? THE PUNCH?
{MIDNIGHT }
Camilla turned from side to side on the bed, her hand holding her stomach tightly, trying to get some sleep but it was far away from her, her stomach hurt like h*ll, she felt like crying, she has never felt this kinda pain all her life.
Camilla tried to sit up but it get worse, laying back on the bed tears rolled down from the corner of her eyes, she was trying to hold back the pain but it was unbearable.
“Am gonna die,” she let out a scream, rolling around the bed, hitting her hand against her tummy as if she could see the thing eating her up.
“It hurts, somebody, make it stop,” she cried out, wishing a savior could just come but she was wrong cos no one came, she closed her eyes tightly folding her kneels as she hugged it tightly, it wasn’t long before she let go of her knees trying to get down but the pain was just too much for her to take in.
How is she going to go over to the physician’s house? Why the pain? Why can’t she just sleep? Holding her stomach tightly she continues to sob until she couldn’t cry anymore, tears refused to come out of her eyes as she hugged herself, already accepting her fate, if she was to die here this night then let it be.
It was just her now, no one else.
Camilla continues staring out through the window with pain till morning, shortly after the sun came out the pain began to reduce gradually, tears ran down her eyes as her father’s image came through in her mind
If only her father was still alive he wouldn’t have to go through this pain alone, he would have comforted her, he would have been her watch man and she won’t have to go through this pain all alone.
She wipe the tears in her eyes and sniffed, another tears came rolling down her cheeks like raining water
“It’s just me now,” she hiccupped, tears streaming freely down her cheeks and she just let it all out

KING TYRONE’S KINGDOM*
Hunter is currently having a meeting with the elders and he seems annoyed, pacing around the throne room as if he could kill a person
“We allow the Lords too much power, they consider themselves our equals,” Hunter said, staring from one person to another
“How would you have them my king?” one of the elders asked calmly
Others looked at him
Hunter walked a few steps forward, he stopped right in front of him
“I’d double their taxes, command them to supply 10,000 men to the royal army,” he replied agitatedly
“The royal army?” another elder muttered, more like a question
“But we have the largest army my king?” another elder said gently
Hunter looked at him and he lowered his head
“Why would every Lord command his own men? It’s primitive, no better than the hill tribes. We should have a standing army of men loyal to the crown and trained by experienced soldiers instead of mob of peasants who never held pikes in their lives,” he shouted, pointing his finger from one person to another.
They could see right through him that he was boiling with rage
“And if they rebel?” Another elder asked calmly
“I will crush them like flies, seize all their lands and install someone loyal to the crown to watch over their lands, seize everything they own, and force them to bow,” he replied instantly, nodding his head in support of what he was saying
“My king, this 10,000 men trop will they fight for you or their lords?” another elder asked strangely
They didn’t seem to understand what he was talking about, he was acting just like King Tyrone
“Me of course, am their king,” he snapped, walking over to his sit
Everyone exchanged glances
“My king if am correct, you just invaded their homeland and asked them to kill their brothers…..”
“Am not asking, am telling them!!!” Hunter cut in sharply, his voice high and harsh

KALINDA
Kalinda slowly opened her eyes and looked around the room, Cyprus was gone, memories came running into her head and she didn’t know when she started smiling
She can’t believe she has waited so long, not being touched by anyone
“How did I even allow him to do that?” she mumbled, dragging the bedspread and covering herself it
“Can’t believe I said all those things,” she muttered going over to the bathroom
After a few seconds she came out and went over to his closet, her old clothes were still there and he even bought new ones already, she raised her brows
“Why didn’t he get rid of the old ones,” she uttered and took trousers and a singlet topped with a black leather jacket
“I like this,” she mumbled smiling
“I know you will like it,” Cyprus’s voice came from behind and she flinched, holding her chest
“Oh, I didn’t mean to scare you, baby,” he hugged her from behind, his head resting on her shoulder before giving her a peck
His hands cupped her Brë@št and she shivered under his touch
“Get off me,” Kalinda said but it came as a whisper, his hand was doing justice to her already and she was trying so hard to overcome it
“Baby….”
She moved away from him, walking away with the dress that she picked out, she went into the bathroom and changed then shortly she came out and looked at him
“Baby what about the thing I asked for last night?” Cyprus asked and she looked away
“What thing?” she returned the question, already at the door
“I thought….”
“I should get going now,” Kalinda said cutting in, she quickly opened the door and exit the room in a hurry, but then she came across Ivy by the door
The smiles on her face fades away instantly, why is she here? Did he just use her? Why will he even allow her to come here?
Kalinda stared at Ivy
They exchanged glances and Kalinda walked away without saying a word, she was so worried about Camilla and wanted to see her so badly
“Just look at her, human sl*t,” Ivy mumbled and scoffed, then rolled her eyes

CASSIDY AND JEFFERSON
Jefferson walked into Ren’s room to see Cassidy crying her eyes out, he didn’t see her with Ren yesterday so why the h*ll is she crying too much
“My princess,” he called gently
Cassidy quickly looked up, she already told Ren not to call her princess so people won’t know her identity, how come?
immediately she saw Jefferson she wipe the tears in her eyes with the back of her palm and sniffed
“Is there a problem?” he asked calmly
“Your sister left a few minutes ago, you should go, she wouldn’t want to come back and meet you here,” she said, pointing at the door
Jefferson went closer
“I’m not good with women but I don’t like it when they cry so tell me why are you crying,” he said making a funny face
Cassidy rolled her eyes
“Not like we are friends,” she muttered and looked down
Jefferson held her chin raising her face, she looked at him and he nodded
“Let’s be friends then,” he added and she hit his hand away
“You never talked to me back at my father’s house so tell me why I should be your friend?” she said seriously
“Are you kidding? You’re the princess of a great kingdom with a wicked man as a king and father, sorry if that made you mad but have got to say it, while I was a slave back then, an ordinary slave that is not even worth step on the place you spit on….”
“Stop it,” she didn’t let him finish
“But it’s the truth, your father treated you like an egg and even seeing you is rare,” Jefferson added and she sighed
“Fine, friends,” she said and he smiled and poked her cheeks
Jefferson quickly stood up dragging her alone, she looked at him confused
“You don’t wanna sit here crying all day, let’s go have some drink,” he said pulling her over to the door
“No, am a woman…..”
“I have female friends that drink too, Camilla can drink like she owns a brewery, Viola can drink as if she went to an occasion what about Kalinda, and Ren my sister,” he pulled her out of the room
