Cyprus’s eyes glow brightly like the sun followed by a loud thunder strike, he clenched his fist tightly gritting his teeth as he stared at them
rage dripped like every blood he was about to spill, Kalinda quickly disengage from the kiss and Cyprus pulled her roughly by her waist, pulling her to himself
Hunter on the other hand also stood up, he stared at Cyprus before taking his gaze to Kalinda then he gently touched his lips
“You’re coming with me,” Cyprus said, his eyes not leaving Hunter
“She’s not going anywhere,” Hunter quickly said and step forward
With a swift move Cyprus gripped his neck hitting his back against the wall, Hunter fell heavily vomiting blood in the process
“Cyprus stop it,” Kalinda shouted
He didn’t even spare her a glance as he grabbed her hand dragging her outside
“Get your hands off me this minute,” Kalinda snapped and freed his hold on her
“You don’t wanna make me mad,” he said more like yelling
“And if I do?” Kalinda asked, staring directly into his eyes
“Kalinda!!!!!” he roared, filled with rage
How dare Hunter kiss his woman? Just how dare he?
“You tried to kill me before, you can complete it now,” Kalinda said boldly
Cyprus clenched his fist tightly gritting his teeth, his eyes producing lightening but he was trying to keep calm
“Back off,” Hunter shouted and stabbed him from behind, Hunter has blood all over his mouth
Kalinda’s eyes widened when she saw that, did he want to die? Didn’t he know that Cyprus is immortal and can’t be killed by human? Why would he try to interfere when she told him not to?
Cyprus gently pulled out the sword in his stomach and it healed instantly, turning around he gripped Hunter by his neck and pinned him in midair
“Let him go,” Kalinda said instantly
Cyprus didn’t even spare her a glance
“I said let him go,” Kalinda added, taking out her combat knife she stabbed him twice but he tightened his grip around Hunter’s neck
“What can he give you, he’s nothing but a little boy, how dare he?” Cyprus roared, rage dripped like every blood he was about to spill
Hunter’s eyes turned red with blood rolling down his nose, his hand clapping against Cyprus’s hand trying to get him to leave his neck but Cyprus was stronger than him, he started struggling to breathe as Cyprus choke him
“Cyprus please,” Kalinda said gently, she could see Hunter’s life leaving him
Cyprus didn’t still look her way
“Please, just let him go and we will talk,” she added
Cyprus finally looked at her, his eyes balls shining brightly that she could barely maintain eye contact, she could hear the clapping sound of his teeth as he stared at her with enraged
“How many more will you kill before you become happy, you already killed one and now you want to kill him too?” she said more like a question and Cyprus let go of Hunter
Hunter fall heavily his hand holding his neck as he started coughing, he suddenly become scared when he couldn’t catch his breath, Cyprus stared at him and he shifted backward his hand still holding his neck
Turning around Cyprus walked out of the room and Kalinda followed him instantly, they went outside and he stopped and turn to her
“Why him? Just tell me why?” he said more like yelling
“I owe you no explanation of what I do with my life,” Kalinda replied sharply and he turned around nodding
“You promised me, have you forgotten all the things you said to me when we were drunk in love? I tried to kill you but I didn’t……”
“You killed my baby!!!” Kalinda yelled and he scoffed
“Did I?” he asked “it’s just today that I discovered that you have been lying to me, I asked mother death and she said that she have never felt such energy,” Cyprus said, his fingers pointing at her
Kalinda was silent
“I did everything, every single thing that came out from your mouth, I did it. I did everything you said and then at the end you lied to me!!!!” he yelled angrily
Kalinda was silent
Cyprus roughed his hair before pocking his hand
“Where is he?” he asked gently and Kalinda scoffed, she licked her lips before looking at him
“I use to think that you’re senseless but little did I know that you’re not only senseless but brainless,” Kalinda said and his eyes widened
“huh,”
“What? Are you mad, while you should be, there is no us get that into your head and stop being a pest, get over me, is very simple, and allow me to leave my life the way I want it,” Kalinda said with seriousness
“I see, does he even know that you have a child?” Cyprus asked and she smirked
“You mean the one you killed?” she asked and he scoffed
He took a few steps forward and she did the same, they were so close that there is no space left between them
Cyprus suddenly pulled her closer by her waist, Kalinda has a dangerous smirk on her face as he does that, he leaned over to kiss her but she took her head backward before hitting her forehead against his face
“Füçk,” he coursed and she smirked
“Am no toy so don’t think you can mess with me,” Kalinda added and he chuckled
He gently touched his lips that have already healed before looking at her
“I will find that boy and by the time I set my eyes on him, his life will be in your hands,” Cyprus said with seriousness
Kalinda want more closer stepping on his toe
“Good luck trying to find the child you already killed, hope mother death sees you through the land of the spirit throughout your visit,” she whispered into his ear and shifted backward
“I will be back doll and by the time I come back you are coming with me,” he said walking way
“Avoid me,” Kalinda shouted but he ignored her and walked away
She turned around to see Hunter by the door staring at her
“I told you not to interfere,” she said when she get to him
Hunter looked at her without saying a word, she suddenly stopped and looked at him
“Just because you have magic doesn’t guarantee that you will kill Cyprus, he’s the supreme god of immortals not an ordinary immortal and only the gods can give the gift that can kill immortals so stay away from him and never take advantage of me again,” she added and went inside
She didn’t know why she was angry but she was just mad, how dare Cyprus remind her of what she has forgotten??
she looked around and when she didn’t see Camilla she went back outside
