Evelyn sat down on the chair feeding ava whose eyes was still filled with tears.
The younger one was still in fear.
She was terrify, scared.
Evelyn sigh and hug her sister.
“I wanna sleep,” She said and evelyn nodded before laying her gently on the bed. She kiss the younger forehead and walk out of the room.
She walk downstairs and met the two boys playing game while laughing and evelyn just smile as she stare at them specially Martin.
They were in martin house right now since evelyn said she was scared to be alone and martin has suggested they come spend the night in his house.
He didn’t want them to be uncomfortable so he wanted them to come stay in his house so he could keep them safe.
She smiles and walk towards them.
What happen today made her love martin the more. She has come to realize that.
He was so determine to keep her and her love ones safe.
She didn’t know what it feels like to have a gun pointed on her head but she felt that feeling today.
She felt like death was calling her at that moment when a gun was pointed on her hesd but when she saw martin she felt that feeling of hope building inside of her.
Martin might have anger issues but she suddenly thank God for being that woman in his life.
“Hey babe. Is ava asleep?” Martin ask not bothering to look at evelyn and evelyn just smile not replying him. She gently sat on his thighs making him unable to play the game.
“Babe I am in the middle of a game please,” He said but evelyn just laid her head on his chest.
“I am not going to distract you. You can play the game,” She said and martin chuckle and continue playing with the game while haris just smile staring at them.
He has been with her for 8 months and she is like his sister and seeing her happy means alot to him.
Seeing martin doing everything to make sure evelyn and ava was safe made him wonder why evelyn broke up with him the first time.
“d@mn it,” Haris yells as Martin won the game.
“You cheated,” Haris said and martin just rolled his eyes.
“I quit,” He said and drop the game pad on the table.
“Thank you so much for today,” She said as she laid on his chest softly and martin just smile.
“Hmmm hmmmm,” Haris cleared his throat but they didn’t seem to be bother about him.
“I will just go and get water,” He said and walk out leaving the couple alone.
“Are you okay sweetheart?” He ask softly and evelyn nodded, raising her head slowly to look at him and then she kissed him leaving martin in shock.
He didn’t expect evelyn to kiss him.
“Thank you so much for today Martin. An really happy that you are mine,” She said softly staring at his eyes and Martin just chuckle, kissing her softly.
“You Worth risking my life for. Just know that okay?” He said and evelyn nodded.
“You are the best,” She said kissing him again.
“Ava is scared though. I can see it in her eyes,” Evelyn said and martin sigh.
Almost immediately Ava rush towards them.
“What is it princes?” Evelyn ask.
“I can’t sleep.” The younger one replied and evelyn sigh.
“Come here sweetheart,” Martin said stretching forth his hand and the younger jumped into his hand.
“You don’t have to be scared okay? I am always going to be there for you,” He said and the younger nodded
“Your phone?” She said stretching forth her hand towards him.
“What?”
“I wanna use your phone,” The younger one simple said making martin chuckle while evelyn just laugh.
“Okay,” Martin said and hand over the phone to the younger one.
The door open and Charlotte and elizabeth walk in.
“Evelyn,” Charlotte called and they both hug each other.
“Are you okay?” She ask and Evelyn nodded.
“Sweetie,” Elizabeth called slowly and she hug evelyn who reciprocated immediately.
“Little one,” Charlotte called trying to take Ava from martin but she didn’t allow her.
“I saw the news and I was so scared,” Charlotte said and evelyn scoff.
“The news?” She asked surprise.
“Don’t be surprise. Boss is a Popular business man, a celebrity and celebrities got nothing to hide,” Elizabeth said and evelyn nodded.
“Brother you okay?” Charlotte ask martin who nodded and then she hug him slowly.
“What are you wearing?” He ask instead staring at charlotte who just roll her eyes.
She probably tuaght about him when wearing the clothes. He h@tës it when he wears short clothes.
She was putting on a blue Gan that stops above her knees and a black heel and trust me those clothes worths money.
“Seriously martin. Stop with this overprotective. She is a youth already,” Evelyn said and martin scoffs.
“Yeah but she is still my kid sister,” Martin said and the girls chuckle.
Haris step out of the kitchen and his eyes widened immediately he saw Elizabeth.
His heart was beating once again like it has seen it other half.
“Elizabeth,” He called as he walk fully to the sitting room and the girl also gasp.
“Oh Haris. What the hell are you doing here?” She ask surprised.
“Evelyn is my best friend,” He replied and elizabeth nodded. The two stare at each other softly before turning to look away from each other.
Almost immediately the door open and his friends walk in.
“What the Fuçk are you guys doing here?” He yells as they walk inside but they just ignore him and quickly move towards him.
“Are you okay bestie. I saw the News,” Cole said checking him out and he just sigh.
“I got a kid in front of him. You guys mind shifting back,” He said and they all move back.
