Everly stopped after running fee meters away from the class, she bent down breathing heavily.
Geez! How come she felt nothing when Marcus held her hands. What does this mean??
She thought deeply before letting out a chuckle.
“No no Everly. You’re getting worked up for nothing, it’s just a normal touch. I just felt the spark because I didn’t expect him to hold me. That is it.” She assured her self raising up her face.
“Yes, that’s-” She paused when she spotted Wanted with a lady talking and laughing. At that point she felt a weird sudden pang of anger welled up in her.
“That douchebag!” She gritted her teeth, clenching her fist.
Thought he said, he was into her, what was he doing now? Such a punk. She scoffed before rolling her eyes.
Her eyes widened when she noticed her actions.
“Sh|t!” She cussed inwardly and began running out of there.
Just Wanted turned to see her running away, what’s wrong with her??
‘She shouldn’t be running so why was she??’
“Sh|t!” He cussed and began chasing her.
“Sir!!” The girl called but Wanted didn’t turn back.
“Where did he run off to like that?” She asked her herself.

“Evie!” Marcus called when he could catch a glimpse of her.
Where did she run off to??
“Ev-”
“Marcus!” Butter called from behind.
Marcus rolled his eyes and made to walk away but Butter hugged him from behind.
“Don’t go to her Marcus, please.” She begged.
“Let go.” He instructed.
“No Marcus. I won’t let you go for her.” She said, holding tightly.
Marcus rolled his eyes, before forcefully removing her hands from him.
“Marcus!” She yelled and rushed to him.
“Get away-” She cut him off with a kiss.

Everly stopped running when she was sure she has gotten far from there.
Gawd! She was breathing heavily.
She bent, resting for a while.
“Everly?” She heard that familiar voice and she stood up, her eyes dilated.
She turned back to see Wanted panting.
“Oh no.” She mumbled and began running. She could face anything but not him.
“The heck!” He grunted and made to continue to running after her when someone held his hand.
He turned to see who it was… Twilight.
“I found you again.” She grinned and Wanted rolled his eyes.
“What??” He asked, impatience could traced in his voice.
“Nothing, I just want to talk with you… Yunno nice conversation.” She said and Wanted pushed her aside, running off.

Everly rushed into her LH panting heavily. Daphne and Rissa furrowed their brows staring at her.
“Who’s chasing you Everly??” Rissa asked, looking confused.
Everly hurriedly grabbed, “See you tomorrow!” She shouted and rushed out of the class bumping into Marcus at the door.
“Evie?” Marcus called looking surprised.
“Bye!” She shouted and ran out of the LH.
Rissa and Daphne exchanged puzzled look.
What’s wrong with her??

She sat down and began thinking about.
“Uhmm… Anne.” She called and Anne turned to her.
“Can I ask you something?” She asked and Anne nodded.
“Of course.”
“What does it mean to feel a spark more like chill, if a guy holds your hand?” She asked and Anne furrowed her brows.
“Huh? I don’t really know but according to movies… It’s a sign of love… More of a connection… But it’s mostly between two partners that love themselves.” She said and Everly gasped.
“What happened? Are you in love?” She asked and Everly quickly shook her head.
“Of course not.”
“I’m asking for a friend of mine.”
“Oh… There are also other signs of love, like getting jealous seeing your partner with someone else, sweaty palms, nervousness whenever you’re around them, irrational heartbeats, butterflies in the tummy.” Anne said and she smiled.
She was worried for no reason. Those signs are only what she feels towards Marcus and not Wanted… She can never fall for that scamp.
She smiled happily.

“Füçk you Don Grey! The goods are mine… The drugs are all mine! Tamper with my thing and see the worst of me.” Viper threatened on the call.
“That threat isn’t threatening enough, try something else. Rather jealous others, you should work on yourself.” Don’s voice boomed from the other side.
“You’ll regret this Don! Mark my words!” Viper grunted before hanging up the call.
He placed the fat cigarettes he was holding in between his lips and dragged in some smokes.
“Boss.” Max called.
“Where’s Elvis?” He asked.
“He still haven’t arrive.” He said and Viper nodded looking out of the window.
He smirked.
“Oh Don, you won’t know what hit you.” He smirked, releasing smokes from his nose.

“Bye Anne!” She waved back.
“Gawd! I just have to clear this off and I’m done for today’s work… And I’m already exhausted.” She yawned tiredly.
“Mind helping you?” She heard someone asked from behind and she gasped. She prayed inwardly that it wasn’t who she thought it was.
Like a slow mo, she turned to see Wanted standing there, with that charming smile of his.
She could hear her heart thumping loud in her chest and her palms became sweaty and at that moment, her feet stood,ready to go on a marathon.
