Channel sigh and walked to where Arlette stood giggling
“I just found a job and I don’t know if you will like it”. Channel said immediately she got there
“What job is that?”
“Nanny. What’s a nanny?” Channel asked sitting down
“Someone who babysits and takes care of a kid”. Arlette replied cleaning the swear on her forehead
“Ohh. I just found that job”. Channel said smiling
“How?”. She asked picking up a rag
“His name is Rocky and he said his sister needs a nanny”. Channel replied removing the apron
“Ohh, I’m not in support of the job”. She said looking elsewhere
“Why?”. Channel asked folding her hands under her Brë@št
“It’s not advisable. Decline it. You will get another one”. She said folding the rag into a square shape
“I love the job already. Please don’t say no. Remember this is my first salary work”. Channel said giving her puppy eyes
“What about me?”. Arlette said trying to control the tears fighting their way out
She has gotten used to her being around her. She has grown to love her like a sister. She is her only friend she has and now she will start living with someone else
“Will I live with them?”. Channel as innocently while Arlette nod
“Then I’ll just return at night then”. Channel said holding her hands
“It’s fine. You can take the job and don’t bother coming home at night. It’s risky for a naive girl like you”. She said looking at her
“Thank you so much. I promise to keep checking on you at any given chance”. Channel said pecking her cheek. She walked away giggling
Arlette smiled as she touched the spot she kissed.
“I wish you good luck in your new job”. Arlette muttered and walked to a table to get it cleaned for the next user

Raquel got down from the car smiling brightly. She ran in and fell on the couch
Rocky walked in immediately and his phone rang. He picked it after checking the caller
?”Hello, I hope I’m unto Rocky”. The caller said and he kept mute
?”It’s me the dancer. I couldn’t get the manager’s number, so I decided to call you to inform you”. She said while Rocky groaned
?”Thanks for the update. Try harder”. Rocky said bringing down the phone firm his ear
?”Please, I promise to be of good conduct. It as always been….”.
?”I’ll send you his number later. Forward your details to him not excluding your address. Bye”. He said and hanged up crashing on the couch
Raquel tunned the channel to her favorite station giggling
“Rocky do you know if she will agree to work as my nanny?”. Raquel asked not taking her eyes off the screen
“No and if she doesn’t, I’ll get you another one”. Rocky said and stood up from the couch
He walked to the stairs and turned back
“Go to your room and freshen up. It’s getting late”. He said and walked upstairs
He got to his room and he suddenly miss his puppy. He picked up his phone and dialed Reggie’s number which he picked at the fourth ring
“Dude”. Reggie said sounding odd
“Are you okay?”. Rocky asked worriedly
“Yes I’m fine. Just a little headache but I’ll be fine”. He replied from the other end
“Okay then. Can you please bring Rockie to my place today?”. Rocky asked hoping he says yes
“That will be tomorrow”. Reggie replied slowly
“Ok then. See you tomorrow”. Rocky said and hanged up immediately
“Hey bunny, don’t you think it’s been days I entered the other room to draw”. He said to the bunny
“It’s has also been a days I placed my hands on the guitar or wrote new songs and raps”. He said again shaking his bunny
“I’ll start tomorrow. I’ll leave you for days or weeks because we will release our next song next week and we need to prepare for it. More concerts awaits us not excluding the competition taking place in America next two months”
“I really have a lot to do but something keeps occupying my head and thought. I hope to come out of it before the competition”
He ranted kissing the bunny before walking to the bathroom

Arlette helped Channel packed the clothes they bought last night into her suitcase
They called Rocky earlier and she got the job without stress. Channel got dressed and rolled her little suitcase out of the room while Arlette held the other bag
“Good luck and be careful around that little girl. She is a wicth”. Arlette warned while Channel chuckled
They left the house and they trekked a distance before they could get a taxi
They got in and the driver zoomed off to the address given

Rocky walked downstairs with his laptop and phones in his hand. Raquel sat on the couch and it’s obvious she is in an online class her parents assigned for her
She looked up and bow slightly when she saw Rocky. He smiled and she diverted her gaze back to her laptop. He sat down on the dinning table with his laptop in front of him
The bell rang and both Rocky and Raquel didn’t bulge. A maid ran to the door and opened it
Arlette and Channel walked inside the house. The maid closed the door and left after welcoming them. They saw Raquel in the sitting room but failed to notice Rocky at the dinning table
“Nanny!!!”. Raquel squealed running towards Channel
“Good morning”. Raquel said smiling
“How was your night?”. Channel asked smiling
“Splendid because I heard you agreed to be my nanny”. She replied pulling her to a sit
Her attitude shocked Arlette because the Raquel she knows is a rude and spoilt child
She sat down and sighted Rocky at the dinning table looking at Channel who kept chatting with Raquel happily
He stood up and walked to the sitting room tucking one hand in his pocket
“Welcome. A maid will show you your room. Your duty starts immediately she shows you your room”. Rocky said and Reggie walked in immediately with Rockie in his hand
Raquel jumped down and ran to him hugging his waist tight
“Hi crush”. She said pulling out of the hug
“I’m fine crusher”. He replied and she collected Rockie from him while the puppy wiggled it way out of her hands running to Channel
It sniffed her leg and licked it. Channel screamed trying to push it off her
“Rockie”. Ricky said gently and the puppy ran to him licking his shoe. He bent down and picked it up
“I’m sorry about that”. Raquel said holding Reggie’s hand
“Nanny, meet my crush”. Raquel said pointing at Reggie
“Nice to meet you”. Channel said and Reggie looked at Arlette for a while before looking away
She noticed his stares but ignored it. She dropped the bag with her before standing up
“Bye Channel, take care of yourself. I will keep visiting to know if you are fine. Bye”. Arlette said and walked out of the room
Reggie stared at her till she walked out and also stood up leaving immediately. Rocky saw everything and shook his head negatively
“Things will get though and rough this days”. He thought walking back to the dinning table
