TAMPICO BRIDGE**
The bridge is full of people, cars stopped moving immediately the accident happened. There’s a lot of traffic.
The police cars arrived already and tears of people could be heard, civilians who were mostly Jeremy’s fans.
Some people went into the river to search for Jeremy.
Freddie’s car drove there and he ran out and started running to the side of the bridge but some of the cops grabbed him.
“My friend is in there” He shouted senselessly, struggling to free himself.
“It’s dangerous Freddie, there are people in the river already searching for him” One of the cops said.
“Jeremy!!” Freddie sat on the ground and started crying loudly.
The bridge became filled with tears from Freddie and Jeremy’s fans.
Freddie cried uncontrollably as he sat on the ground waiting for the searchers to bring a positive result.
Another car stopped there and Margaret ran out insanely, she started running there.
“My son!!!” She called in tears and before Freddie could stand up she was almost jumping into the river.
“No!!” A cop grabbed her before she could jump.
“Lemme, my son is there” She cried.
“Mum” Freddie called.
“Freddie, Jeremy is not dead right?” She asked, smiling dementedly.
“He will be found” Freddie replied.
“Jeremy, be safe for me, my world” She cried sorrowfully.
The researchers finally found Jeremy’s car but he, himself, wasn’t in the car, they saw his diamond wristwatch in the car.
They hooked the rope chains on the car and gave a signal to some of the researchers standing on the bridge. Immediately they turned on the engine and it started withdrawing the car.
“That is his car” Someone shouted and everybody looked there.
Margaret and Freddie looked on with hope as the car was finally drawn up.
The other researchers quickly went there with Margaret and Freddie but to their biggest shock, Jeremy wasn’t in the car.
“No!!, Jeremy, he can’t…” Big fresh round of tears started coming out from Margaret’s eyes.
Freddie stood motionless as he stared at everything like a movie.
“No!!!!” Margaret screamed and ran to the car.
She looked into the car and her world started crumbling right before her.
Her husband left her at a time she didn’t expect and now her son.
No! It must be a joke.
Freddie slowly went there and fell on his knees as he looked into the car.
Jeremy’s fans’ thunderous cries filled the whole bridge as they cried like they lost a family member.
The other researchers climbed back.
“We found this in the car” One of them said and Margaret turned with Freddie.
Immediately Margaret saw the diamond wristwatch, she felt her soul leaving her body.
She gifted him that wristwatch on his 23rd birthday and she knew how much he cherished that wristwatch.
Freddie’s eyes kept widening and he started losing hope.
“Jeremy!!!!!” Margaret screamed and collapsed on the ground, fainting.
Freddie took the wristwatch and carried her into the car.
“Drive to Lewy hospital” He said and entered his car.
The news has filled the whole of Mexico, almost everyone is in sorrow.
LEWY HOSPITAL***
Victoria’s tears kept falling continuously, Joanna already broke the news to her, Adams is by her side trying to pacify her but it’s not working.
Joanna too is in tears as he waited for Freddie to come back with a good result but as they watched the video of how the car was found without Jeremy, crashed their remaining hope into tiny pickable pieces.
“My baby, how will she take the news” Victoria cried.
“Joanna” Freddie called as the nurses rushed in with Margaret on a stretcher.
“She passed out” He said.
The nurses rushed with her into the ward.
“Only his wristwatch was found in the car, but his body is yet to be found” Freddie said.
He was trying to be strong like a man but inside he was walking dead.
Why!!? Why now that Mõ@nna is in labor, how will she register the saddest news.
All of them were in tears.
“Jeremy” Victoria cried.
“Why did this have to happen now?” Joanna said painfully, her tears wetting her shirt badly, but she cares not.
Freddie sat down on a chair with tears in his eyes.
Adams was crying slowly as he tried to comfort Victoria.
LABOR ROOM**
JEREMY!!!
Mõ@nna screamed his name as she pushed.
“Where is Jeremy?” She asked, crying.
“He will soon be here” Doctor Lewy replied.
“I can’t do this anymore” Mõ@nna cried tiredly.
“Please just one more time, be strong” A nurse said.
“You can do it”.
“I want to see my bunny, Jeremy, where are you?” She sobbed.
“He will be here”.
“Just this once, the baby is coming” A nurse announced.
“Ahhhhh, uhmmm” Mõ@nna pushed with her might and the baby came out and immediately he broke into tears.
Tears slipped out of the corner of Mõ@nna’s eyes as she inhaled.
“Hia- hi” The baby cries could be heard.
“Congratulations Mõ@nna, you have given birth to a bouncing baby boy” Doctor Lewy said and she smiled weakly.
“Clean the baby up and take her to her ward” Doctor Lewy replied and walked out.
“Can I hold my baby?” Mõ@nna asked after the nurse was done cleaning the baby.
“Yes” The nurse said and handed the baby to her.
Mõ@nna held the baby with unexplainable joy surging through her, today is the day she will never forget. The day she became a mother.
She kissed the baby’s forehead and smiled.
He looked just like Jeremy, no difference, a carbon picture of him.
“Take me to my ward, I want to see my boyfriend” Mõ@nna said.
Everybody looked up immediately Doctor Lewy entered the waiting room.
Victoria stood up before anyone else could.
“How is my daughter?” Victoria asked and Doctor Lewy smiled.
“She is perfectly fine, she has given birth to a boy” Doctor Lewy said.
“Really?” Victoria asked.
“Yes, but where is Jeremy?” Doctor Lewy asked..
Immediately their faces went to the sad one.
Freddie explained everything to doctor Lewy and he couldn’t help but gasp.
“I’m so sorry” Doctor Lewy said pitifully.
“Can we see her?” Joanna asked.
“Yes, follow me” Doctor Lewy said and they followed him.
Mõ@nna was sitting on the bed with the baby in her hands when Victoria and the others entered.
Mõ@nna smiled immediately she saw Victoria, Adams, Joanna and Freddie but… her smile fell when she discovered one person was missing.
“Mõ@n…
“Where is Jeremy?” She asked before anyone could say another thing.
Everybody stopped and started looking at her with a gloomy and sad look.
They were expecting the question but still it came as a surprise to them.
Victoria started shedding slow tears as she was imagining how to break the news to her.
Freddie looked down immediately while Joanna started staring at her pitifully.
Adams faced the wall with his eyes.
“What the f*ck is going on here, someone should tell me what is going on, where is my bunny?” Mõ@nna yelled.
Her heart was beginning to skip beats…
Why are they acting weird??.
Freddie buried his face to the ground as he was finding it so hard to tell her what happened.
“Jojo bestie, mum, Mr Adams, Freddie, I’m going crazy here” She said, sounding emotional.
“What is happening, what happened to my bunny, why is everyone crying?” She asked.
“Someone should please talk to me” She said in a fearful voice.
Freddie finally looked up and stared at her with tears in his eyes.
“Jeremy…” He paused.
“Jeremy what?” She asked curiously.
“He.. had an accident while..rushing home on… Tampico bridge and his car fell into.. the river, his car was found. But his….body… body…wasn’t found” Freddie said as his heart was breaking at every word he said, just the same thing with his voice.
They quickly looked at Mõ@nna but…..
She gave them a look, a look void of expression… A total blank look.
