“Stay away you cute poor moron”melissa said and Gave him a deafening slap.
Joelle eyes widened as her brows creased in anger.
Did he just slap her miller?.
Sam was so surprised…did melissa just slaped him
Before melissa could turn to face joelle again…her face welcome Joelle palm…and she begin to see stars in a circle.
“I can take every bully from you at school but not on the street and you don’t dare slap my friend cause of your stupid sam” she fired and begin to drag Melissa hair.
Melissa was no match for her.
Sam pull joelle into his arms and drag her away from the scene.
He finally stopped at a corner and she just sigh as she begin to check his reddened cheeks out.
“Jeez that b”tch” she muttered angrily as she tried going back but sam pull her into a hug.
“Am fine…just let her be” he said as he rested her head on her shoulder.
All he see right now, is a woman that love him so f*”king much and yet he lied to her.
How does he blurt it to her that he is the sam she h@tëd with everything in her for no reason…how does he tells her he is the guy that poured spaghetti just because she spilled drink on him?.
How will she react when she find out on his birthday night?“
“Jojo promise you won’t ever leave me no matter what?“ He suddenly said and her brows creased in confusion.
“I promise not to ever leave you no matter what.. I promise never to get mad at you for long or I don’t think am gonna survive too” she said and smiled as she pat his back.
He just sigh not knowing weather to believe her words or not.
He just have to wait till that day.
“I love you joelle”he said and hugged her tighter making joelle wonder what’s going on.
“Um..miller is anything wrong?“ She asked and he didn’t reply as he kept inhaling her strawberry scent.
“No let just stay like this for a while..I missed you” he said and suddenly he smirk when he remembered something.
Tomorrow…they are going to make sure everyone get his or her prom.
“Um…jojo I heard sam telling his siblings he is gonna ask you out for prom tomorrow…what are you gonna tell him?“ He asked unlocking from the hug.
“Gosh that guy is making me regret ever attending bussy brains…i mean he is rich and deserve a bulky type like them…i just don’t know why he won’t leave me” she sighed and miller eyes dimmed as he watch her bend her head.
“Imma disgrace him tomorrow” she suddenly said facing miller and his eye widened.
“No don’t do that or its me who’s gonna face the consequences.. You know he knows you like me already and I like you too” he said with a Pleading eye.
“So what am I gonna do now?“ She asked tiredly.
“Just accept him”he replied and she frowned.
“Just do it and I promise to surprise you on his birthday night…its all’s gonna surprise everyone” he suddenly smiled and joelle rolled her eyeball.
“Am not attending his birthday” she snapped and his face dropped in sadness.
“Common I have surprise for you that day…please come for me cause I won’t be able to come out that day…beside the birthday is mixing with the prom day” he said and she just watch him talk.
All she just keep thinking is his cute face and the way his lips goes when he talk.
How can a guy be this cute..?this is her first time she is crazy over a guy and it’s feels so good.
“Its okay, am gonna come” she suddenly blurted.
“And am doing all this for you” she said and point his chest with her index finger.
“Stop it…it making me wanna do something crazy” he muttered staring at her lips and she quickly move from him.
“Um, good night..am late” she said awkwardly and begin to walk away.
She suddenly felt a weight on her back as he hugged her from behind.
“Good night Jo dream about me” he said and peck her neck before leaving.
She stand there as her mind suddenly flashed back to the first day sam kissed her neck and the other he tried forcing himself on her.
Stupidly, she found her self blushing.
She shake her head to clear off the memory and begin to trail the path home.
Luckily her aunt didn’t yell at her or anything.. She just welcome her warmly which got her thinking.
