, maybe he switched it off because of her.
“He has gone to meet the lady, he doesn’t love me anymore. This is all my fault.”, She said and fell to the ground as tears rolled down her cheek.

“Have you finished talking to Ruby? Is she finally your girlfriend?”, Rowan asked as Leon sat beside him.
“Don’t I look so single and sad? I was rejected again but this time around it’s so different. I don’t want to chase after her anymore, I don’t want to make her so uncomfortable.”, He said sadly.
“What are you going to do now?”, Rowan asked.
“That’s what I want to ask you, what do you think i should do? I’m supposed to be on a blind date but I can’t go. Can you even believe that ruby asked me to go, I thought she would be jealous or something. I guess she truly doesn’t have feelings for me.”, He said.
“Just think carefully before you do something you might regret.”, Rowan advised.
“Let’s go to where everyone is, I’m tired of staying here.”, Rowan said.
“That’s because you just want to see your girlfriend, I really envy you Mr Rowan. This single life keeps following me, I might as well just die single.”, He said.
“You just got rejected and you still have the time to joke, what a psycho.”
“Isn’t that Ruby?”, Rowan asked pointing at her.
“What’s she doing on the floor crying?”, Leon asked.
“Why don’t you go and find out?”, Rowan said and he shook his head.
“She might feel uncom…..!”
“Should I go and comfort her myself?”, Rowan asked.
“No I will do that myself, she might just fall for you even come if you go.”, He said and walked towards her.
“It is all my fault.”, She repeated as she continued to cry.
“Are you okay Ruby? Why are you crying? What’s your fault?”, Leon asked and she turned to look at the person talking.
“I thought you left already.”, She said as she bursted into more tears.
“Are you sad that I’m still here?”, He asked and she hugged him immediately.
“Are you still going to meet her? Are you going to give up on me? I won’t blame you if you decide to give up on me since I am the one that realize that I still have feelings for you.”, She said and was still trying to process what she had just said.
“Wait! Did I hear it right? You have feelings for me?”, He said and laughed.
“I understand if you laugh at me since I realized my feelings late, I am the foolish one for pushing you away to another girl. I am too late.”, She said as more tears rolled down.
“No I wasn’t laughing at you, I am still your Leon. I haven’t gone to any lady, I still love you.”, He said as he wiped her tears.
“So you were crying because of me?”, He asked as he smiled.
“Are you happy that I am hurt?”
“No …. Of course not! I’m just happy that you feel the same.”, He said happily.
“Why did you switch off your phone? You knew I was going to call you, didn’t you?”
“That’s not the reason, my Friend kept calling me for the date so I just switched my phone off. I honestly didn’t know you were going to call me.”, He said.
“So are you two together now?”, Rowan asked from where he was standing.
“No …. Not yet, we haven’t kissed yet.”, Leon replied and ruby pulled him closer and kissed him and Rowan gasped.
“Jeez! What did we miss?”, Heaven asked shocked as she and Mrs Janice meet ruby and Leon kissing.
“Maybe it’s a dream, I have never pictured them kissing.”, Mrs Janice said.
“We are together now right?”, Ruby asked and Leon nodded happily.
“Don’t you all think this is unfair? How can you all already be in a relationship when I am still single? Don’t you have respect for your elders?”, Mrs Janice said and they laughed.
“What about Mr James?”, Heaven asked.
“Well —- he hasn’t asked me out, so I’m still single.”, She said.
“Mr James is just so slow with everything epically winning a woman, I wonder when he would have a family.”, Rowan said.

“Nevaeh I’m sorry! You asked me to do something but I did the complete opposite, first I thought that we can just continue with our plan but I can’t do that anymore because I realized that it’s you that he loves. I want to tell him the truth tomorrow.”, Heaven said to Nevaeh.
“I know that I spoilt the plan and I was being selfish by still planning along even when I knew that I am not Nevaeh, I probably got carried away but this can’t continue. I can’t keep lying to him,I hope you forgive me for what I am about to do.”, She said.
“This is my fault, I shouldn’t have involved you. I didn’t know that it would end up with way, I was the person that hurt him more. I should have been honest and not acted like a coward, don’t blame yourself heaven, I will go with you to confess to him and I hope he will forgive me. I don’t want to lie and deceive him anymore but the truth is that I really love Harry.”, She said as she hugging heaven.
“Do you think he would forgive us?”, Heaven asked.
“I don’t know but it is better for us to give it a trial, we shouldn’t deceive him anymore, I feel so terrible.”, Nevaeh said.

Since rowan’s group was on a break for that day, he decided to go to the company and tell his dad of his improvement.
Many people were very surprised to see him while some didn’t even know who he was, he didn’t waste time looking around, he might be getting better but he wasn’t completely okay.
He just liked the fact that despite what his doctor has done to make him better, just a group of people make him feel comfortable.
He was so happy that he informed his doctor and the doctor invited him over to his office but he plans on going the next week.
“Dad Rowan is finally getting better, he can now go out by himself.”, Harry said with a little smile and Mr Williams looked at his naive son in disbelief.
“And you are happy? Should you be happy that Rowan is getting better you idiot? Rowan might be your younger brother but he is more capable and compete than you, my useless son.”, He yelled angrily.
“Don’t you think that rowan’s recovery means problem? What if he finds out that we have been using him all along? Or that he will soon be thrown out of this company and be replaced? What do you plan on doing if one day he decides to go public and reveal that all the project and contribution that he has given to the company, you have been the one taking credit for it? Or have you forgotten that the main reason I took him in as my soon was to gain popularity and luckily for me, he had the skill I was looking for. Everyone knows that you will be my next successor, so what if he decides to fight for the company? Are you willing to hand it to him?”, He yelled at harry and Rowan barged into the office.
