Carding kept running non-stop and the more the words “Half siblings” keep penetrating inside his ears, the more he was going insane.
He almost jumped inside the bridge, but Greg was quick to hold him back.
“Are you crazy!!!!!” Greg yells at him, trying to caught his breath. He went after Carding, when he ran off.
“Why will you want to kill yourself? Do you even have any idea how Paige is going to feel, huh!!!” Greg yells at him. He was obviously angry.
“Is not true, right? My ears didn’t hear well, right? Please tell me that Paige is not my dad’s daughter. Please tell me that all I heard ealier was wrong and that I and Paige aren’t half siblings. Please tell me everything I heard is not true!!!” Carding shouted and falls to the ground, crying.
Greg sighs, not knowing what to say to Carding. Even if he’s not inside Carding’s heart, Greg can describe the pains Carding was feeling right now.
“Carding” He managed to call him.
“I don’t want to believe that I and Paige are siblings. I don’t want to believe she’s also my father’s daughter. I can’t accept Paige as my sister, I love her. I love Paige so much!” Carding said crying.
“Carding” Greg said trying to touch him, but Carding moved backwards.
“I and Paige aren’t siblings. She is not my sister” Carding said shaking his head and he took to his heels, running.
“Carding!!” Greg screams going after him, but Greg couldn’t caught up with him.

Paige slowly opens her eyes and sees Helena sitting beside her, she had tears in her eyes.
“Mom” Paige muttered and hugs Helena.
“Is a dream, right? What I heard ealier was just a dream and I have woken up to reality were you and Dad are my real parents, right?” Paige asked.
But Helena could only cry.
“Please mom, tell me that you’re my mom and dad is my father, please” Paige said crying, hugging Helena.
Edward enters the room with Vince and Tessa. Vince still have tears in his eyes.
“My daughter” He said and Paige looks at him with so much hatred.
“I’m not your daughter!!! Stop calling me that!!!” Paige yells at Vince.
“Please calm down my child” Tessa said and Paige looks at her.
“I’m not your child. You just pop out from nowhere and claim to be my mom and you expect me to believe you. You’re not my mom. They’re my parents and not you both!!!! I can never accept Vince as my father!!!!” Paige yells.
“Paige” Edward called her and Paige quickly held his hands.
“You’re my dad, right? You and mom gave birth to me, right?” She asked hiccuping.
Edward looks at Paige and he could see how hurt she was. If it was up to him, he’d have hide the truth forever but he can’t do that since her real mom showed up.
“I’m sorry that I lied to you for 18 years Paige, the real truth is that your mom handle you to me a day after you were born.
FLASHBACK=EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO***
“Please Cassandra stop crying, Mom has to get you to safety first” Tessa said weakly and like magic, Cassandra stopped crying.
Tessa smiles when baby Cassandra stopped crying. “Don’t worry my child, momma is going to get to safety” Tessa said weakly.
She sees Odessa’s figure approaching her and she quickly diverted into an alley and while looking back to see if Odessa was coming after her, she bumped into Edward.
“Miss are you all right? Oh my God, you’re bleeding” Edward said.
“Please help my daughter” Tessa said weakly.
“Huh?”
“Someone is trying to kill I and my child. I don’t want anything bad to happen to my baby, please help her” Tessa said between pains and tears, and the bleeding in her Tommy increase.
“What should I do with your baby?” Edward asked.
“Please protect her. I can’t do it right now, because I’m running out of time, I’ll go unconscious soon and my baby will be in danger, please help her” Tessa said crying, handling baby Cassandra to Edward.
“Do you have a piece of paper and a pen?” She asked weakling. Edward gave her a pen and a paper since he has one with him.
Tessa took it from and weakly drew something on it and after that, she took off the expensive Amulet necklace she was wearing and worn it on baby Cassandra.
“Please show this to her when she becomes of age” Tessa said giving the paper to her. Edward looks at the paper and it was a picture of her (Tessa), she’s an architect.
“Please tell her everything about me and if by chance I survive, I’m going to come back for her” Tessa said with a crying voice, caressing baby Cassandra’s face.
“Tessa!!!”
Tessa could hear Odessa’s voice from a distance.
“Please get my baby out of here. I promise to pay you back handsomely if I survive this, please take her out of here” Tessa said weakly.
Edward leaves with baby Cassandra. Tessa cries. She sees Odessa slowly approaching her and she took to her heels, weakly.

Edward sighs looking at the baby in his hand.
“What should I do with her? Helena is going to give birth soon, our budget can’t handle two babies” Edward said looking at baby Cassandra.
“Guess I’ll have to handle her to the orphanage and come see her from time to time” Edward said and with that he went for the orphanage.
After handling Paige to the caretaker of the orphanage, he got a call from the hospital, saying his pregnant wife was involved in an accident.
“Please do everything to save my wife and baby, I’ll be there in a few” Edward said.
He quickly ended the call, and headed for the hospital.

“When I arrived in the hospital, I was informed by the doctor that I lost my baby cuz she was born premature. I knew Helena was going to get hurt, since she has always wanted to have her own baby. I didn’t want to see her in sorrow, that’s why I went back to the orphanage and took you from them and lied to Helena that you were her child. Helena, our baby died 18 years ago and Paige, your real parents are Vince and Tessa. I’m sorry for lying to you” Edward said regretfully.
Helena broke into tears crying painfully. The thought of her baby dying years ago and not being able to see her body was so heartbreaking.
“Cassa…..”
“My name is not Cassandra!!! The name I’m familiar with is Paige. I’m Paige Castillo and not Cassandra Wendell. I rather die than bear your name!!!” Paige shouted and run out of the house.
“Cassandra!”
Both Vince and Tessa said, going after Paige.
Helena was still crying non-stop on the floor.
“Helena” Edward said trying to touch her, but Helena slaps his hand off.
“Where is my baby? What did you do with her 18 years ago!!!”
“I buried her years ago” Edward answers and Helena cried the more.
“Helena, I’m sorry” Edward apologize trying to hug her, but Helena pushed him away.
“I h@të you Edward, don’t think about coming anywhere close to me!!!” Helena yell. She went to her room and locked herself inside, crying so painfully.
