CHOLA EMPIRE
The soldiers brought in Adams and his daughter. Queen Lazebel was seated on her throne smoking a long pipe.
“Welcome to my empire Adams Cliff” Queen Lazebel said.
Adams remained silent,he was already angry towards the way he got harassed by her soldiers.
“Your daughter has grown,so soon” She came down from her throne and tried touching Ella’s hair but Ella caught her hands.
“Don’t touch me” Ella snarled.
Queen Lazebel smirked and Charlotte came in.
“This little devil, I’ll kill you” Charlotte said staring at Ella with so much hatred in her eyes.
“You can’t hurt a fly until you are mannered” Ella replied.
“Enough girls, Charlotte stay out of this, I’ll handle it my way” Queen Lazebel said and Charlotte folded her hand across her Brë@št.
“Lazebel why did invite me here?” Adams asked coldly.
“It’s been a long time Adams and so I invited you so we could talk ”
“And me, why am I here also?” Ella asked.
“So you and the princess can reconcile. You’ll apologize to her for biting her” Queen Lazebel said with a mischievous grin.
Ella grunted and folded her hands to her Brë@šts.
“Never” She mumbled.

Alessia sat in the garden waiting for the prince arrival. She had a basket of fruits and a wine. She was just so happy he was finally freed from the deep sleep inflicted on him by Queen Lazebel.
A strange breeze blew through her skin giving her goosebumps. Her hairs stood and white smokes started appearing.
A woman dressed in white appeared.
“Greetings the messenger of the supernatural beings” Alessia knelt down.
“Greetings my princess”
Well this usually was the name the messenger addressed her as.
“Alessia time runs faster than imagined. I smell doom among your people. I warn you again be careful cause you are within your enemies. Your powers would start manifesting any moment from now so as your half” The messenger said.
“My half? How do you mean?” Alessia asked confusedly.
“Time shall tell. Anything that happens to you happens to your half. If your half gets hurt,you get hurt. If you get hurt,your half gets hurt” The messenger said and disappeared.
Alessia sat down confusedly. She didn’t understand what the messenger meant by her half.
She got scared,her powers would manifest any sooner. She didn’t want to hurt anyone with her powers cause she knows she won’t be able to control it.
Ampah came into the garden and met Alessia absent minded. He called her twice but she didn’t respond. He tapped her shoulder and she jerked off.
“Oh my..my pr.. prince, you’re here”
“You seemed lost, what’s the problem?” Ampah asked.
“Noting I’m fine ” She forced a faint smile.
Ampah observed her for sometime before giving up.
“Thanks for saving me from my mother’s wrath”
“Come on it’s noting that’s my responsibility” She said.
“So what should I repay you with for your kindness”
“Really” She raised her eyebrows.
He nodded his head.
“You’re gonna teach me how to fight. I want to become a greater warrior than you” Alessia said playing with her fingers.
“Is that all?”
She nodded.
“Done!!” He said and she pulled him into an unexpected hug that lasted for minutes.
She disengaged from the hug and saw the look on Ampah’s face.
“I’m so sorry for…”
“No it’s fine” He placed his finger on her lips.
“Thank you so much” She gushed.
He kept staring at her for minutes,she was already sweating due to the tension she was getting from his stares.
She opened her mouth to speak but he spoke first.
“I love you” He said and her eyes widened.
