“His room mate? How on earth did that happen?” Theo asked.
“Why don’t you ask that dumb @$$ over there” Francis said glaring at Nicholas.

“You are being unfair! Don’t insult me while am eating, let me finish eating so I can retaliate” he said.
Jocelyn who had gone all quiet starring at Joanna finally force a smile on her face before moving towards Joanna.
“Hello, am Jocelyn. Theo’s sister and also a close friend of theirs” she said introducing herself.
“And am Joanna” Joanna said starring at Jocelyn face while thinking it a very pretty face, why won’t Pierce fall for her when she’s very pretty.
“Now living with Francis will certainly be a headache for you, don’t you have any intention to leave” Jocelyn ask wrapping her arms around Joanna shoulder.
“I did at first but since I can’t get a refund, I will just have to stay till my money runs out” she answered glaring at Nicholas.
“So you decided to stay? I thought you would leave and let me live here in peace” Francis said opening another package and pulling out the chicken in it.

“You will certainly love something like that right? Well I won’t give you that satisfaction” Joanna returned fiercely while Francis gave her a fake smile in return.
“That’s the spirit, miss Pretty. Don’t let Francis bully you and besides now that I know you are here, I can come see you every day right?” Theo asked trying to flirt with her.
She was safe from answering when Pierce spoke up.
“It’s good to see you again” Pierce said starring at her and she blush gently before giving a reply.
“Same here” on seeing the eyes full of love look she turn to Pierce,Francis let out a snort as he bit into the chicken.
“Common, enough with the formalities and let’s dig in” Nicholas said to them while Jocelyn busied herself with opening the drinks.
“But your already digging into the food” Francis said throwing his chicken bone at him.
“Come sit with me, Miss pretty” Theo said pulling Joanna towards the sofa which had Pierce on it but Francis took hold of her hand and pulled her to seat by his side before Theo could do a thing.
“Hey!” Theo yelled at him.
“She isn’t a girl you can flirt with” Francis said.
“Says who?” Theo asked.
“Me ” Francis replied.

“And what right do you have to keep her to yourself” Theo asked.
“The right as her room mate, I will be protecting her from born flirts like you” Francis answered and taking a chicken he gave it to Joanna who forced a smile his way before taking the chicken from him.
“We need a plate and cups, can you show me the way to the kitchen, Joanna?” Jocelyn ask suddenly and the surprised Joanna nodded,leaving her seat to take Jocelyn there.
“I just got here today and so am still new with things here, you could have just ask Francis” Joanna said as she search for the plates.
“Francis wouldn’t listen to me, he still thinks am a little girl and besides I wanted to have you alone to myself” Jocelyn said while Joanna stared at her.
“Me?” Joanna asked.
“Yes, I want to get to know you more. After all you are someone my brother likes and who knows you might some day become my sister in law” Jocelyn said making Joanna laugh.
“I don’t think Theo is interested in me, he’s just joking around” Joanna said still searching for the plates.
“But he might, I know my brother and I think he is truly interested in you” Jocelyn said.
“I doubt it and even if he were, I don’t think I will be able to reciprocate his feelings” Joanna said feeling free with Jocelyn.
“Why?” Jocelyn probe.
“It’s not important” Joanna said looking away.
“Common, tell me” Jocelyn urge.

“Well I….I like someone else” Joanna replied which wipe off the smile on Jocelyn face.
“Really,who?” Jocelyn asked.
“That will be a secret, have found the plates” Joanna said pulling out some plates and while she went to rinse it.
Jocelyn pulled out her phone and send a text to Pierce.

When she was sure her text was read, she went to join Joanna.

A while later everyone sat down watching a movie Pierce had pick for them to watch.
While Pierce sat beside Francis, Jocelyn and Joanna shared a sofa while Nicholas was already dozing off on the chair beside Theo.
Francis who found the movie boring turn his gaze on Joanna, she was sipping her drink while watching the movie but he could tell that the movie also bored her like it did with him.
At least they share some thing In common, he thought just as he saw her rubbing her eyes.
Is her eyes hurting her? He thought watching her as she continuously rub her eyes and when she could take it no more, she stood up heading to her room
