“I think am wasting my time,it’s high time Alex and Nancy get married” Mrs Knight said to her friend Mrs Kendell, who was Betty mother
“Honestly I don’t know what Betty saw in him that made her so obsessed with him” Mrs Kendell said
“Maids!!” Mrs Knight called, few who were around came running to her
“Get us some wine” She order
“The wedding must hold unfailingly tomorrow, it calls for celebration” Mrs Knight said
“Of course it does” Mrs Kendell said
“Any news about your rival?” Mrs Knight asked
“No,I told you she’s dead” Mrs Kendell said
“Unlucky her” Mrs Knight said
“Why did you call me here” Ryan asked his detective,they were in a car which was opposite Marie restaurant
“I think she’s the Marie you have been looking for,base on my research no one know about her past life” the detective said
“She shouldn’t have been the one” Ryan said looking at Marie through the glass door,he sigh as he remember how he met her
★FLASHBACK★
Ryan was just coming back from school on his way to his house when his car ran out of fuel,he was about to make a call when he remember that he forget his phone on the couch,he waited maybe he could find a cab, after waiting for several minutes still there was no sign of a cab soon the rain began to fall, the wind was blowing the rain was about to start falling heavily, when someone took his hand running into a restaurant
After they enter the restaurant the person who turns out to be Marie drop his hands
“Thanks for helping me out” He said
“You’re welcome,let me get you something to eat” Marie said, she have wanted to leave him there because he reminded her of the past but her conscience didn’t let her be, and she couldn’t explain the type of joy she felt,when she held his hands
“Here” she said pushing a plate of food in his front
“Thanks” Ryan said after eating the first bite he didn’t know when he finish the food,it was the most delicious food he had ever eaten,he look up to find Marie staring at him
“Do you want more” Marie asked him when she saw the way he ate the food
“No,thanks” He said
“Come let me show you where you can spend the night” Marie said
