••• ACTS FIFTEEN•••
(They picked up their weapons emphatically and the scurried to the tracks.
The woman smiles and move into her hut with the cup of water.
The run faster and cursorily into direction informed.
They heard sounds of running water their faces boom with smiles.
They moves slowly into the stream happily that they finally seen a good and clean water to drink.
Their weapons is kept near the stream and they shifted their costumes to avoid water wet.
Filling their containers with water and drinking to their satisfaction)
” I’m finally back to life” Uloama exclaimed.
” Like I was starved of water now am relieved ” Tessy yawned.
” What’s that, Tessy” Rita glare at Tessy.
” Can’t I yawn for free” Tessy interferes.
” Are we girls done? ” Lorita asked.
” Yeah ” Dora nodded confirmation.
( They walks out of the stream moving on a lonely path near the stream meeting two boys fighting.
They rushed to the scene astonishingly.)
” What is the matter children, why fighting each other? ” Dora stormed in.
( They snubbed her still fighting and punching each other hard. Lorita stared at them in thought.)
” Is this what the old woman talked about, would this be a trap? “( Lorita thought.)
” Is like this children are deaf or something” Rita muddled.
” Girls let’s leave here this is a trap” (Lorita said.)
” I think so… ” (Tessy chipped in.)
” Can’t you see they will injured themselves ” Dora piteous.
” I said let’s leave now” (Lorita exclaimed. The older boy trow a punch on the younger one’s head which tear his face and blood oozed out.
Dora stepped forward , she used her finger to push the older one’s head in anger)
” Why are hitting him hard like that and injuring him don’t you know you are older than him? ” Dora said angrily.
” Mind your business ” (He said furiously trying to hit him again Dora held him and slapped him hard on his cheek.
He felt pain on his cheek and returns the slap to her with a rising black smoke in his palm.
Dora collapse and died, The girls ran away in terror while the children vanish)
” Uhhhh! ” ( Lorita stopped gasping breathe) I told you girls those boys are evil.
” Like I never believed this. I now understand, this is truly the distraction the old woman was talking about. (Uloama mouth agape)

( It’s the seventh day and the final day to bring the skull to the land.
The priestess appeares in the kingdom with his staff of power and magic and vanished back in few seconds.
The elders assemble in the palace waiting for them on their elders outfits.
It’s quite pathos if they skull is not brought to the land the same day the prince and the land can’t be saved.
The body of the heir will decay and the kingdom will continue to be in execration.
It now 5 pm and they aren’t yet in the kingdom.
Everyone’s face be in fear and sadness even the list.
The king looks disappointed and pratfall.)

( The girls walked fagged and they meet a road with two branches then they stops.)
” This is where the priestess told us to wait she will direct us ” ( Lorita said immediately the priestess appears and they smile)
” Use your right path and walk you will find a very tall Iroko tree look under the tree you find the skull” ( The priestess voiced)
” Thank you, priestess ” ( Uloama smiles)
” But wait, You will fight to get it. Remove your weapon cause there are spirits await you there” ( She said and vanish.)

( The four of them Lorita, Rita, Uloama and Tessy took the path removing their
machetes.
They get to the tree immediately under the tree four evil spirits appears with cutlasses ready ti fight them.
The spirits ran to them battling with them with their weapons.
They start fighting with their strength. The spirit slapped Uloama she fell down.
The spirit raised the cutlass to th-ru_st her she immediately him on his thighs, he screamed.
She quickly gets up and th-ru_st him with her machete he fell down and vanish.
Lorita punch the spirit on his face dropping her weapon.
She held him quickly and head him on his chest, the spirit collapse on the ground she th-ru_st his stomach with her machete, blood ooz and he vanish.
Rita strangled her opponent spirit on the ground blood coming out from her nose and she vanish.
Rita immediately sees how the spirit strangling Tessy to the ground, she quickly jumped on the spirit.
Giving him several blows on his face, few second she felt a knife th-ru_st in her back.
She screams loud, the spirit has a bidding weapon.
Before the spirit could have an advantage of getting up Lorita hurriedly cut off his head with her machete.
Rita screamed painfully in the forest laying her down.
They three of them searched for the skull under and the couldn’t find it.
They exclaimed angrily and frustrated. Lorita finds a dark sand under the tree she used her machete to dig the place and the skull came out to the surface she picked it.
” Have found it” ( Lorita exclaimed happily)
They smiles exception of Tessy who gave a weak smile thinking she would have been the one to find it.
Uloama backed Rita while she keeps bleeding.
She died few minutes out of the forest. They cried and dropped her covering her plantain leaves.
They left continuing their journey . Tessy walked on their back looking furious. She removed her cutlass and hits Lorita and Uloama on their heads, they slumped she took the skull and escaped.
