As Kingsley got to his seat,Davis turned his back and faced Kingsley.

I don’t know and can you believe I got insulted,Kingsley replied.
Wow who could be so brave to insult the idol of Brocks high-school, Davis muttered with sarcasm.
She looks lost and I didn’t even see her face but I can recognise her if I see her again, imagine her saying I’m not her ideal type and I’m an ugly duckling, Kingsley explained.
Wow you met your match,I hope she is the new student cuz I am eager to watch the drama that will unfold,Davis muttered.

Noah entered his room wearing a short pants and he was holding a tray containing breakfast.
Then he dropped the tray beside the bedstand and he walked toward Irene and bent over, then he pecked her on the lips.
Good morning sunshine, Noah muttered.
Morning, Irene replied and yawned.
I hope you had a wonderful night rest,Noah asked.
Then Irene remembered what happened last night,so she covered her face with the duvet.
There is nothing to be shy about, anyway I made breakfast it’s on the bedstand so therefore I’m going to my study I’ve a zoom meeting to join,Noah muttered and left the room.
Immediately he left,Irene heaved a sigh of relief and went to the bathroom.
After having her bath she went to his closet and picked one of his long shirt ad wore.
Then she started eating the meal he made for her.
Brocks high-school
Immediately Sylvia entered miss Clara office she greeted her and sat down on the chair before her.
What can I do for you, miss Clara asked.
I’m a new student and I was directed to meet you ma,Sylvia answered politely.
You must be Sylvia kelly, miss Clara muttered.
Yes I’m the one ma,Sylvia replied.
Then miss Clara opened her drawer and brought out a file bag, then she opened the file bag and gave Sylvia her school ID Card
It’s almost time for class to start so following, miss Clara muttered and left her office with Sylvia walking behind her
Science class two
Immediately miss Clara entered with Sylvia who was still wearing nose mask behind her the class stood up except samara who didn’t bother to stand up.
Good morning ma,the class chorused.

Then Sylvia draw removed her nose mask and Tiffany gasped.

Then she wore her nose mask back and miss continue talking
Sylvia go have at the empty seat behind Davis,Davis please signify, miss Clara muttered and Davis waved his hand.
Then Sylvia went to the empty seat and after a brief discussion miss Clara left the class.
After miss Clara left Sylvia brought outbher phone and plucked in her earpiece and started listening to the music while writing down some lyrics
Hey newbie, Tiffany muttered while walking towards Sylvia.
Sylvia was so engrossed in what she was doing that she didn’t even hear anything.
Tiffany became furious, then she angrily took Sylvia book and dropped it on the floor and stepped on it.
What’s the meaning of what you did now,Sylvia asked.
Ask your ass nerd,Tiffany answered and the class laughed.
As Sylvia was about to talk, the next teacher came in along with Kingsley.
Immediately the teacher entered the class turned silent and Kingsley walked to his sit and saw Sylvia occupying the seat next to him and he frowned.
As Kingsley sat beside Sylvia, Sylvia gasped and Kingsley noticed but he looked away.
While the class was going on the teacher wrote an advanced math question on the board.
This question is an advance one,so who can solve it correctly, Mr ben muttered.
Then nobody raise their hand and Mr ben smiled and then he dropped his makerband folded his arm.
If no one is going to solve the question, then no lunch break for you guys,Mr ben announced and the class screamed.
Then after few minutes,Sylvia raised her hand likewise Kingsley.
Then Mr ben pointed to Sylvia and Sylvia stood up and walked towards the board.
You must be new in this class,so what your name,Mr ben asked.
Then she told him her name and took the maker and started solving the question.
After five minutes she finished solving the question and went back to her seat.
Wow you got the answer, how come you know the deep workings of the question, Mr ben asked and everyone was shocked that she got the answer except Kingsley.
I actually love solving advanced math questions and have came across this question before, Sylvia replied and Tiffany scoffed.
That’s good and we have come to the end of today class,Mr ben muttered and left.
Immediately the teacher left the student started leaving the class for lunch break while some where still in the class.
Then Kingsley and his friend also went to the cafeteria
After a while Sylvia alsoleft the class and went to the cafeteria
The cafeteria roared with noise—chairs scraping, voices rising, someone shouting across the room for ketchup like it was life or death. The smell of soggy fries and burnt pizza hung in the air.
The Kings where seen having lunch while discussing at their personal seat in the cafeteria.
And at the center of it all, like a queen on her throne, Samara Monroe sat at the prime table near the middle. Perfect hair, perfect nails, and a smile that could slice glass. Her court—three girls who laughed a little too loudly—watched as she scanned the room with predator precision.
I hate that bitch ” Samara sneered, her manicured finger pointing.
Across the room stood the new girl—Sylvia, alone with her tray, scanning for a seat. She wore an oversized hoodie, a nose mask , and headphones slung around her neck. Totally unbothered.
“Time to welcome her,” Samara said, her voice syrupy sweet and dripping with menace.
She strutted across the cafeteria like it was a runway, her posse close behind. The crowd quieted slightly, just enough to feel the tension crackle in the air.
“Hey, new girl,” Samara said, stepping in front of Sylvia. “You’re in my spot.”
Sylvia looked up, one eyebrow raised. “This isn’t your spot. It’s a public cafeteria.”
“Ohhh,” Samara chuckled. “She talks.”
Giggles from her group.
Sylvia shrugged. “Yeah. And I eat. So unless you plan to jump on the table and dance, I suggest you move.”
The cafeteria went dead silent.
Samara blinked, stunned. “Excuse me?”
“You heard me,” Sylvia said calmly, sitting down and opening her juice. “Unless you are the entertainment, which—judging by the outfit—you might be.”
A snort of laughter came from the Kings table and Samara jaw clenched.
“You think you’re funny?” she snapped.
“I think you do. That’s the difference.” Sylvia smiled, unfazed. “Now run along, Your Majesty. I’m sure someone over there is dying to hear why your mother gave birth to a nonentity instead of aborting you.
Samara
stood frozen, her cheeks reddening as more heads turned.
Someone whispered, “Daaamn…”
And just like that, the queen bully backed off—humiliated in her own court.
Samara didn’t even flinch. She just took a bite of her sandwich, cool as ice.
Samara glare lingered like smoke in the air—cold, furious, and calculated. But she didn’t say another word. With a sharp flick of her ponytail, she turned and walked off, heels clicking like gunshots against the tile. Her crew followed, casting one last glance at Sylvia, who had gone back to eating like nothing happened.
But the silence around her hadn’t settled.
Whispers rippled through the tables.
“Did you see that?”
“She just ended Samara.”
“New girl’s got teeth…”
Skye kept her head down, chewing slowly, but her ears were sharp. She knew better than to believe it was over. Someone like Brielle didn’t lose without plotting a comeback.
From the far side of the cafeteria, Samara sat back down, her eyes never leaving Skye.
Her fingers tapped rhythmically against the table—one, two, three, four.
Tap. Tap. Tap.
Then she smiled.
Not the fake, mean-girl smile she wore like lipstick.
A real one.
Small. Icy. Dangerous.
She leaned over to her closest friend, whispered something, and the two of them burst into quiet laughter.
Samara didn’t look up, but she felt it.
The air had shifted.
This wasn’t done.
Not even close.
Just as the bell rang and students began clearing out, a folded note landed on Samara tray.
No one around her claimed it. No one looked at her.
She unfolded it.
Four words, written in perfect cursive:
“You just made enemies.”
Samara stared at the note, then pocketed it.
Her expression didn’t change.
But her eyes narrowed—just slightly.
Let them come.
She was ready.
